Abstract

本发明提出一种提高排气效率的排气阀,阀座的下端开设有用于高压气体进入的进气孔,阀体内安装有用于对进气孔实现打开或关闭的浮球,浮球的上端连接有麻花杆,麻花杆上环绕有压缩弹簧,所述麻花杆上螺旋套接有内圈呈与麻花杆匹配螺旋的圆环,阀体内安装有防止圆环上下移动的限位装置,所述圆环的上端周向连接有多个呈等距环形分布用于加速高压气体排出的扇叶。圆环带动扇叶旋转,从而加速高压气体从主排气孔排出,提高排气速率,高压气体从辅助排气孔排出,加速高压气体排出,防止设备因高压膨胀而损坏,双重加速,有效提升排气效率,延长设备使用寿命,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及一种提高排气效率的排气阀。
背景技术
排气阀是管道***中必不可少的辅助元件,广泛应用于锅炉、石油天然气、给排水管道中。往往安装在制高点或弯头等处,排除管道中多余气体、提高管道路使用效率及降低能耗。暖通***及暖通空调***在运行过程中,水在加热时释放的气体(如氢气、氧气等)带来的众多不良影响会损坏***及降低热效应,这些气体如不能及时排掉会产生很多不良后果。诸如:由氧化导致的腐蚀;散热器里气袋的形成;热水循环不畅通不平衡,使某些散热器局部不热;管道带气运行时的噪声;循环泵的涡空现象。而现有排气阀排气效率低,无法快速将高压气体排出,容易造成管壁膨胀损坏,为此,我们提出一种提高排气效率的排气阀。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种提高排气效率的排气阀,其主要目的在于克服现有的排气阀无法快速有效的将高压气体排出的问题。
为实现上述技术问题,本发明采取的解决方案为:
一种提高排气效率的排气阀,包括阀体以及安装在阀体上端的上盖,上盖的中部开设有与阀体内部连通用于排出高压气体的主排气孔,所述阀体内腔的下部安装有阀座,阀座的下端开设有用于高压气体进入的进气孔,阀体内安装有用于对进气孔实现打开或关闭的浮球,浮球的上端连接有麻花杆,麻花杆上环绕有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的两端分别与麻花杆的侧壁和上盖的底壁连接,所述麻花杆上螺旋套接有内圈呈与麻花杆匹配螺旋的圆环,阀体内安装有防止圆环上下移动的限位装置,所述圆环的上端周向连接有多个呈等距环形分布用于加速高压气体排出的扇叶。
进一步改进的是:所述阀体的侧壁对称插接有两个与圆环位于同一水平面上的气缸,所述气缸内活动连接有活塞,活塞远离圆环的一端连接有活塞杆,活塞杆上环绕有复位弹簧,复位弹簧的两端分别与活塞杆的侧壁和气缸的内壁连接,所述活塞的指向圆环的一端连接有连接件,连接件的另一端连接有直齿条,圆环的外部固定套设有位于两个直齿条之间且与直齿条啮合的齿轮,所述气缸的顶壁上开设有用于排气的辅助排气孔。
进一步改进的是:所述连接件为呈钝角的折板结构。
进一步改进的是:所述气缸靠近阀体的一侧呈敞口结构。
进一步改进的是:所述辅助排气孔与气缸远离阀体一端的内侧壁之间的距离小于活塞与气缸远离阀体一端的内侧壁之间的距离。
进一步改进的是:所述限位装置包括对称连接在阀体内侧壁上的两个L型杆,L型杆的另一端连接有滑块,所述圆环的上端面开设有供滑块滑动的环形滑槽。
进一步改进的是:所述阀座呈向进气孔处倾斜的喇叭型结构。
进一步改进的是:所述阀座靠近进气孔处的上端周向呈与浮球匹配形成面密封的弧形结构。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本提高排气效率的排气阀,当设备内的气压达到一定值后,会推动浮球向上顶,浮球上移,高压气体进入阀体内,从主排气孔排出,在压缩弹簧的限位下,带动麻花杆上移,由于麻花杆的螺旋结构,麻花杆自身不动,驱动圆环转动,圆环带动扇叶旋转,从而加速高压气体从主排气孔排出,提高排气速率,与此同时,圆环带动齿轮转动,与齿轮啮合的两个直齿条向相反方向移动,从而推动活塞向气缸内移动,当活塞移动至辅助排气孔的另一侧时,高压气体从辅助排气孔排出,加速高压气体排出,防止设备因高压膨胀而损坏,双重加速,有效提升排气效率,延长设备使用寿命,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。

一种提高排气效率的排气阀,包括阀体1以及安装在阀体1上端的上盖6,上盖6的中部开设有与阀体1内部连通用于排出高压气体的主排气孔7,阀体1内腔的下部安装有阀座2,阀座2的下端开设有用于高压气体进入的进气孔3,阀座2呈向进气孔3处倾斜的喇叭型结构,便于高温高压气体液化形成的液滴落下,阀体1内安装有用于对进气孔3实现打开或关闭的浮球4,阀座2靠近进气孔3处的上端周向呈与浮球4匹配形成面密封的弧形结构,浮球4的上端连接有麻花杆5,麻花杆5上环绕有压缩弹簧19,压缩弹簧19的两端分别与麻花杆5的侧壁和上盖6的底壁连接,麻花杆5上螺旋套接有内圈呈与麻花杆5匹配螺旋的圆环51,阀体1内安装有防止圆环51上下移动的限位装置,限位装置包括对称连接在阀体1内侧壁上的两个L型杆9,L型杆9的另一端连接有滑块10,圆环51的上端面开设有供滑块10滑动的环形滑槽,圆环51的上端周向连接有多个呈等距环形分布用于加速高压气体排出的扇叶18。
阀体1的侧壁对称插接有两个与圆环51位于同一水平面上的气缸16,气缸16靠近阀体1的一侧呈敞口结构,气缸16内活动连接有活塞13,活塞13远离圆环51的一端连接有活塞杆14,活塞杆14上环绕有复位弹簧15,复位弹簧15的两端分别与活塞杆14的侧壁和气缸16的内壁连接,活塞13的指向圆环51的一端连接有连接件12,连接件12的另一端连接有直齿条11,连接件12为呈钝角的折板结构,使得两个直齿条11位于齿轮8的两侧,圆环51的外部固定套设有位于两个直齿条11之间且与直齿条11啮合的齿轮8,气缸16的顶壁上开设有用于排气的辅助排气孔17,辅助排气孔17与气缸16远离阀体1一端的内侧壁之间的距离小于活塞13与气缸16远离阀体1一端的内侧壁之间的距离。
本提高排气效率的排气阀,当设备内的气压达到一定值后,会推动浮球4向上顶,浮球4上移,高压气体进入阀体1内,从主排气孔7排出,在压缩弹簧19的限位下,带动麻花杆5上移,由于麻花杆5的螺旋结构,麻花杆5自身不动,驱动圆环51转动,圆环51带动扇叶18旋转,从而加速高压气体从主排气孔7排出,提高排气速率,与此同时,圆环51带动齿轮8转动,与齿轮8啮合的两个直齿条11向相反方向移动,从而推动活塞13向气缸16内移动,当活塞13移动至辅助排气孔17的另一侧时,高压气体从辅助排气孔17排出,加速高压气体排出,防止设备因高压膨胀而损坏,双重加速,有效提升排气效率,延长设备使用寿命,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。

1.一种提高排气效率的排气阀,包括阀体(1)以及安装在阀体(1)上端的上盖(6),上盖(6)的中部开设有与阀体(1)内部连通用于排出高压气体的主排气孔(7),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)内腔的下部安装有阀座(2),阀座(2)的下端开设有用于高压气体进入的进气孔(3),阀体(1)内安装有用于对进气孔(3)实现打开或关闭的浮球(4),浮球(4)的上端连接有麻花杆(5),麻花杆(5)上环绕有压缩弹簧(19),压缩弹簧(19)的两端分别与麻花杆(5)的侧壁和上盖(6)的底壁连接,所述麻花杆(5)上螺旋套接有内圈呈与麻花杆(5)匹配螺旋的圆环(51),阀体(1)内安装有防止圆环(51)上下移动的限位装置,所述圆环(51)的上端周向连接有多个呈等距环形分布用于加速高压气体排出的扇叶(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高排气效率的排气阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)的侧壁对称插接有两个与圆环(51)位于同一水平面上的气缸(16),所述气缸(16)内活动连接有活塞(13),活塞(13)远离圆环(51)的一端连接有活塞杆(14),活塞杆(14)上环绕有复位弹簧(15),复位弹簧(15)的两端分别与活塞杆(14)的侧壁和气缸(16)的内壁连接,所述活塞(13)的指向圆环(51)的一端连接有连接件(12),连接件(12)的另一端连接有直齿条(11),圆环(51)的外部固定套设有位于两个直齿条(11)之间且与直齿条(11)啮合的齿轮(8),所述气缸(16)的顶壁上开设有用于排气的辅助排气孔(17)。
