The needle rod 14 is made of a biocompatible similar material, including tantalum, niobium, palladium, gold, silver, platinum and alloys thereof, stainless steel, cobalt-based alloys, titanium-based alloys, and the like; metal oxides and ceramic materials such as: oxides of magnesium, aluminum, titanium, zirconium, boride ceramics, nitride ceramics, silicide ceramics, carbide ceramics, silicates, aluminosilicates, borosilicates, borates, glass ceramics, hydroxyapatite; a carbon material; organic materials such as: acrylic macromolecule, polycarbonate vinegar, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), nylon, silicon rubber and the like.
