In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize applications of other processes and/or uses of other materials.
Referring to fig. 1-9, an embodiment of the present invention provides a toy bullet gun 100. The toy bullet gun 100 comprises a telescopic tenon 10, a gun body 20, a bullet gun elastic piece 30 and a bullet cabin 40 slidably mounted on the gun body 20, wherein one of the gun body 20 and the bullet cabin 40 is provided with the tenon 10, the other of the gun body 20 and the bullet cabin 40 is formed with a convex edge 42, the tenon 10 abuts against the convex edge 42 to limit the sliding of the bullet cabin 40 relative to the gun body 20, the bullet gun elastic piece 30 is in a compressed state when the tenon 10 abuts against the convex edge 42, and when the tenon 10 is separated from the convex edge 42, the bullet gun elastic piece 30 drives the bullet cabin 40 to be ejected in a sliding mode relative to the gun body 20.
According to the toy bullet gun 100 of the above embodiment, the bullet bin 40 can quickly slide into the gun body 20 after abutting against the tenon 10, the tenon 10 and the convex edge 42 abut against the bullet bin 40 which can be clamped, and meanwhile, the bullet gun elastic piece 30 can quickly separate the bullet bin 40 from the gun body 20 when the tenon 10 retracts, so that the bullet bin 40 of the toy bullet gun 100 is convenient to install and detach, high in efficiency and good in user experience.
It is understood that the latch 10 is a structure that can be extended and retracted to perform a fixing function by being operated. The tenon 10 may be provided at one of the gun body 20 or the magazine 40. The rim 42 may be disposed on the other of the gun body 20 or magazine 40. In one example, mortise 10 is disposed on gun body 20, and flange 42 is disposed on magazine 40, such that magazine 40 presses against mortise 10 to retract mortise 10 when magazine 40 is slidably mounted on gun body 20, and such that mortise 10 is ejected and abuts flange 42 to restrict sliding movement of magazine 40 relative to gun body 20 when magazine 40 is mounted on gun body 20.
It is understood that the latch 10 can be extended and retracted in various configurations. For example, the latch 10 may be connected with a screw rod, and the screw rod may be driven to rotate manually or electrically, so that the latch 10 extends and contracts; for another example, the tenon 10 can be connected with a bump, the bump is pressed by a cam to move up and down, and the up and down movement of the bump drives the tenon 10 to extend and retract; for another example, the tenon 10 may be connected to a rack, and the rack may be driven manually or electrically to move up and down, so as to drive the tenon 10 to extend and retract; for another example, the latch 10 may be connected to the key 112, the key 112 is pressed to retract the latch 10, the key 112 is not pressed, and the latch 10 is extended and kept in the extended state.
It should be noted that the elastic member 30 may be disposed on the gun body 20 or the magazine 40, and the elastic member 30 is in a compressed state when the tenon 10 abuts against the flange 42, that is, the elastic member 30 is in a compressed state when the magazine 40 is mounted on the gun body 20. When the tenon 10 is operated, the tenon 10 retracts and disengages from the flange 42, and the elastic member 30 of the bullet gun extends, so that the magazine 40 is driven to slide and eject relative to the gun body 20.
It should be noted that the number of the tenons 10 may be one, two or more. The tenon 10 may be disposed on one side or both sides of the toy bullet gun 100, and the number and position of the tenons 10 are not limited and may be set according to actual requirements.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the gun body 20 is provided with the tenon 10, the magazine 40 is provided with the convex edge 42, and the elastic member 30 of the bullet gun is provided in the magazine 40.
This allows the toy bullet gun 100 to be easily handled and the gun body 20 to be easily removed from the magazine 40.
It will be appreciated that as magazine 40 slides into gun body 20, ledge 42 of magazine 40 presses against tenon 10 to retract tenon 10, and as magazine 40 slides into gun body 20, gun spring 30 is progressively compressed. After the convex edge 42 slides over the top of the tenon 10, the tenon 10 of the gun body 20 is ejected to make the tenon 10 abut against the convex edge 42 to limit the sliding of the magazine 40 relative to the gun body 20, and the elastic member 30 of the bullet gun is in a compressed state in the magazine 40.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 12, in some embodiments, the gun body 20 is provided with a gun body chute 24, the gun body chute 24 is matched with a flange 42, and the flange 42 is clamped in the gun body chute 24 when the magazine 40 is mounted on the gun body 20.
In this manner, magazine 40 is easily mounted to gun body 20 by the cooperation of gun body slide 24 and collar 42.
It will be appreciated that in one example, gun body slide slot 24 may be a square slot and accordingly collar 42 is a square projection that mates with gun body slide slot 24. In another example, the gun slide 24 can be a V-shaped groove and correspondingly the lip 42 can be a V-shaped protrusion that mates with the gun slide 24. It should be noted that the shapes of the gun body chute 24 and the flange 42 can be designed into other corresponding shapes according to actual needs, and are not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 5 and 12, in some embodiments, the latch 10 is telescopically disposed in the gun body slide slot 24, the latch 10 is formed with a first vertical surface 12, the end surface of the flange 42 is a second vertical surface 422, and when the magazine 40 is mounted on the gun body 20, the first vertical surface 12 abuts against the second vertical surface 422 to limit the sliding of the magazine 40 relative to the gun body 20.
In this way, the first vertical surface 12 and the second vertical surface 422 abut against each other to limit the sliding of the magazine 40 relative to the gun body 20, so that the stroke of sliding the magazine 40 into the gun body 20 is short, which is beneficial to keeping the size of the gun 10 small, and the magazine 40 is more easily clamped on the gun body 20.
It will be appreciated that because of the relatively large area of the first and second vertical surfaces 12 and 422, the force exerted against each other is relatively high, which limits the sliding movement of the magazine 40 relative to the gun body 20 when the magazine 40 is mounted to the gun body 20, and the magazine 40 is not easily detached from the gun body 20.
Referring to fig. 4-7, in some embodiments, the toy gun 100 includes an operation portion 110, the operation portion 110 includes a button 112 and a connection portion 114, the button 112 includes a pressing block 1122, the latch 10 is fixed at a top end of the connection portion 114, a side of the connection portion 114 forms a receiving slot 116, the receiving slot 116 is provided with a pressing surface 1162, and when the button 112 is operated, the button 112 presses the pressing surface 1162 through the pressing block 1122 to drive the connection portion 114 and the latch 10 to retract.
Thus, when the key 112 is operated, the pressing block 1122 and the pressing surface 1162 can quickly control the latch 10 to retract, and the structure is simple.
When the tenon 10 is provided in the magazine 40, the operation portion 110 is provided in the magazine 40, and when the tenon 10 is provided in the gun body 20, the operation portion 110 is provided in the gun body 20.
It is understood that pressing piece 1122 is at least partially located in receiving slot 116 and in contact with pressing surface 1162 when key 112 is not operated. In this case, when the key 112 is pressed, the pressing piece 1122 extends into the receiving slot 116, and the pressing piece 1122 abuts against the pressing surface 1162 to drive the connecting portion 114 and the tenon 10 to retract, so that when the key 112 is pressed, there is no virtual position, and the user experience is good.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, a through hole 1164 is formed on a surface of the housing groove 116 opposite to the pressing block 1122, the through hole 1164 is communicated with the housing groove 116, and the pressing block 1122 is at least partially located in the through hole 1164 when the key 112 is operated.
In this way, by providing through-hole 1164 on the surface of housing groove 116 facing press block 1122, the thickness of connecting portion 114 can be reduced, as shown in fig. 6.
It can be understood that, since the through hole 1164 is formed on the surface of the receiving slot 116 opposite to the pressing block 1122, the pressing block 1122 can extend into the through hole 1164 after abutting against the pressing surface 1162, so that the overall thickness of the connecting portion 114 can be reduced under the condition that the moving space of the pressing block 1122 is ensured to be sufficient.
Specifically, the number of the through holes 1164 may be one, two or more, and accordingly, the number of the pressing blocks 1122 may be one, two or more. The area of through hole 1164 is larger than the area of compact 1122. In the illustrated embodiment, the number of through holes 1164 and compacts 1122 is two.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the connecting portion 114 is formed with a bar-shaped protrusion 1142, the key 112 is formed with a key groove 1124, and the bar-shaped protrusion 1142 is engaged in the key groove 1124 when the key 112 is operated to guide a stroke of pressing the key 112.
Therefore, the strip-shaped protrusion 1142 is clamped in the key groove 1124 to guide the stroke of the key 112 pressed, so that the key 112 can be operated more smoothly, and the situation of clamping is avoided.
It will be appreciated that projections 1142 and key recesses 1124 cooperate such that when key 112 is depressed, bar projections 1142 partially or fully snap into key recesses 1124. The bar-shaped protrusion 1142 may be disposed in the receiving groove 116, which may also reduce the overall thickness of the operating portion 110, thereby reducing the overall weight of the toy bullet gun 100.
Referring to fig. 4-7, in some embodiments, the gun body 20 is provided with an operating portion 110, the operating portion 110 includes a key elastic member 118, one end of the key elastic member 118 abuts against the bottom end of the connecting portion 114, the other end of the key elastic member 118 abuts against the inside of the gun body 20, and the key elastic member 118 is configured to be compressed when the key 112 is operated and to drive the tenon 10 to extend out of the gun body 20 or keep the tenon 10 to extend out when the key 112 is not operated.
Thus, the key 112 can be compressed when being operated by the key elastic member 118 and the tenon 10 can be rapidly driven to extend out of the gun body 20 or the tenon 10 can be kept in an extending state when the key 112 is not operated, and the structure is simple.
It is understood that the key elastic member 118 may be a spring or an elastic member having a good elastic deformation capability.
Specifically, when the key 112 is operated, the latch 10 moves downward to make the bottom end of the connecting portion 114 abut against the key elastic member 118 to compress the key elastic member 118 to generate corresponding elastic deformation, and when the key 112 is not operated, the key elastic member 118 drives the latch 10 to extend out of the gun body 20 or keeps the extended state of the latch 10 under the action of the elastic force.
Referring to fig. 4-7, in some embodiments, the connecting portion 114 is provided with a cylinder 1144, and the key elastic member 118 is at least partially sleeved on the cylinder 1144.
Thus, the cylinder 1144 can maintain the shape of the key elastic member 118, so that the key elastic member 118 is not easily radially deviated when the latch 10 is extended, thereby prolonging the service life of the key elastic member 118 and improving the stability of the latch 10 during extension.
It is understood that the column 1144 may be disposed at the bottom end of the connecting portion 114, and the column 1144 and the latch 10 may be disposed on the same central axis, so as to enhance the elasticity of the key elastic member 118 to the latch 10. It should be noted that the column 1144 may be disposed at the side end of the connecting portion 114, or at other positions of the connecting portion 114 according to actual requirements.
It will be appreciated that the post 1144 may be provided in a corresponding length depending on the size of the space within the gun body 20. The post 1144 may be configured as a hollow structure, which may reduce the weight of the toy gun 100. In this embodiment, the post 1144, the connecting portion 114 and the latch 10 are a unitary structure.
Referring to fig. 2 and 11, in some embodiments, the magazine 40 includes a retractable bullet-blocking portion 41 and an outlet 44, the bullet-blocking portion 41 is connected to the elastic member 30 of the bullet gun, the gun body 20 is provided with a stopping portion 26 and an inlet 28, the bullet-blocking portion 41 closes the outlet 44 when the magazine 40 is separated from the gun body 20, the stopping portion 26 abuts against the bullet-blocking portion 41 to retract the bullet-blocking portion 41 and open the outlet 44 when the magazine 40 is mounted on the gun body 20, and the outlet 44 is communicated with the inlet 28.
Thus, when the magazine 40 is separated from the gun body 20, the bullet stopping portion 41 closes the outlet 44 to prevent the bullet in the magazine 40 from leaking out, and when the magazine 40 is mounted on the gun body 20, the stopping portion 26 abuts against the bullet stopping portion 41 to retract the bullet stopping portion 41 and open the outlet 44, so that the bullet in the magazine 40 enters the gun body 20 through the outlet 44 and the inlet 28, and the structure is simple.
It will be appreciated that the bullet gun spring 30 is disposed in the magazine 40 such that sliding the magazine 40 into the gun body 20 retracts quickly through the bullet-blocking portion 41 and opens the exit opening 44 to allow the bullet to quickly drop through the entrance opening 28 into the gun body 20.
Specifically, the bullet-blocking portion 41 may be a sheet, the end of the bullet-blocking portion 41 is connected to the bullet gun elastic member 30, when the magazine 40 slides into the gun body 20 and slides into a certain distance, the bullet-blocking portion 41 is blocked by the stopping portion 26, and during the process of sliding the magazine 40, the bullet-blocking portion 41 retracts backward, so that the bullet gun elastic member 30 is compressed until the magazine 40 is clamped by the tenon 10. When the tenon 10 retracts, the magazine 40 is not blocked by the tenon 10, the elastic key 118 pushes the elastic blocking part 41 to extend, the magazine 40 is ejected, and the elastic blocking part 41 closes the outlet 44.
