The invention discloses a ureteral stent capable of being implanted through percutaneous nephrocentesis, which comprises an external section, a kidney loop section, a ureteral stent section and a bladder section which are integrally communicated, wherein platinum mark positions are arranged at junctions of the external section, the kidney loop section, the ureteral stent section and the bladder section, two adjacent platinum mark positions are arranged at the junctions of the external section and the kidney loop section, and a cutting opening is arranged between the two adjacent platinum mark positions. The drainage tube is combined with the ureter bracket, the internal part of the body can play a role in draining urine to the kidney and the bladder, and the external part of the body can play a role in external drainage by matching with the drainage bag. The external section provides a channel for replacing and taking out the ureteral stent, reduces the puncture times and has less harm to patients; meanwhile, the ureteral stent is positioned at the external section of the body and can be cut off, and the cut-off ureteral stent has the same function as the traditional ureteral stent, so that the multipurpose of the ureteral stent is increased.

If the patients can not relieve obstruction, percutaneous renal pelvis drainage or renal fistulization is needed, and the re-stent reconstruction of the ureter can not be completed, so that the postoperative life quality of the patients is affected.
The prior ureteral stent can not meet the ureteral reconstruction requirements of the patients, and the prior ureteral stent only has a single stent function and can not realize the drainage function from the inside to the outside of the body. Referring to fig. 1-2, the ureteral stent capable of being implanted through percutaneous nephrocentesis according to the technical scheme of the invention comprises an external section 1, a kidney loop section 2, a ureteral stent section 3 and a bladder section 4 which are integrally communicated, wherein platinum marker positions 5 are arranged at junctions of the external section 1, the kidney loop section 2, the ureteral stent section 3 and the bladder section 4. Two adjacent platinum mark positions 5 are arranged at the junction of the external section 1 and the kidney band section 2, the platinum mark positions 5 can be seen under X-ray perspective, and a cutting opening 6 is arranged between the two adjacent platinum mark positions 5.
After the ureteral stent is placed, the external section 1 is exposed outside, the kidney loop section 2 is arranged in the kidney loop, the ureteral stent section 3 is positioned in the ureter, and the bladder section 4 is arranged in the bladder. The kidney-shaped section 2 and the bladder section 4 have a drainage function, the external section 1 has a function of draining urine from the inside of the body to the outside of the body, and provides an operation channel to facilitate replacement or taking out of the ureteral stent placed in the body without puncturing again, so that the pain of a patient is reduced.
The end part of the external section 1 is provided with a threaded interface 12 which can be connected with a drainage bag or sealed and fixed with a threaded plugging cap.

If the external section 1 of the ureteral stent needs to be reserved, the ureteral stent is placed through a guide wire 8, a catheter 7 and other clinical special puncture auxiliary tools, a pull wire 11 is tightened under fluoroscopy, the kidney loop section 2 and the bladder section 4 are fixed in a coil, and then a wire is pulled and the pull wire 11 is removed. The wires 11 may not be removed. The external section 1 is fixed on the skin by using a fixing paste or an adhesive tape, and is externally connected with a drainage bag through a threaded interface or is sealed by using a pipe cap.
If the ureter outer section 1 does not need to be reserved, the ureter stent is placed through a puncture auxiliary tool such as a guide wire 8, a catheter 7 and the like, and the pull wire 11 is pulled out and discarded. The coils of the kidney-shaped section 2 and the bladder section 4 are fixed in the process of gradually pulling out the pull wire 11. The blade is used to cut the outer section of the body along the cutting opening 6. No external section is reserved, and the ureteral stent needs to be taken out by a cystoscope after 3 months of operation. The cut ureteral stent can form the shape of the traditional ureteral stent used in the prior surgery and can also be placed under a cystoscope.
