Background
With the release of domestic policies of two children, the improvement of the living standard of people and the change of concept and consciousness, the functional requirements of people on the crib are higher and higher. The common crib generally comprises a bedstead and a bed board, and part of the bed board can be lifted manually, but the adjustment is troublesome.
On one hand, according to statistics, a new mother takes a common crib to take care of a baby to bend over 30 times every day at 90 degrees, and sometimes the bending time at 90 degrees is about 10 minutes. Especially for the parturient who has just delivered, the continuous bending down can bring a large load to the parturient's lumbar tissues.
On the other hand, for babies of different ages/sizes, the height of the crib is required by regulations, and a crib with conveniently adjustable height is needed.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a liftable infant bed according to an embodiment of the present application includes a base 1 preferably horizontally disposed and side uprights 2 vertically disposed at both ends of the base 1, and the base 1 and the side uprights 2 at both ends are formed in a substantially U shape. The liftable infant bed further comprises a first frame 3 and a second frame 4 arranged between the side uprights, the second frame being vertically higher than the first frame, the first frame being liftable with respect to the side uprights. The first frame and the second frame together form a bed. Specifically, the second frame is configured as an upper surrounding pipe of the bed body, and the first frame is configured as a lower surrounding pipe of the bed body. A bed plate and/or a mattress may be provided on the first frame, the bed plate and mattress being for supporting an infant. Between said first frame and said second frame a shield made of a flexible material 32, such as soft cloth or gauze, is arranged, which does not affect the lifting of the first frame and provides protection for the baby. A resting space for the infant is formed by the first frame, the second frame and the flexible material. The second frame can be fixedly connected with the side upright post and fixedly used as an upper surrounding pipe of the bed body. Of course, the second frame is also configured to be partially removable with respect to the side posts, or completely removable with respect to the side posts, and may be conveniently removed when not needed. In the liftable crib according to the application, a stable supporting structure is provided for the crib through the side columns 2 and the first frame and the second frame which are arranged between the side columns 2. By arranging the first frame to be able to rise and fall relative to the side uprights, the crib can be adjusted to different heights as required. In addition, since the motor and its transmission mechanism are disposed in the base 1 and the side pillars 2 instead of under the first frame 3, there is a large moving space under the first frame 3. Therefore, the first frame 3 can be lowered to a lower degree, and on one hand, the stability of the liftable crib is improved; on the other hand, the risk that the baby is injured after careless falling from the liftable baby crib is also reduced. The first frame 3 is driven by the motor 5, and the lifting of the crib is conveniently realized.
The motor 5 can be conveniently arranged in the base 1, so that the gravity center of the liftable baby crib is reduced, and the stability of the liftable baby crib is improved. The motor is arranged in the base, so that the hidden design of the motor is realized, and the appearance effect of the product is improved; and the base 1 is arranged between the motor 5 and the bed board at a certain distance, so that the noise interference and the electromagnetic radiation to the baby can be reduced, and the health of the baby is facilitated. In addition, the motor is arranged in the base, so that the length of the wiring harness is shortened, and the layout of the wiring harness is optimized.
The base 1 is in a strip shape, bed legs 7 are arranged at two ends of the base 1 below the base 1, the bed legs 7 extend in the extending direction perpendicular to the base 1, and the bed legs 7 are used for supporting the base 1. The bed legs 7 and the base 1 form a general H shape. Preferably, rollers are provided below the bed legs 7, by means of which the liftable infant bed can be moved on the support plane. The roller can also be provided with a locking mechanism for locking the rolling of the roller. Of course, the bed foot 7 can also be part of the base 1 itself, as long as it fulfils the function of supporting the base 1.
An electric control board 9 and/or a power adapter are further arranged in the base 1, the electric control board is used for controlling the motor 5, and the power adapter is used for supplying power to the motor 5. A plurality of wire harnesses are connected between the electric control board and the motor 5, for example, two power lines for supplying power to the motor 5 and two signal lines for controlling the rotation of the motor 5. The power adapter can also be hung on the side surface or the upper surface of the base 1, the electric control board is arranged in the base 1 and is designed to be detachable, the maintenance and the replacement are convenient, and the wiring harness can be arranged in the base, so that the safety and the attractiveness are realized.
An input device 10 (e.g. a control panel with buttons or a touch screen, or a touch control device, a voice control input device) is provided on the side column, and is connected to the electronic control board, and thus the motor and the first frame, can be operated by the input device. Preferably, the first frame is operable to be raised and lowered into different heights by the input device. For example, the input device 10 is provided with a plurality of control buttons, which facilitate the manual control of the first frame 3 to respectively raise and lower or directly adjust the first frame 3 to a desired position.
For example, in order to meet the requirements of regulations, for infants less than 6 months, the motor 5 is operated by the input device to adjust the distance between the second frame 4 and the first frame 3 to be equal to or greater than 300mm and less than 600mm (for example, 320mm, 350mm, 380mm, 400mm, 420mm, 450mm, 480mm, 500mm, 520mm, 580 mm), such as to adjust the first frame 3 to a second position in the middle (refer to fig. 3); for infants from 6 months to 2 years old, the distance between the second frame 4 and the first frame 3 is adjusted to be greater than or equal to 600mm by the motor 5, such as adjusting the first frame 3 to a first position below (refer to fig. 1); when it is necessary to attend to the baby (for example, to change the diaper), the first frame 3 may be lifted by the motor 5 to a position close to the second frame 4 or to the second frame 4, such as the third position above (refer to fig. 4), thereby avoiding stooping. The second frame (or portion) is removed and the first frame is adjusted to a fourth position between the second position and the third position, facilitating the above-mentioned lifting table function.
For another example, the input device provides an input item in at least one of the following four modes:
child bed mode: receiving the input, automatically controlling positioning of the first frame at a first position in which the first frame is at a distance of greater than or equal to 600mm (e.g., 610 mm, 618 mm, 622 mm, 630 mm, 640mm, 650 mm, or 660 mm) from the second frame;
crib mode: receiving the input, automatically controlling positioning of the first frame at a second position in which the first frame is at a distance of greater than or equal to 300mm and less than 600mm (e.g., 310 mm, 320mm, 332 mm, 350mm, 380mm, 450mm, or 500 mm) from the second frame;
diaper table mode: receiving the input, automatically controlling to position the first frame at a third position, the third position being a position higher than the second position and not higher than the second frame (e.g., a ground height of 750mm, 780mm, 790 mm, 800mm, 810mm, or 850 mm);
learning the table mode: receiving the input automatically controls positioning the first frame in a fourth position, the fourth position being a position within a range of floor heights from 500 to 900 millimeters (e.g., floor heights of 550 millimeters, 580 millimeters, 590 millimeters, 600 millimeters, 650 millimeters, or 750 millimeters).
Preferably, the input device is capable of operating at least the first frame to move directly to one of the four positions, eliminating cumbersome operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. By "directly moving" is meant that the first frame can be moved to a position without intermediate stops by the input means, without manual adjustment by the user.
Preferably, four direct keys are provided on the input device, each direct key corresponding to one of the first position, the second position, the third position and the fourth position, and the first frame is directly moved to one of the four positions by pressing the respective direct keys. The input device is further provided with an adjusting key, and the position of the first frame can be adjusted through the adjusting key under the condition that the first frame moves to the fourth position, so that the appropriate height of the table top can be selected conveniently under the condition of the function of lifting the table.
Preferably, in the third position, the first frame is between 750mm and 900mm (e.g. 780mm, 800mm, 820mm, 840mm, 860mm, 880 mm) high above ground, for example to facilitate diaper change by adults; of course the height may also be varied according to the elevation of different persons. In the fourth position, the height of the first frame to the ground is between 580mm and 810mm (e.g. 600mm, 620mm, 640mm, 660mm, 680mm, 700mm, 720mm, 740mm, 760mm, 780 mm), ensuring the safety of a child while ensuring a comfortable sitting position. Further preferably, in the fourth position, the height of the first frame to the ground is 580mm or 810mm, so that the first frame can be adjusted later.
A cover plate may also be provided, the cover plate being slidable relative to the input device. When the input device is not needed to be used, the cover plate is used for covering the input device so as to prevent mistaken touch or pollution; when needed, the cover plate is opened to open the input device, so that the input device is convenient to operate.
The electronic control board 9 may be arranged in the base 1 on a side close to the side post 2 provided with the input device 10, the electronic control board 9 and the input device 10 being connected by a wire harness as well. In this way, the length of the wire harness required as a whole can be shortened, and the arrangement of the wire harness is simplified.
Referring to fig. 5, the transmission mechanism between the motor and the first frame may include a screw 24 disposed in the side pillar 2 and a nut 26 engaged with the screw 24, the motor may drive the screw to rotate, the nut is driven by the rotation of the screw to move linearly along the screw, and the first frame is driven to lift by the linear movement of the nut. In this way, not only is the first frame stably lifted, but also the first frame is kept in a required position when the motor stops rotating through the self-locking function of the lead screw nut and the self-locking function of the speed reducer and the circuit of the motor. In particular, a torsion spring can be added on the lead screw to realize the self-locking function of larger moment.
The nut 26 is provided on the first frame or the nut 26 is fixedly connected with the first frame (or the mounting block 31 for the first frame). The side post 2 comprises a guide 28 extending in the vertical direction, the guide 28 being used to guide the movement of the nut in the vertical direction. A guide groove 29 and/or a guide 28 is formed on the nut corresponding thereto for limiting the movement of the nut 26 in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction (in the direction of the other side post). In this embodiment, the nut is guided directly by the guide portion provided on the side pillar 2, simplifying the structure of the transmission mechanism. The guide can extend over the entire longitudinal length of the side uprights, but it is of course also possible for the guide to extend only over the required travel sections on the side uprights, as required.
The side pillar may be configured to have an open opening toward a side of the first frame, and a guide portion 28 is provided on the side pillar opposite to the open opening. The profile of the guide can be substantially rectangular or substantially dovetail-shaped.
Referring to fig. 6, the transmission mechanism may further comprise a transmission rod 52 arranged in the base 1, which transmission rod extends parallel to the extension direction of said base 1. The reducer 51 is coupled to the output shaft of the electric motor 5, and may be arranged outside the motor housing or integrated in the motor housing. The power of the motor is transmitted to the screw rod in the side upright post through the transmission rod 52 after being reduced by the reducer 51. Depending on the direction of the reducer output shaft, a double bevel gear or a double cylindrical gear may be used for transmission between the reducer 51 and the transmission rod 52. A double bevel gear can be used for transmission between the transmission rod 52 and the screw rod.
According to one embodiment of the application, a motor is arranged in the base, and the power of the motor is transmitted to the screw rods in the side columns at the two ends through a transmission mechanism respectively, for example, the power of the motor is transmitted to the screw rods in the side columns at the two ends respectively through a transmission rod.
According to another embodiment of the application, two ends of the base are respectively provided with a motor, and the power of each motor is respectively transmitted to the screw rods in the side upright columns on the same side through a transmission mechanism, for example, the power of each motor is directly transmitted to the screw rods in the side upright columns on the same side through a speed reducer.

Claims (13)

1. A liftable infant bed, comprising:
a base (1);
the side upright posts (2) are vertically arranged at two ends of the base;
a first frame (3) and a second frame (4) arranged between the side uprights, the second frame being vertically higher than the first frame, the first frame being liftable with respect to the side uprights.
2. Liftable infant bed according to claim 1, wherein the second frame is fixedly connected with the side uprights and/or is configured to be at least partially detachable with respect to the side uprights.

Liftable infant bed according to claim 1, characterized in that one or more of a bed plate, a mattress and a table plate are provided on the first frame and/or the first frame and the second frame together form a bed, a shield made of flexible material (32) being provided between the first frame and the second frame.
