The application of the desulphurization slag treatment device is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps of (1) conveying a desulfurized slag ladle in a steelmaking workshop into a desulfurized slag production line factory building, lifting the desulfurized slag ladle onto a trolley (3) through a lifting trolley (1), and conveying the trolley (3) provided with the slag ladle to a spraying and dedusting area through a transfer car (11); opening a spraying device (5) and a dust removal system, circularly and step-by-step pushing a trolley (3) through a hydraulic propeller (2), respectively cooling a slag pot on the trolley (3) by pumping water and stewing slag without pumping water, and simultaneously monitoring the temperature in the slag pot; the water-spraying qualified desulfurized slag pot is conveyed to a slag pot to-be-hung area through a ferry vehicle (11), then conveyed to a slag stewing pool by a hoisting travelling vehicle (1) for dumping, an empty pot steam is conveyed back to a steel-making workshop, and desulfurized slag in the slag stewing pool is subjected to slag-removing treatment and then enters a production line for production through a transfer conveyor.
7. Use of a desulphurization slag treatment apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the trolley (3) is equipped with 2-3 slag pots each.
8. The use of the desulphurization slag treatment apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the time of the water cooling is more than 12 h.
9. The application of the desulphurization slag treatment device according to claim 6, wherein the temperature of the desulphurization slag qualified by water spraying is lower than 100 ℃.
10. The use of the desulphurization slag treatment apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the time of the slag removing treatment is 16-24 h.
