The inclined part 714 is provided with a second sliding groove 715 along the length direction of the inclined part 714, and the roller 713 rolls inside the second sliding groove 715, so that the roller 713 is effectively prevented from being separated from the inclined part 714.
Hanging rings 717 are arranged between the hook portion 716 of the locking hook 710 and the inclined portion 714, hanging rings 717 are also arranged at one end, away from the locking air cylinder 701, of the sliding seat 711, springs are arranged between the two hanging rings 717, the roller 713 is tightly attached to the second sliding groove 715 under the action of the spring force, and the roller 713 is further prevented from being separated from the inclined portion 714.

The third vent hole 706 is connected with a first vent hole 410 arranged in the detection bin 405 of the mechanical butt joint body 4 through a first air pipe 719, a second three-way electromagnetic valve 720 with an air outlet communicated with the outside is arranged on the first air pipe 719, a second vent hole 411 of the detection bin 405 is connected with a train hose through a second air pipe 721, and the second air pipe 721 is a hose; the locking air cylinder 701 is provided with a fourth air hole 722, the setting position of the fourth air hole 722 in the locking air cylinder 701 is hung on the locking pin 702 by referring to the locking hook 710, the fourth air hole 722 can be communicated with the third air hole 706 for setting, and the fourth air hole 722 is communicated with a second air pressure channel 614 of the inner air cylinder 608 through a third air pipe 723, so that the pressure air in the hose of the train firstly passes through the detection bin 405, then passes through the locking air cylinder 701 and finally reaches the inner air cylinder 608 of the telescopic device 6; it can be known from the above that, the process of the automatic wind power butt joint of two vehicles is that, firstly, the mechanical butt joint body 4 is butt jointed, and after the position of the first protruding part 401 inserted into the detection bin 405 meets the requirement, the first vent hole 410 and the second vent hole 411 of the front vehicle and the rear vehicle are respectively communicated, the pressure air in the train pipe of the front vehicle enters the locking air cylinder front chamber 704 through the train hose, the second air pipe 721, the second vent hole 411, the first vent hole 410, the first air pipe 719 and the third vent hole 706, the locking piston 703 compresses the spring by pushing the air pressure, so that the locking hook 710 of the front vehicle is hooked on the locking pin 702 of the rear vehicle, the third vent hole 706 and the fourth vent hole 722 in the locking air cylinder 701 are communicated, the pressure air enters the inner air cylinder rear chamber 611 through the fourth vent hole 722, the third air pipe 723 and the second air pressure channel 614, the inner piston is pushed by the pressure air to extrude the spring 609, and the wind power butt joint body 5 connected with the second connecting plate 613 of the inner piston rod 612 is pushed out to be in butt joint with the wind power butt joint body 5 of the rear vehicle, so that the electrification and ventilation with the rear vehicle are realized, pressure air enters a train pipe of the rear vehicle, and the locking hook 710 of the rear vehicle is matched with the locking pin 702 of the front vehicle. The first air pressure channel 607 is connected with a train hose through a fourth air pipe 618, the third air pressure channel 617 is connected with the train hose through a fifth air pipe 619, and one end of the fourth air pipe 618 close to the first air pressure channel 607 is provided with a first overpressure quick exhaust valve 620, so that when the pressure of the outer air cylinder rear chamber 604 is increased instantly due to longitudinal impact between vehicles in the running process of the train, overpressure air is quickly exhausted through the first overpressure quick exhaust valve 620, and the device damage caused by the pressure increase of the outer air cylinder rear chamber 604 is avoided.
The third air duct 723 is provided with a second overpressure quick exhaust valve 724, so that overpressure air in the inner air cylinder rear chamber 611 is quickly exhausted through the second overpressure quick exhaust valve 724 when longitudinal impact occurs between vehicles to cause the pressure of the inner air cylinder rear chamber 611 to be instantly increased in the driving process of the vehicles, and the damage to the device caused by overlarge internal pressure is avoided.
The fourth air pipe 618 is sequentially provided with a first three-way electromagnetic valve 622 with an opening communicated with the outside and a pressure regulating valve 621 for regulating the air duct pressure from the first overpressure quick exhaust valve 620 to the joint with the train hose, the second air pipe 721 is connected to the fourth air pipe 618 and is connected with the train hose, and the second air pipe 721 is connected between the first three-way electromagnetic valve 622 and the first overpressure quick exhaust valve 620, so that the air pressure inside the second air pipe 721 and the fourth air pipe 618 can be regulated through the pressure regulating valve 621, and the pressure of the outer air cylinder rear chamber 604 and the air pressure of the air cylinder front chamber 704 can be regulated.
And a two-way electromagnetic valve 623, a pressure sensor 624 and a three-way electromagnetic valve 625 with an opening communicated with the outside are arranged on the five air pipe 619.
