Abstract
The invention discloses a key population management and control platform based on railway traffic information, which comprises the following components: the system comprises a key personnel input module, a key personnel backup module, a key personnel management and control module, an on-control personnel control module, a short message notification recording module, a management and control history module, a user creation module and a log query module. The invention effectively monitors the travel track of the heavy personnel by utilizing the statistical analysis of the railway big data, and the data among different modules can be mutually communicated, so that the interconnection of a plurality of modules is realized, the tightness of a data network is ensured, meanwhile, the short message service has a special short message platform, the reliability of the short message is improved, the timeliness of the short message is provided, and the early warning, prevention and control work of related departments can be conveniently done in advance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a key population management and control technology, in particular to a key population management and control platform based on railway traffic information.
Background
For safety we have to keep track of the whereabouts of some key personnel in hand. the data receiving submodule receives key personnel information from the key personnel input submodule and transmits the information to the data uploading submodule; the data uploading submodule analyzes and processes the received key personnel information and sends the key personnel information to the corresponding data auditing submodule to be audited by an auditor;

s4: the manager receives the travel information of the control personnel through the short message, gathers the travel information of the control personnel and uploads the travel information to the police service system for storage and backup;
s5: an administrator models the travel track of the controlled personnel in a fixed time, builds an on-control personnel comparison model, and timely reflects the risk or suspicious instant track to the upper level according to the authority; if the risk track does not exist, executing a step S6;
s6: in the control time, the risk track does not appear, and an administrator can lift a solution control application to the platform according to the regulation;
