本发明涉及纸尿裤技术领域，具体为一种具有消臭抑菌功能的纸尿裤及其生产工艺。
背景技术
纸尿裤具有一定的吸水效果。然而现有的纸尿裤多为吸水棉布和吸水树脂制成，不具备杀菌抑菌的功能，而且纸尿裤容易变形，尤其是当纸尿裤中液体容量增大以后变形严重，其中的液体与人体接触，为此，我们提出一种具有消臭抑菌功能的纸尿裤及其生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有消臭抑菌功能的纸尿裤及其生产工艺，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种具有消臭抑菌功能的纸尿裤，包括纸尿裤本体，纸尿裤本体的横截面为半圆环结构，纸尿裤本体的两端分别连接腰围，腰围的两侧设有连接带，连接带之间通过魔术贴粘连，连接带为松紧带；
纸尿裤本体包括内复合芯层、外复合芯层；
内复合芯层和外复合芯层内设有支撑结构，支撑结构包括分布在纸尿裤本体两侧边缘的支撑边，在支撑边之间等间距设有若干第一弧形支撑条，第一弧形支撑条连接在外复合芯层的内表面；在每个第一弧形支撑条内设有第二弧形支撑条，第二弧形支撑条和第一弧形支撑条之间存在间隙，第二弧形支撑条和第一弧形支撑条的两端均连接在支撑边上；其中，内复合芯层安装在第二弧形支撑条内。第一弧形支撑条和第二弧形支撑条方向均与支撑边方向大致呈垂直设置，第一弧形支撑条的长度大于第二弧形支撑条，二者两端的端点重合并均设置在支撑边内。
优选的是，纸尿裤本体的两侧设有向外翻转的密封边，支撑边位于密封边内。

步骤二、制备内复合芯层，内复合芯层依次由纤维加固层、蓬松棉、无纺布层、活性炭吸附层、无纺布层组成，最后再在无纺布层表面铺设一层纳米杀菌层；
步骤三、搭建支撑结构，每个支撑结构包括支撑边，支撑边的形状和外复合芯层和内复合芯层边缘的形状一致，第一弧形支撑条等间距连接在支撑边的侧边上，让第一弧形支撑条将外复合芯层撑开，再在每个第一弧形支撑条内安装第二弧形支撑条，第二弧形支撑条和第一弧形支撑条之间的间隙是为了让外复合芯层和内复合芯层之间分开，预留有一定的空间；
步骤四、组装，将支撑结构放在外复合芯层内，将内复合芯层放在第二弧形支撑条内，并将外复合芯层和内复合芯层的边缘连接在一起；
步骤五、灭菌，包装后，即可制得具有消臭抑菌功能的纸尿裤。
优选的是，纳米杀菌层为纳米银。
优选的是，内复合芯层表面为多孔结构，孔径在0.1-0.2mm之间，这样设计有利于液体的快速吸收。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：吸水性能好，能够快速的将纸尿裤内的水分吸收，而且不容易变形，增大容纳液体空间，能够有效阻止纸尿裤上面的液体和人体接处，同时纳米杀菌层可以起到抑菌杀菌的作用。

纸尿裤本体1包括内复合芯层8、外复合芯层9；
内复合芯层8和外复合芯层9内设有支撑结构，如图2所示，支撑结构包括分布在纸尿裤本体1两侧边缘的支撑边7，在支撑边7之间等间距设有若干第一弧形支撑条5，第一弧形支撑条5连接在外复合芯层9的内表面；在每个第一弧形支撑条5内设有第二弧形支撑条6，第二弧形支撑条6和第一弧形支撑条5之间存在间隙，该间隙让内复合芯层8、外复合芯层9之间存在空间；
第二弧形支撑条6和第一弧形支撑条5的两端均连接在支撑边7上；其中，内复合芯层8安装在第二弧形支撑条6内。
第一弧形支撑条5和第二弧形支撑条6方向均与支撑边方向大致呈垂直设置，第一弧形支撑条5的长度大于第二弧形支撑条6，二者两端的端点重合并均设置在支撑边7内。
具体的，外复合芯层9用于漏在外侧，内复合芯层8用于和人体接触，当使用者下体出现液体时，首先被内复合芯层8吸附，剩下的水会流进外复合芯层9的表面，让外复合芯层9进一步的吸收。

具体的，本方法制得的外复合芯层9结实耐用，吸水树脂层和活性炭吸附层能够快速吸收水分，纳米杀菌层能够起到杀菌抑菌的作用，而且内复合芯层8内的蓬松棉、活性炭吸附层能够快速吸收水分，纳米杀菌层能够起到杀菌抑菌的作用，所以，外复合芯层9和内复合芯层8能够快速吸干水分，而且还能杀菌抑菌。
进一步地说，纳米杀菌层为纳米银。
