Example one
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an intelligent control method for a television, which can be used for intelligent control of a television in a home to realize perception of the television to a user and improve user experience. The method is described in detail below. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S110, responding to the access message sent by the gateway, the television enters a pre-starting state, and starts Bluetooth search. The access message comprises an identifier of a mobile device which is detected to access the current network by the gateway within a first preset area range.
The gateway mainly refers to a home gateway, for example, the gateway may be a wifi router, a set top box gateway, or a gateway server, and is mainly used for managing the networking of multiple intelligent devices in a home, so that each intelligent device can obtain internet services, and of course, the gateway can also be used as a bridge for mutual communication between the intelligent devices, thereby realizing the interconnection between the intelligent devices, and the like.
Generally, the network in which the gateway is located has a certain coverage, and the coverage is relatively larger compared to the near field communication. Exemplarily, if the gateway is a wifi router, the first predetermined area range may refer to a coverage range of the wifi wireless network, for example, there may be better signals within a range of 50m in a room. Therefore, generally, when the user does not enter the room, the wifi wireless network at home can be searched.
It should be understood that the first predetermined area range mainly refers to the network coverage of the gateway, and is particularly related to the type and performance of the gateway in practical use, and is not limited herein. The television, as one of the intelligent devices in the home, can be accessed to the network where the gateway is located in a wired or wireless manner, so as to realize access to the cloud or the internet, for example. In this embodiment, the mobile device of the user may be a smart phone, a tablet, or the like.
For the step S110, exemplarily, the gateway detects whether a mobile device accesses the current network within the network coverage of the gateway, and acquires the identifier of the mobile device when detecting that the mobile device accesses the current network. Typically, each device has its unique identification information. Also, as long as the mobile device has been attached to the network, the network will typically record and store the relevant identification information for the mobile device to facilitate the next time the mobile device can be attached to the network more quickly.
Taking the scene of the user going home as an example, as shown in fig. 2, the following describes the intelligent control method for the television. Typically, the gateway has stored an access record for the user's mobile device. Thus, a user's mobile device typically accesses the network automatically whenever the user's mobile device is within the coverage area of the network. Illustratively, when the gateway detects that the user's mobile device is coming in, meaning that the user has arrived near the home, the gateway will send an access message to the television containing the identification of the mobile device to inform the television that the user is about to enter the home.
Correspondingly, the television responds to the access message, controls the current state to enter a pre-starting state, and simultaneously starts a Bluetooth searching function. Exemplarily, the current state may refer to a deep sleep state, and the like, and may be specifically defined according to actual requirements. The deep sleep state mainly refers to an ultra-low power consumption mode in which the television is not turned off, and the main functions of screen display, audio and video playing and the like are all turned off, but the main control chip still has a message monitoring function. The pre-start state mainly means that the main control chip of the television enters a normal working mode, but the functions of screen display, audio and video playing and the like are not started, namely, the television is in a half-start black screen mode. At this time, the bluetooth search function of the television is also turned on for searching the mobile device of the user.
It can be understood that the pre-start state is used as the transition from the deep sleep state and the like of the television to the screen awakening state, so that the television can conveniently and quickly enter the screen awakening state, and the effects of saving electric energy, reducing system power consumption and the like can be achieved during the process of searching the mobile equipment.
And step S120, judging whether the mobile equipment matched with the identifier is searched in a second preset area range and the Bluetooth connection with the mobile equipment is established. If yes, go to step S130.
Exemplarily, the television searches for the mobile device matched with the received identifier in the bluetooth signal coverage range thereof through bluetooth, and it can be understood that the second preset area range is the bluetooth signal coverage range of the television, and may be up to about 5-10 m indoors, for example.
Then, when the mobile device is searched, the tv will establish a bluetooth connection with it, and after the connection is successfully established, step S130 is performed.
Optionally, if the television does not search for a mobile device matching the identifier in the second preset area, or cannot establish a bluetooth connection after searching for the mobile device, or does not search for a situation that a message for disconnecting the current network sent by the gateway is received before, or the like, the television may be controlled to return from the preset startup state to the previous initial state after a preset period of time.
As another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, after step S110, the method for intelligently controlling a television further includes:
step S121, judging whether the mobile device matched with the identifier is searched in the second preset area range and Bluetooth connection is established between the mobile device and the mobile device, and detecting that the door of the room where the television is located is opened.
Exemplarily, after the bluetooth connection is established between the television at home and the mobile device, it may be further determined whether it is detected that a door lock of a room where the television is located is opened, and if the door lock is opened, the television is controlled to enter a screen wakeup state.
Considering that there may be multiple rooms and multiple televisions in the home of some users, each television may be associated with the door number of the room where it is located or the ID of the door lock in advance, so that the television in the room where the user enters may be specifically opened, and the user experience may be further improved. For example, when a door of a living room is detected to be opened on the basis that the mobile device establishes a connection with the gateway, a television of the living room automatically wakes up at the moment; or when a certain room on the second floor is detected to be opened, correspondingly, the television of the room on the second floor automatically wakes up after the door is opened to play the corresponding push content.
In step S130, if yes, the television enters a screen wakeup state from the pre-start state to automatically push the playing content.
Exemplarily, after the television is successfully connected with the mobile device of the user, the television automatically wakes up the screen and plays the corresponding content. For example, the television may push content associated with the user of the mobile device directly based on the identity of the mobile device, i.e., the object viewing the television by default is the user of the mobile device. It can be understood that the above-mentioned screen wakeup state mainly refers to a bright screen working mode of displaying on the normal screen of the television, and being capable of playing audio and video at any time or in the process of playing audio and video.
For example, the automatic push play content may include, but is not limited to, playing a preset type of content including a greeting corresponding to the current time period, such as "welcome home, good night" and the like; and related messages sent by other household devices in the current network can be played, for example, one or more of monitoring state messages of security devices such as a camera, washing state messages of the washing devices, cooking state messages of electric cooker devices, temperature adjustment messages of air conditioning devices and the like. In some embodiments, the automatically pushing the playing content may also be to sequentially play several playing contents after sorting them according to a preset priority, for example, after playing the greeting, then playing the related messages of other devices in the home to inform the status of the devices in the home, and finally pushing the program content that may be interested by the user, etc.
Considering that a plurality of members may exist in a house, in order to further realize accurate content push, the television can be combined with corresponding sensors and cameras to identify different members, and then push the content suitable for the current watching user, so that real intelligent push is realized, and the use experience is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the television is further provided with a human body sensor and a camera, and the method further comprises:
step S140, if the human body sensor detects that a person is in a preset position of the television for more than a preset time, the camera is triggered to shoot the preset position to obtain corresponding human face characteristics.
Exemplarily, whether a human body is located in the preset orientation of the television for more than a certain time can be detected through a human body sensor arranged in the television, for example, the human body sensor may be an infrared temperature sensor, a pyroelectric infrared sensor, or the like. If the face feature information is detected, the camera can be started to shoot the preset direction, and corresponding face feature information is obtained from the shot image. The camera may be disposed at a side (also referred to as a front side) of the television where the display screen is located, for example, at a position above or at a side in the front side. Preferably, to better protect user privacy, the camera head can be configured in a liftable structure, i.e. retracted when not in use, and ejected only when in use, etc.
Generally, for the convenience of users to watch televisions more comfortably, a sofa or the like is often placed in a position facing the television. For example, the preset orientation may be a front or a straight front at a distance from the television, etc. It is understood that the setting exceeding the preset time period is to more accurately judge whether a person actually sits down to watch the television, so as to reduce the probability of misjudgment, and if so, the user may just pass in front of the television.
And S150, judging whether the pre-stored family member information has identity information matched with the acquired face features.
The human face features are used for determining who the object watching the television is, so that more accurate content pushing can be achieved. Exemplarily, the acquired face features may be compared with pre-stored family member information, and if the information of a certain member is matched, the content associated with the member may be pushed. It can be understood that the family member information may be pre-stored locally on the television, or may be stored in the cloud and acquired when the television is needed.
And step S160, when the user identification information exists, pushing the content associated with the user according with the identity information, wherein the pushed content is selected to be pushed according to the historical playing data associated with the user.
The pushed content may be selected to be pushed according to historical playing data associated with the current user, for example, the content may be a latest updated tv show, a current news, a variety program, and the like, and may be specifically set according to actual needs. Alternatively, the pushed content may be predicted after learning from the user's historical playing data. In one embodiment, the television may record program information, such as program type, viewing duration, and the like, watched by the user each time, determine the program content in which the user is most interested through an algorithm such as machine learning or a big data analysis method, and push the program content according to the corresponding program information and the latest playing record.
Generally, when a user arrives at home, the television first pushes content suitable for the user of the mobile device to watch according to the identifier of the mobile device establishing connection, and considering that a member who is watching the television subsequently may not be the user of the mobile device, the television can perform switching of the pushed content, so as to realize perception, accurate pushing and the like of different family members. Therefore, before the push of the switching content is performed, the television can perform reconfirmation through the camera, as shown in fig. 5, the method further includes:
step S210, determining first identity information of the user of the mobile equipment according to the identification and the pre-stored family member information. Typically, the different family members are distinguishable by the mobile devices they use. It will be appreciated that the first identity information at this point is identity information of the user of the mobile device with which the gateway is establishing a connection.
Step S220, if the fact that a person is in the preset position of the television for more than the preset time is detected through the human body sensor, the camera is triggered to shoot the preset position to obtain the corresponding human face characteristics.
Step S230, determining whether second identity information matching the acquired face features exists in the pre-stored family member information. It is understood that steps S220-S230 are the same as steps S150-S160 described above, and thus, a description thereof will not be repeated.
Step S240, when the first identity information and the second identity information are determined to exist, determining whether the first identity information and the second identity information are consistent. If yes, step S250 is executed, and if not, step S260 is executed.
Step S250, pushing content related to the user of the first identity information, wherein the pushed content is selected to be pushed according to historical playing data related to the user.
Step S260, pushing content associated with the user of the second identity information.
It is understood that when the first identity information and the second identity information are consistent, i.e. the user entering the home and the object watching the tv are the same user, S250 will be executed. Otherwise, step S260 may be executed to switch to play the content suitable for the object currently watching the television. Similarly, the pushed content can be pushed according to the corresponding historical playing data. In addition, in some other possible scenarios, for example, when multiple human face features are detected, the television can also push program content conforming to the watching of multiple people, and the like.
Considering that there may be a situation that the user may forget to turn off the tv before leaving home, or may take a sudden exit without having time to turn off the tv, in an embodiment, the tv control method further includes:
and if the television detects that the Bluetooth connection with the connected mobile equipment is disconnected and receives a disconnection message which is sent by the gateway and used for notifying that the mobile equipment is disconnected from the current network within the preset time, the television enters a deep sleep state from the current screen awakening state.
Typically, the mobile device will disconnect from the bluetooth connection to the television when the user leaves home and walks out of the second predetermined area, and then disconnect from the gateway network when the user subsequently walks out of the first predetermined area. Therefore, the television can judge that the user leaves home and goes out according to the fact that the Bluetooth is detected to be disconnected and the message that the mobile device disconnects the network again is received within the preset time.
