1) pre-cleaning: firstly, the used gynecological surgical instruments are placed on the feeding circulating conveying belt 10, the feeding circulating conveying belt 10 is used for conveying materials to the position, located in the pre-cleaning chamber 4, of the pre-cleaning chamber 4, the horizontal overturning assembly 7 takes a first frame body 705 as a material receiving frame and is located below the discharge end of the feeding circulating conveying belt 10, so that the materials can continuously fall into the feeding circulating conveying belt 10, then the spraying cover 11 above the pre-cleaning chamber 4 is started to spray and wash, the spraying and washing processes converge, the horizontal overturning assembly 7 can drive the second bevel gear 710 to rotate in a reciprocating reverse direction by using the second motor 709, then the first bevel gear 707 is used for driving the first supporting shaft 704 and the first frame body 705 to rotate in a reciprocating mode in a small range, the shaking effect is achieved, and the spraying and washing effect is improved.
2) Soaking and disinfecting: after the precleaning is finished, the horizontal overturning component 7 at the precleaning chamber 4 displaces the first frame body 705 bearing the material to the upper side of the soaking and disinfecting chamber 5, one third frame body 813 of the lifting and overturning component 8 displaces to the lower side of the first frame body 705, the horizontal overturning component 7 drives the first frame body 705 to overturn by using the second motor 709, so that the material falls into the third frame body 813, disinfectant is filled in the soaking and disinfecting chamber 5 to soak and disinfect the material, the third motor 801 can be used for driving the third frame body 813 to perform small reciprocating reverse rotation in the soaking and disinfecting process, the fifth motor 815 can be used for driving the third frame body 813 to swing back and forth, the fourth motor 807 is used for driving the third frame body to perform vertical reciprocating displacement through lead screw transmission, and the shaking in the directions of three degrees of freedom can ensure that sufficient soaking and disinfecting can be performed.
3) Draining: after the soaking and disinfection are finished, the lifting and overturning assembly 8 drives the third frame 813 to move upwards by utilizing the fourth motor 807 through screw transmission, the first frame 701 of the horizontal overturning assembly 7 at the drying chamber 6 is rotated to a place where the displacement of the third frame 813 cannot be obstructed before the displacement, then the first frame 701 is rotated to be right below the third frame 813, and the fifth motor 815 is utilized to drive the third frame 813 to overturn, so that the material piece falls into the first frame 701 for draining;
4) drying: after the draining is finished, the horizontal overturning assembly 7 at the drying chamber 6 rotates the first frame body 701 carrying the material parts into the drying chamber 6, the third frame body 813 which has risen rapidly moves downwards into the soaking and sterilizing chamber 5 in the rotating process of the first frame body 701, and the air drying cover 16 is opened to dry and clean the material parts;
5) arraying: after drying, the horizontal turnover assembly 7 at the drying chamber 6 drives the first frame body 705 to turn over by using the second motor 709, so that the material part falls on the discharging circulating conveying belt 13, the discharging circulating conveying belt 13 is used for conveying outwards, the material part is aligned by using the blocking roller 15 in the conveying process, the stacking of multiple layers is avoided, and the subsequent quick packaging is utilized for storage.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1-7 and fig. 9, the present embodiment provides a disinfecting device for gynecological surgical instruments, which includes a box body 1, the inner side of the box body 1 is divided into a pre-cleaning chamber 4, a soaking and disinfecting chamber 5 and a drying chamber 6 by a first partition board 2 and a second partition board 3, the upper parts of the pre-cleaning chamber 4, the soaking and disinfecting chamber 5 and the drying chamber 6 are communicated, the upper ends of the first partition board 2 and the second partition board 3 are respectively provided with a horizontal turning assembly 7, and a lifting and turning assembly 8 is arranged in the soaking and disinfecting chamber 5. A feed inlet 9 is formed in a side plate of the pre-cleaning chamber 4, a feed circulating conveyer belt 10 is arranged at the feed inlet 9, and a spraying cover 11 is arranged on the top side of the pre-cleaning chamber 4. A discharge port 12 is formed in a side plate of the drying chamber 6, a discharge circulating conveying belt 13 is arranged at the discharge port 12, and an air drying cover 16 is arranged on the top side of the drying chamber 6.
In this embodiment, the horizontal flipping unit 7 includes a first motor 701, a first coupler 702, a first rotating shaft 703, a first supporting shaft 704, a first frame 705, a first buffer net 706, a first bevel gear 707, a first fixing plate 708, a second motor 709, and a second bevel gear 710. An output shaft of the first motor 701 is fixedly connected with a first rotating shaft 703 through a first coupling 702, a first frame body 705 is rotatably supported on the side portion of the first rotating shaft 703 close to the bottom end, the first frame body 705 is an open frame with a bottom plate, and a first buffer net 706 is fixed above the bottom plate of the first frame body 705. A first bevel gear 707 is fixed to an outer end of the first rotating shaft 703, the second motor 709 is fixed to the first rotating shaft 703 through a first fixing plate 708, a second bevel gear 710 is fixed to an output shaft of the second motor 709, and the first bevel gear 707 and the second bevel gear 710 are engaged with each other.
In this embodiment, the lifting and turning assembly 8 includes a third motor 801, a second coupling 802, a second rotating shaft 803, a second fixing plate 804, a third fixing plate 805, a fourth fixing plate 806, a fourth motor 807, a third coupling 808, a screw 809, a movable supporting block 810, a pulley 811, a second frame 812, a third frame 813, a positioning shaft 814, and a fifth motor 815. An output shaft of the third motor 801 is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 803 through a second coupling 802, a second fixing plate 804, a third fixing plate 805 and a fourth fixing plate 806 are symmetrically fixed on the second rotating shaft 803, a fourth motor 807 is fixed on the second fixing plate 804, a screw rod 809 is rotatably supported on the third fixing plate 805 and the fourth fixing plate 806, and an output shaft of the fourth motor 807 is fixedly connected with the upper end portion of the screw rod 809 through a third coupling 808. The outer side of the screw rod 809 is sleeved with a movable supporting block 810, the inner end of the movable supporting block 810 is fixed with a pulley 811, and the other end is fixed with a second frame 812. The second frame body 812 is a rectangular frame with an upper opening and a lower opening, the second frame body 812 rotatably supports a third frame body 813, the third frame body 813 is an open frame with a bottom plate, and a second cushion net 816 is fixed on the third frame body 813 above the bottom plate. The outer wall of one side plate of the third frame 813 is provided with a positioning shaft 814 which penetrates through the second frame 812 and extends into the movable supporting block 810, the outer wall of the other side plate is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a fifth motor 815, and the fifth motor 815 is fixed on the outer side wall of the second frame 812.
In this embodiment, the first motor 701 and the third motor 801 are fixed to the outer wall of the top plate of the box 1 through motor brackets, respectively.
In this embodiment, the first rotating shaft 703 and the second rotating shaft 803 are square shafts, and the second rotating shaft 803 is provided with a wheel groove engaged with the pulley 811.
In this embodiment, the bottom plates of the first frame 705 and the third frame 813 are hollow plates, the length of the third frame 813 is greater than the length of the first frame 705, and the width of the third frame 813 is greater than the width of the first frame 705.
In this embodiment, the third housing 813 is rotatably displaceable below the first housing 705, the first housing 705 is rotatably displaceable below the shower cover 11 or the seasoning cover 16, a water supply pump is connected to an input pipe of the shower cover 11, and a hot air blower is connected to an input pipe of the seasoning cover 16.
In this embodiment, a baffle roller 15 is rotatably supported by an L-shaped bracket 14 above the discharge port 12 on the inner side of the side plate of the drying chamber 6, and a discharge gap is left between the baffle roller 15 and the discharge circulating conveyor 13.
In this embodiment, the first motor 701, the second motor 709, the third motor 801, the fourth motor 807 and the fifth motor 815 are all positive and negative rotation motors; an ultraviolet germicidal lamp 17 is fixed on the second clapboard 3 above the discharging circulating conveyer belt 13.
In this embodiment, the bottom of precleaning room 4 is equipped with the drain pipe in advance, and soaking disinfection room 5 is equipped with feed liquor pipe and drain pipe, and the feed liquor pipe is close to the top and distributes, and the drain pipe is close to the bottom and distributes, and the body of drain pipe, feed liquor pipe and drain pipe is equipped with the opening valve respectively.
The structure and application of the embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, and the difference is that the pre-cleaning chamber 4 and the drying chamber 6 are distributed on two sides of the soaking and sterilizing chamber 5, the box body is in a V-shaped structure, and the included angle range can be set to be 60-150 degrees. The box body with the structure is beneficial to the receiving and dispatching operation of the material piece by a single person.

the horizontal overturning assembly comprises a first motor, a first coupler, a first rotating shaft, a first supporting shaft, a first frame body, a first buffer net, a first bevel gear, a first fixing plate, a second motor and a second bevel gear, wherein an output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft through the first coupler, the first frame body is rotatably supported on the side part of the first rotating shaft close to the bottom end, the first frame body is an open frame with a bottom plate, the first buffer net is fixedly arranged on the first frame body above the bottom plate, the first bevel gear is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the first rotating shaft, the second motor is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft through the first fixing plate, the second bevel gear is fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the second motor, and the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear are meshed with each other;
the lifting and overturning assembly comprises a third motor, a second coupler, a second rotating shaft, a second fixed plate, a third fixed plate, a fourth motor, a third coupler, a screw rod, a movable supporting block, a pulley, a second frame body, a third frame body, a positioning shaft and a fifth motor, wherein an output shaft of the third motor is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft through the second coupler, the second rotating shaft is symmetrically and fixedly provided with the second fixed plate, the third fixed plate and the fourth fixed plate, the second fixed plate is fixedly provided with the fourth motor, the third fixed plate and the fourth fixed plate are rotatably supported with the screw rod, an output shaft of the fourth motor is fixedly connected with the upper end part of the screw rod through the third coupler, the outer side of the screw rod is sleeved with the movable supporting block, the inner end of the movable supporting block is fixedly provided with the pulley, the other end of the movable supporting block is fixedly provided with the second frame body, and the second frame body is a rectangular frame with an upper opening and a lower opening, a third frame body is rotatably supported in the second frame body, the third frame body is an open frame with a bottom plate, a second buffer net is fixed above the bottom plate of the third frame body, a positioning shaft penetrating through the second frame body and extending into the movable supporting block is arranged on the outer wall of one side plate of the third frame body, the outer wall of the other side plate is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a fifth motor, and the fifth motor is fixed on the outer side wall of the second frame body;
the bottom plates of the first frame body and the third frame body are hollow plates, the length of the third frame body is greater than that of the first frame body, and the width of the third frame body is greater than that of the first frame body;
the third frame body can be shifted to the lower side of the first frame body through rotation, the first frame body can be shifted to the lower side of the spraying cover or the air drying cover through rotation, an input pipe of the spraying cover is connected with a water supply pump, and an input pipe of the air drying cover is connected with an air heater.
2. The gynecological surgical instrument disinfection device of claim 1, wherein: the first motor and the third motor are fixed on the outer wall of the top plate of the box body through motor supports respectively.
3. The gynecological surgical instrument disinfection device of claim 1, wherein: the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are square shafts, and the second rotating shaft is provided with a wheel groove matched with the pulley.

The gynecological surgical instrument disinfection device of claim 1, wherein: the inner side of the side plate of the drying chamber is positioned above the discharge port and is rotatably supported by an L-shaped support, and a discharge gap is reserved between the blocking roller and the discharge circulating conveying belt.

The gynecological surgical instrument disinfection device of claim 1, wherein: the first motor, the second motor, the third motor, the fourth motor and the fifth motor are positive and negative rotating motors; and an ultraviolet germicidal lamp is fixed above the discharge circulating conveyor belt by the second partition plate.

The gynecological surgical instrument disinfection device of claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the precleaning chamber is provided with a drain pipe, the soaking and disinfecting chamber is provided with a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe, and the bodies of the drain pipe, the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are respectively provided with an opening valve.
