As an example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a notch is provided on the wire groove, and the position of the notch corresponds to the charging socket of the mobile phone (to-be-detected piece), so that the USB socket of the mobile phone faces the notch of the wire groove.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a gripping part 9 is provided on the outer frame 1, and the gripping part 9 facilitates gripping by a manipulator. As an example of the present invention, the gripping portion 9 is disposed on the upper frame wall 103, the gripping portion 9 is disposed on a side of the jig far from the quick-change tray 3, preferably, the gripping portion 9 is disposed at a position near the middle of the upper frame wall 103, and the connecting portion 104a is disposed at a position near the middle of the lower frame wall 104, so that the operation of the manipulator is facilitated, and the convenient, quick, stable and reliable gripping jig can be moved and quickly assembled.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an identification unit 10 is disposed on the outer frame 1, where the identification unit 10 is used for visual positioning of the manipulator, so as to implement quick, automatic and reliable gripping of the gripping portion 9 on the outer frame by the manipulator. As an example of the present invention, the marking unit 10 may be a protrusion or a depression having a circular shape, a polygonal shape, or a gradual change in cross section or an irregular change in cross section. The process of using the universal mobile phone quick-change clamp for mobile phone automatic test is as follows: after a piece to be detected (a mobile phone) is replaced and clamped, or after a certain automatic test procedure is passed, the manipulator recognizes that the first identification part and the second identification part are arranged on the outer frame through the image recognition module, and because the circle centers of the two identification parts are a certain distance, in an image obtained by the manipulator, the image can be judged as the image of the universal mobile phone quick-change clamp according to the invention as long as two circles with a certain distance are recognized on the clamp outer frame, and the image is positioned to the position of the universal mobile phone quick-change clamp, the manipulator gripping arm moves to the upper part of the universal mobile phone quick-change clamp according to the positioning of the universal mobile phone quick-change clamp, moves downwards to grip the gripping part of the universal mobile phone quick-change clamp, and after gripping the universal mobile phone clamp is quickly moved to an automatic test device of the next procedure, the quick-change disc is aligned to a test device interface, and the next automatic test procedure can be entered after the gripping.

The first limit stop (501) and the second limit stop (502) are arranged in a wedge shape, and contact surfaces of the first limit stop (501) and the second limit stop (502) connected with the to-be-detected piece (4) are obliquely arranged in a direction facing the inner side of the fixture inner frame (2) from one side contacted with the positioning angle frame (11) to one side far away from the positioning angle frame (11);
The quick-change disc (3) is fixed with the outer frame (1) and the inner frame (2) of the clamp and is used for being connected with an automatic testing device;
