Abstract

The currently common built-in roof framework structure is a structure of hanging arms, single side beams (shared by two sides) at each side and cross beams. This solution can be adopted in case the interior space of the passenger compartment is sufficient. However, the height of the diffuser and the passenger room top lamp is basically lower than that of the middle roof plate, and part of the passenger room inner space is occupied. Meanwhile, the back electrical parts of the lamp need to avoid the position of the cross beam, so that the variety of the lamp is increased, and the complexity of production and installation of the parts is increased.

The invention presents a novel design of a built-in roof framework structure of a railway vehicle by changing the section structures and connection modes of hanging arms, longitudinal beams and cross beams, and the structure has the following advantages:
1. the structure is simple, and the installation is convenient;
2. part of the passenger room space can be released, and the comfort level of passengers is improved;
3. the lamp variety is reduced, and the production and the installation of the components are convenient.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the built-in roof skeleton structure of the railway vehicle of the present embodiment includes hanging arms 1 hung below a roof steel structure and provided on both sides, and a cross member 4 provided across the middle of the vehicle. The hanger arms 1 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and the top ends of the hanger arms are longitudinally adjustably fixed in C-shaped grooves of a roof steel structure through bolts. The hanging arm 1 is herringbone and is provided with two hanging claws, and the shape is regular. The lower part of the outer lifting claw is fixed with a longitudinally extending outer longitudinal beam 2, and the lower part of the inner lifting claw is fixed with a longitudinally extending middle longitudinal beam 3. The outside stringers 2 are profiled sections with cavities and hooks for providing a mounting interface for the interior components. The outer end of the outer side member 2 has a C-shaped groove for fixing the inner side roof panel. The middle longitudinal beam 3 is L-shaped, and the inside of the middle longitudinal beam is provided with reinforcing ribs, so that the overall strength of the middle longitudinal beam 3 is improved.

A longitudinal air outlet framework 5 is fixed on one side of the cross beam 4, which is close to the hanging arm 1, a diffuser 7 is arranged below the air outlet framework 5, and two sides of a built-in middle top plate 6 are fixed through the air outlet framework 5. Specifically, a support plate is provided on one side of the air outlet skeleton 5 near the vehicle middle, and the built-in middle roof plate 6 is supported by the support plate and fastened by screws.
