As shown in fig. 5, the clamping plate moving mechanism 6 includes a first screw rod 61, a second screw rod 62, a synchronous moving communicator 63, a first driving gear 64, a transmission gear 65 and a second driving gear 66, the first screw rod 61 and the second screw rod 62 are symmetrically and rotatably fixed inside the clamping plate frame body 41, the head ends of the first screw rod 61 and the second screw rod 62 are rotatably embedded in the side wall of the head end of the clamping plate frame body 41, the tail ends of the first screw rod 61 and the second screw rod 62 penetrate the side wall of the tail end of the clamping plate frame body 41, the tail end of the first screw rod 61 is fixed with the second driving gear 66, the tail end of the second screw rod 62 is fixed with the first driving gear 64, the transmission gear 65 is rotatably fixed on the outer side wall of the tail end of the clamping plate frame body 41, the transmission gear 65 is engaged with the first driving gear 64 and the second driving gear, and is located between first lead screw 61, second lead screw 62, synchronous motion UNICOM 63 both ends respectively with two grip blocks 3 fixed connection, first lead screw 61 and second lead screw 62 head end all with the same grip block 3 screw-thread fit connection in two grip blocks 3, first lead screw 61 and second lead screw 62 end all with another grip block 3 screw-thread fit connection in two grip blocks 3, all be fixed with the fixed block in the middle of the lead screw of first lead screw 61 and second lead screw 62, the screw thread direction of turning to opposite of fixed block both sides.
As shown in fig. 6, the synchronous moving communicator 63 includes a communicator housing 631, a first piston 632, a first connecting rod 633, a connecting plate 634, a second connecting rod 635, a third connecting rod 636, a second piston 637 and hydraulic oil 638, the communicator housing 631 is a U-shaped pipe disposed transversely, the first piston 632 is slidably disposed inside one end of the communicator housing 631, an outer side wall of the first piston 632 is closely attached to an inner side wall of the communicator housing 631, the second piston 637 is slidably disposed inside another end of the communicator housing 631, an outer side wall of the second piston 637 is closely attached to an inner side wall of the communicator housing 631, an end surface of the first piston 632 near an outer side of the communicator housing 631 is fixedly connected to a head end of the first connecting rod 633, a tail end of the first connecting rod 633 is fixedly connected to one of the two clamping plates 3, an end surface of the second piston 637 near an outer side of the communicator housing 631 is fixedly connected to a head end of the third connecting rod 636, the end of the third connecting rod 636 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 634, the connecting plate 634 is fixedly connected to the other clamping plate 3 through the second connecting rod 635, the hydraulic oil 638 is disposed in the communicator housing 631, and the hydraulic oil 638 is filled between the first piston 632 and the second piston 637.
As shown in fig. 7, the transverse moving seat 7 includes a moving driven gear 71, a transmission shaft 72, a moving seat driving gear 73, a clutch driving device 74, a moving driving gear 75, a clamping driving gear 76, a moving driving motor 77, a motor fixing frame 78, a motor gear 79 and a transverse moving seat body 710, the transverse moving seat body 710 is slidably embedded in the longitudinal moving seat 2, the transmission shaft 72 is rotatably fixed inside the transverse moving seat body 710, the transmission shaft 72 is fixed with the moving driven gear 71 and the moving driving gear 75, the moving driven gear 71 is engaged with the fixing rack 8, the moving driving gear 75 is engaged with the moving seat driving gear 73, the moving seat driving gear 73 is fixedly connected with one end of the clutch driving device 74, the other end of the clutch driving device 74 is fixedly connected with the clamping driving gear 76, the moving driving motor 77 is fixed inside the transverse moving seat body 710 through the motor, the motor gear 79 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 77, the motor gear 79 is in transmission connection with the clutch driving device 74, and the clamping driving gear 76 is meshed with the transmission gear 65.
As shown in fig. 8, the clutch driving device 74 includes a clutch driving bearing 741, a clutch turntable 742, a turntable moving frame 743, a telescopic cylinder 744, a cylinder fixing frame 745, a clutch driving gear 746, and a clutch driving shaft 747, the clutch driving shaft 747 is rotationally fixed in the transverse moving seat body 710, the clutch driving gear 746 is fixed in the middle of the clutch driving shaft 747, the turntable moving frame 743 is slidably fixed on both sides of the clutch driving gear 746, the telescopic cylinder 744 is fixed on the end surface between the two turntable moving frames 743, the two telescopic cylinders 744 are fixed in the transverse moving seat body 710 through the cylinder fixing frame 745, the clutch driving bearings 741 are two in total, the two clutch driving bearings 741 are rotationally fixed on both ends of the clutch driving shaft 747, the clutch driving shaft 747 is respectively fixedly connected with the moving seat driving gear 73 and the clamp driving gear 76 through the two clutch driving, two clutch turntables 742 are provided, the two clutch turntables 742 are respectively fixed between the two turntable moving frames 743 and the clutch driving bearings 741 at the two ends of the clutch driving shaft 747, the end faces of the clutch turntables 742 close to the moving seat driving gear 73 and the clamping driving gear 76 are provided with convex blocks, and the convex blocks are matched with the side walls of the moving seat driving gear 73 and the clamping driving gear 76.
The working steps of the left-right rotation screw rod translation type clamp holder are as follows:

3) the second screw rod 62 and the first screw rod 61 are driven to rotate, the clamping plates 3 are driven to move by the second screw rod 62 and the first screw rod 61, and the two clamping plates 3 clamp the blocky workpiece;
4) when the workpiece is cylindrical, pulling the upper clamping frame 51 and the lower clamping frame 52 to enable the fixed elastic rod 53 to extend out of the lower clamping frame 52 and the upper clamping frame 51 and be clamped on the end face of the clamping plate 3, enabling the upper clamping frame 51 and the lower clamping frame 52 to form a transverse V-shaped shape, and repeating the steps 1-3 to clamp the cylindrical workpiece;
5) when the workpiece needs to move longitudinally, the longitudinal movement driving screw rod 1 is rotated, and the longitudinal movement driving screw rod 1 drives the longitudinal movement seat 2 to move longitudinally so as to drive the workpiece to move longitudinally;
6) when the transverse movement is needed, the telescopic cylinder 744 is started, the telescopic cylinder 744 is extended, one end of the turntable moving frame 743 is pushed to move out of the movable seat driving gear 73, the clutch turntable 742 is matched with the end face of the movable seat driving gear 73, the clutch turntable 742 drives the movable seat driving gear 73 to rotate, the movable seat driving gear 73 drives the movable driving gear 75 to rotate, the movable driving gear 75 drives the transmission shaft 72 and the movable driven gear 71 to rotate, the movable driving gear 75 and the movable driven gear 71 rotate, the transverse movement seat 7 transversely moves through the movable driving gear 75 and the movable driven gear 71 and meshing, and the transverse movement seat 7 transversely moves to drive the workpiece to transversely move.
