Abstract

The invention relates to a power supply module with a quick-release filter screen, which comprises a shell, a fan, a filter screen frame and a filter screen; the shell is provided with a panel, and a vent is formed on the panel; the fan is arranged in the shell and corresponds to the ventilation opening; the filter screen frame is detachably arranged on the panel and corresponds to the ventilation opening; the filter screen is detachably arranged on the filter screen frame and covers the ventilation opening. Therefore, when the filter screen needs to be replaced, the filter screen can be replaced only by directly detaching the filter screen frame from the outside of the casing without detaching the casing, so that the power supply module does not need to be moved out of the system through power failure, and the effect of quickly detaching and replacing the filter screen can be achieved.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a power supply module, and more particularly, to a power supply module capable of quickly replacing a filter screen without power interruption.
Background
With the development of industry and science, the content of fine suspended particles and dust in the air is increased. In order to alleviate the damage of electronic components in the power supply module due to the influence of airborne particles or dust, a filter screen is generally added at the air inlet of the power supply module to isolate the airborne particles or dust and avoid the damage caused by the airborne particles or dust.
In the prior art, a power supply module includes a housing, a fan and a filter. The outer panel of the casing is provided with a ventilation opening. The fan is arranged in the shell and is right opposite to the ventilation opening. The filter screen is arranged in the casing and is positioned between the fan and the ventilation opening. Therefore, the fan can suck cold air from the ventilation opening to cool the rest electronic components in the shell, and the filter screen can filter the air before the cold air enters the shell to isolate suspended particles or dust.
However, if the filter is required to be replaced by the power supply module in the prior art, the entire system using the power supply module needs to be powered off, the power supply module is disconnected and moved out of the system, the housing of the power supply module is disassembled to replace the filter inside the housing, and finally the power supply module is assembled back to the system to restart the operation of the system. The replacement process is not only tedious and time-consuming, but also easily causes artificial damage in the dismounting process, and can be operated only by suspending the operation of the whole system in case of power failure, thereby increasing the overall cost.
Moreover, the expected service life of a general power supply module is 10 years, and if the power supply module is applied to an environment with severe air quality, the filter screen needs to be replaced more frequently; thus, the number of filter screen changes required during 10 years is considerable, further exacerbating the adverse effects of the aforementioned disadvantages. Therefore, the power supply module of the prior art is still in need of improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings and drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a power supply module with a quick-release filter, which can separately install the filter outside the housing, so that the housing does not need to be disassembled when replacing the filter, and therefore, the power supply module with a quick-release filter does not need to be removed from the system by power-off, and therefore, the present invention can greatly simplify the replacing procedure of the filter.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a power supply module with a quick-release filter, comprising:
a housing having a panel with a vent formed therein;
a fan, which is arranged in the shell and is arranged corresponding to the position of the ventilation opening;
a filter screen frame which is detachably arranged on the panel of the machine shell, is positioned outside the machine shell and is arranged corresponding to the position of the ventilation opening;
a filter screen detachably arranged on the filter screen frame and covering the ventilation opening.
The invention has the advantages that the filter screen frame is additionally arranged and can be detachably arranged on the panel of the machine shell, so that the filter screen can be arranged on the filter screen frame to cover the ventilation opening of the machine shell, and the effect of filtering suspended particles or dust can be achieved. Moreover, the filter screen frame is detachably arranged on the panel of the casing, and the filter screen is detachably arranged on the filter screen frame, so when the filter screen needs to be replaced, the filter screen can be replaced only by directly detaching the filter screen frame from the outside of the casing without detaching the casing, and therefore, the power supply module does not need to be moved out of the system by power failure, and the effect of quickly replacing the filter screen can be achieved. Detailed Description
The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the preset purpose are further described below by combining the accompanying drawings and the preferred embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a power supply module with a quick-release filter according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 10, a fan (not shown), a filter frame 20, and a filter 30.
The housing 10 has a panel 11, and a ventilation opening 12 is formed on the panel 11. The fan is disposed in the casing 10 and is disposed corresponding to the position of the vent 12. The screen frame 20 is detachably provided on the panel 11 of the cabinet 10, and is located outside the cabinet 10, and is provided corresponding to the position of the ventilation opening 12. The strainer 30 is detachably provided to the strainer tray 20 and covers the vent 12.
Since the screen frame 20 is detachably disposed on the panel 11 of the casing 10 and the screen 30 is detachably disposed on the screen frame 20, when the screen 30 needs to be replaced, the screen 30 can be replaced by directly detaching the screen frame 20 without detaching the casing 10, and therefore, the power supply module does not need to be removed from the system by power failure, and the effect of quickly replacing the screen 30 can be achieved. The power supply module with the quick-release filter screen further comprises a fixing member 40, the fixing member 40 can be a screw, and the screw-type fixing member 40 penetrates through the filter screen frame 20 and is screwed to the housing 10, whereby the fixing member 40 detachably combines the filter screen frame 20 and the housing 10. Also, in order to prevent the screws from falling into the casing 10 during disassembly, the fixing member 40 is a floating screw in the first embodiment.
Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the housing 10 has a positioning rail 13, and the positioning rail 13 is formed on the panel 11. The screen frame 20 is detachably provided on the positioning slide 13. The screen 30 can be moved along the positioning slide 13 with the screen frame 20 to be aligned with the vent 12. That is, during assembly, the user can first fasten the screen frame 20 on the positioning slide rails 13, and slide along the positioning slide rails 13 transversely with respect to the casing 10, when the screen frame 20 slides to the positioning position, the fixing members 40 are exactly aligned with the screw holes on the casing 10, and finally, the fixing members 40 are screwed and fastened to firmly combine the screen frame 20 and the casing 10.
In addition, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in the first embodiment, the strainer holder 20 has a covering portion 21 and a stopping portion 22, the covering portion 21 abuts against a surface of the strainer 30 opposite to the casing 10, and the covering portion 21 is in a hollow frame shape, so as to achieve the purpose of stably supporting the strainer 30 and effectively ventilating. The stopping portion 22 is connected to the covering portion 21 and abuts against a surface of the filter screen 30 facing the casing 10, specifically, the stopping portion 22 is a blocking piece with a side wall end bent inward, so that the filter screen 30 will not fall off from the filter screen frame 20 at will, and the assembly by a user is convenient.
Furthermore, the power supply module with the quick-release filter screen in the first embodiment further includes a handle 50, and the handle 50 is fixed on the panel 11 of the housing 10 and is located at one side of the filter screen frame 20.
