The invention provides a pipeline centering adjusting device which comprises a fixing mechanism, a supporting mechanism and an adjusting mechanism which are sequentially arranged, wherein the fixing mechanism and the supporting mechanism are fixed and same in height, the adjusting mechanism is adjustable in height, the fixing mechanism is detachably connected with a first pipeline, the adjusting mechanism is detachably connected with a second pipeline, the supporting mechanism is respectively abutted against the first pipeline and the second pipeline, and the pipeline centering adjusting device comprises a spacing piece arranged between the two pipelines. The pipeline centering device has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient to use, not only improving the pipeline centering precision, but also reducing the construction cost and the labor cost of pipeline centering in a complex environment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a pipeline welding auxiliary device, in particular to a pipeline centering adjusting device.
Background
During welding, the welding position is deformed, welding deviation and other factors can cause dislocation and unevenness, namely, misalignment, and the size and the amplitude of the misalignment are misalignment amount. Local stress concentration may occur in the use of the staggered equipment, and if the flange at the side of the staggered edge has load, the staggered edge is easy to crack or even break.

Preferably, the fixing mechanism, the supporting mechanism and the adjusting mechanism are all connected with a horizontal pipeline, and the horizontal pipeline is located above the first pipeline and the second pipeline.
Preferably, the fixing mechanism comprises a first vertical connecting portion and two first arc-shaped plates connected through a fastener, wherein one of the first arc-shaped plates is fixedly connected with the horizontal pipeline through the first vertical connecting portion, and the first pipeline is located between the two first arc-shaped plates.

Preferably, the fixing mechanism 1, the supporting mechanism 3 and the adjusting mechanism 2 are all connected with a horizontal pipeline 4, and the horizontal pipeline 4 is positioned above the first pipeline 5 and the second pipeline 6, so that the arrangement is helpful for ensuring that the fixing mechanism 1, the supporting mechanism 3 and the adjusting mechanism 2 are equal in height, further eliminating the misalignment amount, and serving as an acting point to ensure that the centering and adjusting device is stressed integrally.

As shown in fig. 3, the adjusting mechanism 2 includes an adjusting bolt 21, and two second arc-shaped plates 22 connected with a second fastening bolt 23 and a second nut 24, wherein one of the second arc-shaped plates 22 is movably connected with the horizontal pipe 4 through the adjusting bolt 21, and the second pipe 6 is located between the two second arc-shaped plates 22. The adjustment bolt 21 helps to adjust the height of the second duct 6 so that the second duct 6 is level with the first duct 5.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the supporting mechanism 3 includes a third arc-shaped plate 32 connected to the horizontal pipe 4 through a second vertical connecting portion 31, the third arc-shaped plate 32 abuts against the first pipe 5 and the second pipe 6, respectively, and a spacer 33 is disposed at the bottom of the third arc-shaped plate 32. The supporting mechanism 3 can enhance the overall strength of the device, support two pipelines and play a role of the running rule. The spacer 33 is made of a steel plate having a thickness of 3mm to secure a gap between the welding lines of the pipes.
The first arc-shaped plate 12, the second arc-shaped plate 22 and the third arc-shaped plate 32 are all identical arc-shaped plates, and the first vertical connecting portion 11 and the second vertical connecting portion 31 are identical in height.
When in use, the spacing piece 33 is firstly clung to the welding port end of the first pipeline 5, and then the position of the first pipeline 5 is fixed through the fixing mechanism 1. If the second pipe 6 is higher than the first pipe 5, the second pipe 6 is lowered by using the adjusting bolt 21; if the second pipeline 6 is lower than the first pipeline 5, the second pipeline 6 is adjusted to be higher by using the adjusting bolt 21, and the longitudinal equal height of the first pipeline 5 and the second pipeline 6 is ensured. For the radial misalignment between the two pipelines, because the three mechanisms are equal in height and the arc-shaped plates are the same, when the first pipeline 5 and the second pipeline 6 are tightly attached to the third arc-shaped plate 32 at the same time, the misalignment is nearly zero.
In conclusion, the pipeline centering device has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient to use, not only improving the pipeline centering precision, but also reducing the construction cost and the labor cost of pipeline centering in a complex environment.
