Detailed Description
The present embodiment relates to the following modes.
Form 1
A cleaning sheet attachable to a cleaning tool including a cleaning head and a head rotating member rotatably supporting the cleaning head, wherein the cleaning sheet has a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction orthogonal to each other, the cleaning sheet comprising: a first sheet portion; a second sheet portion laminated to the first sheet portion in the thickness direction; a first long-side direction connecting portion that connects one end portion of the first sheet portion in the width direction with one end portion of the second sheet portion in the width direction along the long-side direction; a second long-side direction connecting portion that connects the other end portion in the width direction of the first sheet portion with the other end portion in the width direction of the second sheet portion along the long-side direction; and an insertion portion that is located between the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion and between the first longitudinal direction connecting portion and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion, and that can be inserted into the cleaning head from at least one end in the longitudinal direction.
In this cleaning sheet, the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion are connected by the first longitudinal connecting portion and the second longitudinal connecting portion at both ends in the width direction, whereby a shape capable of forming a cylinder can be obtained. Further, an insertion portion into which the cleaning head can be inserted may be formed in a portion between the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion and between the first longitudinal direction connecting portion and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion, that is, a portion inside the tube. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet is attached to the cleaning tool, the cleaning sheet can be extremely easily attached to the cleaning tool only by inserting the cleaning head into the insertion portion (inside the cylinder). In addition, when the cleaning sheet is detached from the cleaning tool, the cleaning sheet can be extremely easily detached from the cleaning tool by merely grasping and pulling the end portion of the cleaning sheet in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the cleaning sheet can be used to attach and detach the cleaning sheet to and from the cleaning tool extremely easily.
Form 2
The cleaning sheet according to claim 1, wherein the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion are formed as a single sheet member, and the cleaning sheet has a structure in which the second longitudinal direction connecting portion is folded in half with the sheet member as a folded position and joined to the first longitudinal direction connecting portion.
In the cleaning sheet, one sheet member is folded in half at the second longitudinal direction connecting portion and joined at the first longitudinal direction connecting portion. Therefore, there is no joint portion at the second longitudinal direction connecting portion. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet is attached to the cleaning head, the cleaning sheet constitutes a cylinder with fewer joint portions. Thus, when the cleaning head is inserted into the insertion portion (inside the cylinder) of the cleaning sheet or when the cleaning head is pulled out from the insertion portion (inside the cylinder), the cleaning head can be smoothly inserted into or pulled out from the joint portion or the like while being less affected by the cleaning head being caught by the joint portion or the like. Therefore, the cleaning sheet can be used to further facilitate the work of attaching and detaching the cleaning sheet to and from the cleaning tool.
Form 3
The cleaning sheet according to any one of claims 1 and 2, further comprising: an opening portion that does not connect one end portion of the first sheet portion in the longitudinal direction with one end portion of the second sheet portion in the longitudinal direction; and a width direction connecting portion that connects the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the first sheet portion with the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the second sheet portion in the width direction.
In this cleaning sheet, one end in the longitudinal direction of a tube (insertion portion) formed of a first sheet portion and a second sheet portion is opened at an opening portion as an inlet of the tube (insertion portion), and the other end is closed by a widthwise connecting portion. Thus, when the cleaning sheet is attached to the cleaning tool, the cleaning head can be prevented from being excessively pushed (or excessively pulled) after the cleaning head is inserted into the opening, and the cleaning head can be prevented from being bulged from the end portion of the cleaning sheet on the side opposite to the opening. That is, the cleaning sheet can be extremely easily attached to the cleaning tool without causing such a bulge.
In addition, the cleaning sheet can exhibit the following effects. In general, although the cleaning sheet is present in the vicinity of the portion of the cleaning head facing the widthwise connecting portion, this portion is not covered by the cleaning sheet. Therefore, it is difficult to perform cleaning using this portion of the cleaning head. However, the cleaning sheet can cover the portion of the cleaning head with the portion of the cleaning sheet including the widthwise connecting portion. Therefore, by pressing the portion of the cleaning head against the object to be cleaned such as a wall, the object to be cleaned can be cleaned by the portion of the cleaning sheet including the widthwise connecting portion.
Form 4
The cleaning sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first sheet portion has a first sheet inner surface on the insertion portion side and a first sheet outer surface on a side opposite to the first sheet inner surface, the second sheet portion has a second sheet inner surface on the insertion portion side and a second sheet outer surface on a side opposite to the second sheet inner surface, and the first longitudinal direction connecting portion joins one end portion in the width direction of the first sheet inner surface and one end portion in the width direction of the second sheet inner surface in the longitudinal direction in a state of facing each other.
In the cleaning sheet, at least the first longitudinal direction connecting portion joins the first sheet inner surface and the second sheet inner surface in opposition. Therefore, the first longitudinal direction connecting portion has a pleated shape that bulges outward from the main body of the tube formed by the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion. Therefore, the first longitudinal direction connecting portion can be easily extracted when the cleaning sheet is used. Thus, when the cleaning sheet is attached to the cleaning head or detached from the cleaning head, the cleaning sheet can be easily moved by picking up the first longitudinal direction connecting portion. In particular, during the removal, the cleaning sheet can be removed by removing the less contaminated (or uncontaminated) first longitudinal direction connecting portion without holding the contaminated portion (the portion of the cylinder) of the cleaning sheet.
Form 5
The cleaning sheet according to claim 4, wherein the first longitudinal direction connecting portion includes: a long-side direction joining portion that is located on the second long-side direction connecting portion side in the width direction and joins the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion along the long-side direction; and a long-side direction non-joined portion that is located on the opposite side of the second long-side direction connecting portion side in the width direction and that does not join the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion along the long-side direction, a distance between an end edge of the first sheet portion and the long-side direction joined portion and a distance between an end edge of the second sheet portion and the long-side direction joined portion being different from each other in the width direction.
In the cleaning sheet, the distance between the edge of the first sheet portion and the long-side direction joint portion and the distance between the edge of the second sheet portion and the long-side direction joint portion in the non-joint portion in the long-side direction are different from each other, that is, are offset. Therefore, the end edge of the first sheet portion and the end edge of the second sheet portion in the longitudinal non-joined portion protrude outward in the width direction in either direction. Therefore, a finger can be easily interposed between the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion in the longitudinal direction non-joined portion. Then, for example, by putting the index finger between the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion at the first longitudinal direction connecting portion, and pressing the first sheet portion from the outside with the middle finger and the second sheet portion from the outside with the thumb, the longitudinal non-joined portion can be firmly held with three fingers. This makes it possible to attach and detach the cleaning sheet to and from the cleaning head accurately and extremely easily.
Form 6
The cleaning sheet according to any one of claims 4 and 5, wherein the first longitudinal direction connecting portion includes: a long-side direction joining portion that is located on the second long-side direction connecting portion side in the width direction and joins the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion along the long-side direction; and a longitudinal direction non-joined portion that is located on the opposite side of the second longitudinal direction connecting portion side in the width direction and that does not join the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion along the longitudinal direction, wherein an end edge of the first sheet portion and an end edge of the second sheet portion of at least one of both end portions of the longitudinal direction non-joined portion are separated from each other in the longitudinal direction.
In the cleaning sheet, the end edge of at least one of the two end portions of the non-joint portion in the longitudinal direction is separated from, i.e., displaced from, the end edge of the second sheet portion. Therefore, either one of the end edge of the first sheet portion and the end edge of the second sheet portion in the longitudinal non-joined portion is retracted to the inside in the longitudinal direction.
Form 7
The cleaning sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein one end side in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning sheet is longer than the other end side in the width direction with respect to a distance between an end edge of the first longitudinal direction connecting portion and an end edge of the second longitudinal direction connecting portion.
In this cleaning sheet, one end side in the longitudinal direction is longer than the other end side with respect to the distance between the inner end edge of the first longitudinal direction connecting portion and the inner end edge of the second longitudinal direction connecting portion in the width direction. That is, when the insertion portion is formed in a tubular shape, one end portion side in the longitudinal direction is larger than the other end portion side with respect to the cross-sectional area of the tube. Thus, when the cleaning head is inserted into the cleaning head, the cleaning head can be mounted extremely easily by inserting the cleaning head from one end side in the longitudinal direction, that is, the side having a large cross-sectional area of the cylinder. In this case, the cross-sectional area of the tube is small on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning sheet, so that the cleaning sheet can firmly and stably hold the cleaning head, and the cleaning sheet can be attached so as to be difficult to separate from the cleaning head.
Form 8
The cleaning sheet according to any one of the aspect 7, wherein at least one of the first longitudinal direction connecting portion and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion includes a longitudinal direction joining portion joining the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion along the longitudinal direction, the longitudinal direction joining portion being configured to be directed toward a center of the insertion portion in the width direction from one end side toward the other end side in the longitudinal direction.
In the cleaning sheet, the longitudinal joint portion of at least one of the first longitudinal connecting portion and the second longitudinal connecting portion is configured to face the center of the insertion portion in the width direction from one end portion side toward the other end portion side in the longitudinal direction.
Form 9
The cleaning sheet according to claim 7, wherein at least one of the first longitudinal direction connecting portion and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion includes a plurality of longitudinal direction joining portions that extend in the longitudinal direction and are arranged at intervals in the width direction, and join the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion, and the plurality of longitudinal direction joining portions are arranged on the other end side in the longitudinal direction.
In this cleaning sheet, the first longitudinal direction connecting portion or the second longitudinal direction connecting portion is formed by the plurality of longitudinal direction joining portions, so that one end side in the longitudinal direction is longer than the other end side in a distance between an inner end edge of the first longitudinal direction connecting portion and an inner end edge of the second longitudinal direction connecting portion. In this case, the cleaning head can be extremely easily attached to the cleaning head by inserting the cleaning head from one end side in the longitudinal direction, that is, the side having a large cross-sectional area of the cylinder. Further, the cross-sectional area of the tube is small on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning sheet, so that the cleaning sheet can firmly and stably hold the cleaning head, and the cleaning sheet can be attached so as to be difficult to separate from the cleaning head. Further, since a plurality of long-side direction joint portions are used, even if one long-side direction joint portion is broken during installation, the function thereof can be supplemented by the other long-side direction joint portion, and therefore, the above-described function can be ensured more stably.
Form 10
The cleaning sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the cleaning sheet includes at least one of a first gather portion capable of pulling and gathering one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the first sheet portion and one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the second sheet portion with a string, and a second gather portion capable of pulling and gathering the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the first sheet portion and the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the second sheet portion with a string.
In this cleaning sheet, at least one of the first and second gather portions is provided at least one of the one end portion and the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the tube (insertion portion) formed by the first and second sheet portions, and can be closed like a purse. Thus, when the cleaning sheet is attached to the cleaning tool, the closing of the gather portion in advance can prevent the cleaning head from being excessively pushed (or excessively pulled) after the cleaning head is inserted into the cleaning sheet from the non-closed side, and the cleaning head from being bulged from the end portion of the cleaning sheet on the side opposite to the insertion side. That is, the cleaning sheet can be extremely easily attached to the cleaning tool without causing such a bulge.
In addition, the cleaning sheet can exhibit the following effects. In general, the cleaning sheet is present in the vicinity of a portion of the cleaning head facing the first gather portion and the second gather portion, but the portion is not covered with the cleaning sheet. Therefore, it is difficult to perform cleaning using this portion of the cleaning head. However, this cleaning sheet can cover the portion of the cleaning head including the first gather portion and the second gather portion by closing the gather portion before cleaning. Therefore, by pressing the portion of the cleaning head against the object to be cleaned such as a wall, the object to be cleaned can be cleaned by the portion of the cleaning sheet including the first gather portion and the second gather portion.
Form 11
The cleaning sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein at least one of the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion has an extension portion extending outward in the longitudinal direction from an end edge of the first longitudinal direction connecting portion and an end edge of the second longitudinal direction connecting portion.
In the cleaning sheet, at least one of the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion has a substantially central portion in the width direction thereof extending outward (protruding portion) in at least one of one end portion and the other end portion in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, at least one of the first piece portion and the second piece portion in the protruding portion can be easily extracted. Thus, the operation of opening the protruding portion of the first sheet portion and the protruding portion of the second sheet portion to the opposite sides, and the operation of opening the protruding portion of the first sheet portion and the protruding portion of the second sheet portion to the opposite sides can be easily performed. Therefore, the distance between the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion can be extended, and the cleaning head can be inserted into and removed from the cleaning sheet extremely easily. That is, the cleaning sheet can be accurately and extremely easily attached to and detached from the cleaning head.
Form 12
The cleaning sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the cleaning head further comprises: a first head member; and a second head member that is locally detachable from the first head member, the cleaning sheet being configured to: the first head member is separated from the second head member when the cleaning head is inserted into the insertion portion, and a part of the cleaning sheet is inserted between the first head member and the second head member to bond the first head member and the second head member, and the cleaning sheet is held by the cleaning head.
In this cleaning sheet, when the cleaning sheet is attached, the cleaning sheet can be closely attached to the cleaning head without a gap or displacement by inserting a part of the cleaning sheet between the first head member and the second head member. That is, the cleaning sheet can be appropriately attached to the cleaning head by a simple method. On the other hand, when the cleaning sheet is detached, the cleaning sheet can be brought into a loose state with respect to the cleaning head by taking out the portion interposed between the first head member and the second head member. This makes it possible to grasp the portion to be inserted and removed and to easily detach the cleaning sheet from the cleaning head. In this case, the cleaning sheet can be detached from the cleaning head without soiling the hand by grasping the portion which is inserted without being contaminated.
Form 13
A cleaning tool, wherein the cleaning tool comprises: a cleaning head; a head rotation member rotatably supporting the cleaning head; and a cleaning sheet which is attachable to and detachable from the cleaning head, and which is in any one of modes 1 to 12.
In this cleaning tool, the cleaning sheet can be attached to the cleaning head, and the cleaning sheet can be detached from the cleaning head. This makes it possible to attach and detach the cleaning sheet to and from the cleaning head extremely easily.
Here, the term "along a predetermined direction (or line)" means that an intersection angle between the direction (or line) along the object and the predetermined direction (or line) is 40 ° or less, preferably 20 ° or less, more preferably 10 ° or less, and even more preferably 5 ° or less. In the case where the crossing angle is 5 ° or less, it is sometimes referred to as "parallel to a predetermined direction (or line)". Examples of the predetermined direction include a horizontal direction, a vertical direction, a planar direction, a long side direction, a short side direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction. Examples of the predetermined line include a center line (for example, a longitudinal center line and a width center line), and a shaft (for example, a head rotation shaft and a grip rotation shaft).
In the case where the cleaning head includes a clamp portion capable of clamping a part of the cleaning sheet, the "closed state" of the clamp portion refers to a state in which the clamp portion is closed. The "developed form" of the clip portion refers to a form in which the clip portion is opened. In both the closed configuration and the extended configuration, the holding portion may hold the cleaning sheet, or may not hold the cleaning sheet.
The "inner (inner)" and "outer (outer)" refer to a direction (side) toward and a direction (side) away from a predetermined line in an object having a predetermined line, for example, a center line, a shaft (for example, a rotation shaft such as a head rotation shaft and a grip rotation shaft).
In addition, "connection" includes not only a case where different members are integrated by joining or the like, but also a case where different portions that have been integrated in one member are connected. As a method of joining (excluding the case where they are already integrated), welding, pressure bonding, adhesion, and the like can be cited.

The first clamping portion 125 is provided with two weights 153 in the first head region 119, which are arranged between the first inner surface 129 and the first outer surface 127. Two weight members 153 and head rotation shaft RA 1 Extends in parallel with the longitudinal direction D1 and is parallel to the head rotation axis RA 1 Separated and arranged on the head rotation axis RA 1 And the rotating end 145. Thus, the cleaning head 3 has a center of gravity of the cleaning head 3 in the first head region 119. Therefore, when the cleaning tool 1 is lifted, the rotation end 145 rotates about the head rotation axis RA 1 Is easily located under the vertical direction, that is, the cleaning head 3 is easily erected.
The first inner surface 129 of the first clamping portion 125 includes two first concave portions 157 arranged in the longitudinal direction D1 and two first convex portions 155 arranged outward in the longitudinal direction D1 with respect to the two first concave portions 157. In the thickness direction D3, the two first concave portions 157 are recessed with respect to the second clamping portion 135, respectively, and the two first convex portions 155 protrude with respect to the second clamping portion 135, respectively. A first slit portion 163 is provided on each top surface of the two first protrusions 155, and the first slit portion 163 can hold the cleaning sheet 30.
The second inner surface 139 of the second clamping portion 135 includes two second convex portions 159 arranged in the longitudinal direction D1 and two second concave portions 161 arranged outward in the longitudinal direction D1 with respect to the two second convex portions 159. In the thickness direction D3, two second convex portions 159 protrude with respect to the first clamping portion 125, respectively, and two second concave portions 161 are recessed with respect to the first clamping portion 125, respectively. A second slit portion 165 is provided on each top surface of the two second protruding portions 159, and the second slit portion 165 can hold the cleaning sheet 30.
Each of the two second protrusions 159 and each of the two first recesses 157 are configured to intermesh in the closed configuration of the clamp 123. In addition, each of the two second concave portions 161 and each of the two first convex portions 155 are configured to be engaged with each other in the closed configuration of the grip portion 123. Thus, the first and second holding portions 125 and 135 can hold the closed state of the holding portion 123 while holding the cleaning sheet 30.
The first clamping portion 125 and the second clamping portion 135 are provided with a fitting protrusion 169 and a fitting recess 171, respectively, which can be fitted to each other while maintaining the closed state of the clamping portion 123. Further, a recess 173 is provided on both side surfaces of both ends in the longitudinal direction D1 of the cleaning head 3 on the opening/closing end 147 side of the rotation end 145 in the short side direction D2, and the recess 173 is used to spread the clamp 123 in the closed state. The user can easily spread the first clamping portion 125 and the second clamping portion 135 to a spread state by putting a finger into the recess 173, and can easily attach and detach the cleaning sheet 30 to and from the cleaning head 3.
The shape of the cleaning head 3 when viewed from the thickness direction D3 is not limited to the rectangular shape, and examples thereof include a polygonal shape (for example, triangle, trapezoid, diamond, pentagon, hexagon) and a curved shape (for example, circle, ellipse). The thickness (length in the thickness direction D3) of the cleaning head 3 is not particularly limited, and for example, 0.5 to 3.0cm is preferable from the viewpoint of strength of the cleaning tool and the viewpoint of cleaning a narrow space, and 1.0 to 2.0cm is preferable.
The holder hole 117 is disposed in the first clamping portion 125. The holder hole 117 holds the head coupling portion 201 of the holder 5. Grease for suppressing excessive rotation of the cleaning head 3 is disposed between the holder hole 117 and the head connecting portion 201 of the holder 5. Such a cleaning head 3 can be referred to as a one-hand cleaning head.
The bracket 5 is formed of a bar-shaped member having a laterally inverted U-shape. The bracket 5 includes: a head coupling portion 201, the head coupling portion 201 being rotatably coupled to the bracket hole 117; a handle coupling portion 203, the handle coupling portion 203 being coupled to the cleaning tool handle 7; and a separation portion 205, the separation portion 205 separating the head coupling portion 201 from the handle coupling portion 203. The head coupling portion 201, the shank coupling portion 203, and the separating portion 205 are disposed on a holder virtual plane that is a single plane.
In the cleaning tool handle 7, the link 301, the first handle portion 307, the second handle portion 309, the third handle portion 311, and the fourth handle portion 313 having the grip 315 are connected in this order. The link 301, the first handle portion 307, the second handle portion 309, the third handle portion 311, and the fourth handle portion 313 are capable of switching between coupling and uncoupling.
The link 301 has a handle rotation shaft RA that can rotate the cleaning tool handle 7 in a predetermined direction 3 Is composed of a pair of first joint part 303 and second joint part 305. The first joint part 303 is joined to the handle joining part 203, and the second joint part 305 is joined to the first handle part 307. The link 301 (cleaning tool handle 7) is coupled to the handle coupling portion 203 of the holder 5 so that the link 301 (cleaning tool handle 7) can rotate on the holder virtual plane.
Next, the cleaning sheet 30 will be described.
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a configuration example of the cleaning sheet 30 according to the embodiment. Fig. 4 (a) is a cross-sectional view taken along line IVa-IVa of the cleaning sheet 30 of fig. 4 (b), and fig. 4 (b) is a front view of the cleaning sheet 30. The cleaning sheet 30 can be attached to (the cleaning head 3 of) the cleaning tool 1, and has a longitudinal direction L, a width direction W, and a thickness direction T that are orthogonal to each other, and in the present embodiment, has a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the thickness direction T. Here, when the cleaning sheet 30 is attached to the cleaning head 3, the longitudinal direction L, the width direction W, and the thickness direction T of the cleaning sheet 30 are parallel to the longitudinal direction D1, the short side direction D2, and the thickness direction D3 of the cleaning head 3, respectively.
The cleaning sheet 30 includes a first sheet portion 31 and a second sheet portion 32 laminated on the first sheet portion 31 in the thickness direction T. The first sheet portion 31 has a first sheet inner side surface 31IS on the second sheet portion 32 side and a first sheet outer side surface 31OS on the opposite side to the first sheet inner side surface 31 IS. The second sheet portion 32 has a second sheet inner side surface 32IS on the first sheet portion 31 side and a second sheet outer side surface 32OS on the opposite side to the second sheet inner side surface 32 IS. In the present embodiment, the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 are integral sheet members, and therefore, are one sheet member, and the cleaning sheet 30 is formed by folding the one sheet member in half.
The cleaning sheet 30 further includes a first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 at one end portion in the width direction W of the cleaning sheet 30, and the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 continuously or intermittently connects one end portion 31a in the width direction W of the first sheet portion 31 with one end portion 32a in the width direction W of the second sheet portion 32 along the longitudinal direction L. In the present embodiment, the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 joins one end portion in the width direction W of the first sheet inner surface 31IS and one end portion in the width direction W of the second sheet inner surface 32IS in the longitudinal direction L in a state of facing each other. The method of bonding is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include welding, pressure bonding, and adhesion. Further, as in the present embodiment, the first longitudinal direction connection portion 35 may be continuously or intermittently arranged over the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L in a range from the one end portion 30E1 to the other end portion 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L. The first longitudinal direction connection portions 35 may be arranged continuously or intermittently over a part of the entire length (for example, 50% or more, preferably 80% or more).
In the present embodiment, the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 includes the longitudinal direction joint portion 33 and the longitudinal direction non-joint portion 39. The long-side direction joining portion 33 joins the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 along the long-side direction L. The long-side direction non-joined portion 39 is located on the opposite side of the second long-side direction connecting portion 36 side with respect to the long-side direction joined portion 33 in the width direction W, and does not join the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 along the long-side direction L. In this case, the longitudinal joint 33 may be formed partially or integrally with the width of the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 in the width direction W as in the present embodiment. In the case where the long-side direction joint portion 33 is integrally formed with respect to the width of the first long-side direction connection portion 35, the long-side direction non-joint portion 39 is not present. Further, the longitudinal direction joint portions 33 may be continuously or intermittently arranged over the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L as in the present embodiment, but may be continuously or intermittently arranged over a part (for example, a range of 50% or more, preferably 80% or more) of the entire length. In the present embodiment, the end edge 31aE of the first sheet portion 31 is substantially flush with the end edge 32aE of the second sheet portion 32 in the width direction W.
The cleaning sheet 30 further includes a second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 at the other end portion in the width direction W of the cleaning sheet 30, and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 continuously or intermittently connects the other end portion 31b in the width direction W of the first sheet portion 31 and the other end portion 32b in the width direction W of the second sheet portion 32 along the longitudinal direction L. In the present embodiment, the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 is a portion connecting different first sheet portions 31 and second sheet portions 32 in one sheet member, and is formed as a folded portion (folded position) formed by folding the one sheet member in half. At this time, the end edge 31bE of the first sheet portion 31is substantially flush with the end edge 32bE of the second sheet portion 32 in the width direction W. The second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 may be continuously or intermittently arranged over the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L as in the present embodiment, but may be continuously or intermittently arranged over a part (for example, a range of 50% or more, preferably 80% or more) of the entire length.
The cleaning sheet 30 further includes an insertion portion 30a, and the insertion portion 30a is located between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 and between the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36. The insertion portion 30a can be inserted into the cleaning head 3 from at least one of the both ends 30E1, 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L. The insertion portion 30a IS a region where the first sheet inner surface 31IS and the second sheet inner surface 32IS substantially contact each other before the cleaning head 3 IS inserted, and IS a cylindrical region formed by the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 after the cleaning head 3 IS inserted. In the present embodiment, an opening 38 connected to the insertion portion 30a is formed in either one of the both end portions 30E1, 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L, and the cleaning head 3 can be inserted into the insertion portion 30a from either one of the opening 38. Thus, the user can easily attach the cleaning sheet 30 to the cleaning head 3 without having to pay attention to the direction in which the cleaning sheet 30 is inserted.
The sheet member used as the material of the cleaning sheet 30 is not particularly limited as long as it can be used as a cleaning sheet, and examples thereof include a member including nonwoven fabric and a member including a tow. Examples of the nonwoven fabric include spunbond nonwoven fabric, air-through nonwoven fabric, spunlaced nonwoven fabric, air-laid nonwoven fabric, point-bonded nonwoven fabric, and meltblown nonwoven fabric. Examples of the material of the nonwoven fabric include polyethylene fibers, polypropylene fibers, core-sheath composite fibers in which the core is polyethylene terephthalate and the sheath is polyethylene, nylon fibers, acrylic fibers, rayon fibers, and the like. The cleaning sheet 30 may be of a dry type or a wet type impregnated with a chemical solution. The cleaning sheet 30 has a weight per unit area of, for example, 1 to 1000g/m 2 Preferably 10 to 100g/m 2 . The dimension (thickness) of the cleaning sheet 30 in the thickness direction T is, for example, 0.1 to 5mm, preferably 0.1 to 2mm. The cleaning sheet 30 may be a laminate of a plurality of sheet members. As the sheet member of the material, for example, a cleaning sheet described in international publication No. WO2016181514 can be used.
In the cleaning sheet 30, the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 are connected by the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 and the second longitudinal connecting portion 36 of the both end portions (31 a, 31b/32a, 32 b) in the width direction W, whereby a cylindrical shape can be obtained. The insertion portion 30a into which the cleaning head 3 can be inserted may be formed in a portion between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 and between the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36, that is, a portion inside the cylinder. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet 30 is attached to the cleaning tool 1, the cleaning sheet 30 can be extremely easily attached to the cleaning tool 1 by merely inserting the cleaning head 3 into the insertion portion 30a (inside the cylinder). Further, when the cleaning sheet 30 is detached from the cleaning tool 1, the cleaning sheet 30 can be extremely easily detached from the cleaning tool 1 by merely grasping and pulling the end portion 30E1 or the end portion 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L of the cleaning sheet 30. Therefore, the cleaning sheet 30 can be used to perform the work of attaching and detaching the cleaning sheet 30 to and from the cleaning tool 1 extremely easily.
In a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the cleaning sheet 30 is configured such that one sheet member is folded in half at the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 and joined at the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35. Therefore, there is no joint portion in the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet 30 is attached to the cleaning head 3, the cleaning sheet 30 constitutes a cylinder having fewer joint portions. Thus, when the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the interior of the cylinder, which is the insertion portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30, or when the cleaning head 3 is pulled out from the interior of the cylinder, the cleaning head 3 can be easily inserted into or pulled out from the cylinder without being affected by the cleaning head 3 being caught by the joint or the like. Therefore, the cleaning sheet 30 can be used to further facilitate the work of attaching and detaching the cleaning sheet 30 to and from the cleaning tool 1.
In the cleaning sheet 30, at least the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 joins the first sheet inner surface 31IS and the second sheet inner surface 32IS so as to face each other as a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Therefore, the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 has a pleated shape that bulges outward in the width direction W from the main body of the tube formed by the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet 30 is used, the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 can be easily removed. Thus, when the cleaning sheet 30 is attached to the cleaning head 3 or when the cleaning sheet 30 is detached from the cleaning head 3, the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily moved by removing the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35. In particular, at the time of removal, the cleaning sheet 30 can be removed by removing the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 which is less contaminated (or not contaminated) without holding the contaminated portion (the portion of the cylinder) of the cleaning sheet 30.
(second embodiment)
Fig. 5 is a front view showing a configuration example of the cleaning sheet according to the embodiment. The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the other end portion 30E2 of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L is partially or entirely joined. Hereinafter, the differences will be mainly described.
The cleaning sheet 30 includes an opening 38 located at one end 30E1 in the longitudinal direction L and a widthwise connecting portion 34 located at the other end 30E 2. The opening 38 is formed by not connecting the one end 31E1 in the longitudinal direction L of the first sheet portion 31 with the one end 32E1 in the longitudinal direction L of the second sheet portion 32. The width direction connecting portion 34 is formed by continuously or intermittently connecting the other end portion 31E2 in the longitudinal direction L of the first sheet portion 31 and the other end portion 32E2 in the longitudinal direction L of the second sheet portion 32 in the width direction W. The method of connection (or joining) is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include welding, pressure bonding, and adhesion. The width direction connection portion 34 may be arranged continuously or intermittently over the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the width direction W as in the present embodiment, but may be arranged continuously or intermittently over a part (for example, a range of 20% or more, preferably a range of 50% or more) of the entire length.
In the cleaning sheet 30, one end 30E1 in the longitudinal direction L of the tube (insertion portion 30 a) formed by the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 is opened, and the other end 30E2 is closed by the width-direction connecting portion 34 as an opening 38 which is an inlet of the tube. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet 30 is attached to the cleaning tool 1, it is possible to prevent the cleaning head 3 from being excessively pushed (or excessively pulled) when the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the opening 38, and the cleaning head 3 from being bulged from the end portion of the cleaning sheet 30 opposite to the opening 38. That is, the cleaning sheet 30 can be extremely easily attached to the cleaning tool 1 without such bulging.
In general, although the cleaning sheet is present in the vicinity of the portion of the cleaning head facing the widthwise connecting portion, the portion is not covered with the cleaning sheet. Therefore, it is difficult to perform cleaning using this portion of the cleaning head. However, the cleaning sheet 30 can cover the portion of the cleaning head 3 with a portion (the other end portion 30E 2) of the cleaning sheet 30 including the widthwise connecting portion 34. Therefore, by pressing the portion of the cleaning head 3 against the object to be cleaned such as a wall, the object to be cleaned can be cleaned by the portion (the other end portion 30E 2) of the cleaning sheet 30 including the widthwise connecting portion 34.
(third embodiment)
Fig. 6 is a front view showing a configuration example of the cleaning sheet according to the embodiment. The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the length of the insertion portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30 in the width direction W is longer at one end portion 30E1 than at the other end portion 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L. Hereinafter, the differences will be mainly described.
In the cleaning sheet 30, the distance between the end edge 35E on the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 side of the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 and the end edge 36E on the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 side of the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 in the width direction W is d. In this case, the distance d is longer on the one end 30E1 side (distance d 1) than on the other end 30E2 side (distance d 2) in the longitudinal direction L. In the present embodiment, the distance d monotonically decreases from one end portion 30E1 toward the other end portion 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L. In other words, the long-side direction joint portion 33 is configured to face the center of the insertion portion 30a in the width direction W from the one end portion 30E1 side toward the other end portion 30E2 side in the long-side direction L. That is, the longitudinal joint 33 is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction L. As the angle of inclination with respect to the longitudinal direction L, 1 to 5 ° is exemplified.
In the cleaning sheet 30, when the insertion portion 30a is formed in a tubular shape, the cross-sectional area of the tubular body is larger on the one end portion 30E1 side than on the other end portion 30E2 side in the longitudinal direction L. Therefore, when the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the cleaning sheet 30, the cleaning sheet 30 can be extremely easily attached to the cleaning head 3 by inserting the cleaning sheet from the side of the one end 30E1 in the longitudinal direction L, that is, the side where the cross-sectional area of the tube is large. Further, since the cross-sectional area of the tube is small on the other end portion 30E2 side in the longitudinal direction L of the cleaning sheet 30, the cleaning sheet 30 can firmly and stably hold the cleaning head 3, and the cleaning sheet 30 can be attached so as to be difficult to separate from the cleaning head 3 during cleaning.
(fourth embodiment)
Fig. 7 is a front view showing a configuration example of the cleaning sheet according to the embodiment. The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: at least one of the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 includes a plurality of longitudinal direction joint portions 33. Hereinafter, the differences will be mainly described.
The cleaning sheet 30 includes a plurality of longitudinal direction joint portions 33a, 33b, 33c at the first longitudinal direction connection portion 35, the plurality of longitudinal direction joint portions 33a, 33b, 33c extending along the longitudinal direction L and being arranged at intervals in the width direction W, and joining the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32. The plurality of longitudinal direction joint portions 33a, 33b, 33c are arranged at least on the other end portion 30E2 side in the longitudinal direction L. In the present embodiment, the longitudinal direction joint portion 33a is disposed over the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L. The longitudinal joint 33b is disposed over a range of half or less of the other end 30E2 side of the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L. The longitudinal direction joint portion 33c is disposed in a range of 1/4 or less of the vicinity of the other end portion 30E2 of the entire length in the longitudinal direction L of the cleaning sheet 30. That is, the length in the longitudinal direction L is the longitudinal direction joint 33a > the longitudinal direction joint 33b > the longitudinal direction joint 33c.
In the cleaning sheet 30, one end 30E1 side (distance d 1) in the longitudinal direction L is longer than the other end 30E2 side (distance d 2) in the distance d between the inner end edge of the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 and the inner end edge of the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36. For example, the distances d1, d3, d2 between the inner edges 33aE, 33bE, 33cE and the inner edges 36E of the second longitudinal connecting portions 36 in the width direction W of the longitudinal joint portions 33a, 33b, 33c are d1> d3> d2. In this case, when the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the cleaning sheet 30, the cleaning sheet 30 can be extremely easily attached to the cleaning head 3 by inserting the cleaning sheet from the one end 30E1 side in the longitudinal direction L, that is, the side having a large cross-sectional area of the tube. Further, the cross-sectional area of the cylinder is small on the other end portion 30E2 side in the longitudinal direction L of the cleaning sheet 30, so that the cleaning sheet 30 can firmly and stably hold the cleaning head 3, and the cleaning sheet 30 can be attached so as to be difficult to separate from the cleaning head 3. Further, since the plurality of long side direction joint portions 33 are used, even if one long side direction joint portion 33 is broken during installation, the function can be supplemented by the other long side direction joint portion 33, and therefore the above-described function can be ensured more stably. The relationship between the distances d1, d3, and d2 may be d1> d3> d2, and the lengths of the longitudinal direction joint portions 33a, 33b, and 33c in the longitudinal direction L may be arbitrary. The number of the plurality of longitudinal joint portions 33 is also arbitrary.
(fifth embodiment)
Fig. 8 is a diagram showing a configuration example of the cleaning sheet according to the embodiment. Fig. 8 (a) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line VIIIa-VIIIa of the cleaning sheet 30 of fig. 8 (b), and fig. 8 (b) is a front view of the cleaning sheet 30. The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the end edge 31aE of the first sheet portion 31 is separated from the end edge 32aE of the second sheet portion 32 in the width direction W. Hereinafter, the differences will be mainly described.
In the cleaning sheet 30, the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 includes a longitudinal direction joint portion 33 and a longitudinal direction non-joint portion 39. The long-side direction joining portion 33 is located on the second long-side direction connecting portion 36 side in the width direction W, and joins the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 along the long-side direction L. The long-side direction non-joined portion 39 is located on the opposite side of the second long-side direction connecting portion 36 side in the width direction W, and does not join the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 along the long-side direction L. In other words, the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 side in the width direction W of the end portion 31a of the first sheet portion 31 and the end portion 32a of the second sheet portion 32 is the longitudinal direction joining portion 33, and the opposite side to the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 is the longitudinal direction non-joining portion 39. In the width direction W, the distance d41 between the edge 31aE of the first sheet portion 31 and the longitudinal joint 33 and the distance d42 between the edge 32aE of the second sheet portion 32 and the longitudinal joint 33 in the longitudinal non-joint 39 are different from each other. In other words, the end edge 31aE of the first sheet portion 31 is separated from the end edge 32aE of the second sheet portion 32 in the width direction W by a displacement distance d4 (= |d42-d41| > 0). In this example, d42> d41, but conversely, d42 < d41 may be used.
In the cleaning sheet 30, one of the end edge 31aE of the first sheet portion 31 and the end edge 32aE of the second sheet portion 32 of the long-side direction non-joined portion 39 protrudes outward in the other direction width direction W. Therefore, a finger can be easily put into the region V1 between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 in the long-side direction non-joined portion 39. Then, for example, by placing the index finger in the region V1 between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32, and pressing the first sheet portion 31 from the outside with the middle finger and the second sheet portion 32 from the outside with the thumb, the longitudinal non-joint 39 can be firmly held with three fingers. This makes it possible to attach and detach the cleaning sheet 30 to and from the cleaning head 3 accurately and extremely easily.
(sixth embodiment)
Fig. 9 is a view showing another configuration example of the cleaning sheet according to the embodiment. Fig. 9 (a) is a cross-sectional view taken along line IXa-IXa of the cleaning sheet 30 of fig. 9 (b), and fig. 9 (b) is a front view of the cleaning sheet 30. The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the end edge 31aF (or end edge 31 bF) of the first sheet portion 31 is separated from the end edge 32aF (or end edge 32 bF) of the second sheet portion 32 in the longitudinal direction L.
In the longitudinal direction L, the end edge 31aF (or the end edge 31 bF) of the first sheet portion 31 and the end edge 32aF (or the end edge 32 bF) of the second sheet portion 32 are separated from each other at least at one of the both end portions of the longitudinal non-joined portion 39. In other words, the end edge 31aF (or end edge 31 bF) of the first sheet portion 31 is separated from the end edge 32aF (or end edge 32 bF) of the second sheet portion 32 in the longitudinal direction L, that is, offset distance d5 (or d 6). In the present embodiment, the second sheet portion 32 protrudes outward in the longitudinal direction L than the first sheet portion 31 at both ends in the longitudinal direction L, but the first sheet portion 31 may protrude outward in the longitudinal direction L than the second sheet portion 32. The second sheet portion 32 may protrude outward in the longitudinal direction L than the first sheet portion 31 only at one end in the longitudinal direction L.
In the cleaning sheet 30, one of the end edge 31aF (or the end edge 31 bF) of the first sheet portion 31 and the end edge 32aF (or the end edge 32 bF) of the second sheet portion 32 in the longitudinal non-joined portion 39 is retracted inward in the longitudinal direction L with respect to the other. Therefore, a finger can be easily put into the region V21 (or the region V22) between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 in the long-side direction non-joined portion 39. Then, for example, the index finger is placed in the region V21 (or the region V22) between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32, and the first sheet portion 31 is pressed from the outside with the middle finger and the second sheet portion 32 is pressed from the outside with the thumb, so that the longitudinal non-joint portion 39 can be firmly held with three fingers. This makes it possible to attach and detach the cleaning sheet 30 to and from the cleaning head 3 accurately and extremely easily.
(seventh embodiment)
Fig. 10 is a front view showing a configuration example of the cleaning sheet according to the embodiment. The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: at least one of the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 extends in the longitudinal direction L as compared with the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36. Hereinafter, the differences will be mainly described.
In the cleaning sheet 30, at least one of the one end portion 30E1 and the other end portion 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L is provided with a protruding portion 37 in at least one of the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32. The protruding portion 37 is located at a portion between the first long-side direction connecting portion 35 and the second long-side direction connecting portion 36 in the width direction W, and protrudes to the outside in the long-side direction L than the end edges of the first long-side direction connecting portion 35 and the second long-side direction connecting portion 36. Accordingly, the protruding portion 37 is formed by at least one of the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32. In the present embodiment, the extension 37 is formed by the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 extending outward in the longitudinal direction L from the end edges of the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 in the one end portion 30E1 of the cleaning sheet 30.
In the cleaning sheet 30, a substantially central portion in the width direction W of at least one of the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 extends outward in at least one of the one end portion 30E1 and the other end portion 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L (extension 37). Therefore, at least one of the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 in the protruding portion 37 can be easily extracted. This makes it possible to easily perform an operation of opening the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 to opposite sides. Therefore, the distance between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 can be extended, and the cleaning head 3 can be inserted into and removed from the cleaning sheet 30 extremely easily. That is, the cleaning sheet 30 can be attached to and detached from the cleaning head 3 accurately and extremely easily.
(eighth embodiment)
Fig. 11 is a front view showing a configuration example of the cleaning sheet according to the embodiment. The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: at least one of the two end portions 30E1, 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L has a gathered portion. Hereinafter, the differences will be mainly described.
The cleaning sheet 30 includes a first gather portion or a second gather portion that can be gathered by pulling one end or the other end of the first sheet portion 31 in the longitudinal direction L and one end or the other end of the second sheet portion 32 in the longitudinal direction L with a string. In the present embodiment, the cleaning sheet 30 includes the first gather portion 40. The first gather portion 40 (the same applies to the second gather portion) includes: a pocket 41, the pocket 41 being an extension of the insertion portion 30a in the longitudinal direction L; a string passing portion 42, the string passing portion 42 being an end portion of the bag portion 41 through which the string 43 passes; and a cord 43. The first gather portion 40 can close one end portion of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L by tightening the string 43, and can open the one end portion by loosening the string 43.
The cleaning sheet 30 includes a first gathering section 40 (or a second gathering section) and can be opened or closed like a purse. When the cleaning sheet 30 is attached to the cleaning tool 1, for example, the first gather portion 40 is closed in advance. This can prevent the cleaning head 3 from being excessively pushed (or excessively pulled) and the cleaning head 3 from being bulged from the side of the cleaning sheet 30 opposite to the insertion side when the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the cleaning sheet 30 from the side not closed. That is, the cleaning sheet 30 can be extremely easily attached to the cleaning tool 1 without causing such bulge.
In addition, the cleaning sheet 30 can exhibit the following effects. In general, although the cleaning sheet is present in the vicinity of the portion of the cleaning head facing the gather portion, this portion is not covered by the cleaning sheet. Therefore, it is difficult to perform cleaning using this portion of the cleaning head. However, the cleaning sheet 30 can cover the portion of the cleaning head 3 including the first gather portion 40 (or the second gather portion) by closing the first gather portion 40 (or the second gather portion) before cleaning. Therefore, by pressing the portion of the cleaning head 3 against the object to be cleaned such as a wall, the object to be cleaned can be cleaned by the portion of the cleaning sheet 30 including the first gather portion 40 (or the second gather portion).
(ninth embodiment)
Fig. 12 is a front view showing another configuration example of the cleaning sheet according to the embodiment. The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the cleaning sheet 30 is clamped by the first clamping portion 125 and the second clamping portion 135 when mounted to the cleaning head 3. Hereinafter, the differences will be mainly described.
When the cleaning sheet 30 is attached to the cleaning head 3, the following procedure is performed. As shown in fig. 12 (a), in the cleaning sheet 30, the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the insertion portion 30a, so that the first clamping portion 125 (first head member) and the second clamping portion 135 (second head member) are separated, and a gap 100 is formed therebetween. Next, as shown in fig. 12 b, a part of the cleaning sheet 30 (for example, the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36) is inserted into the gap 100. Thereafter, as shown in fig. 12 (c), the first clamping portion 125 is combined with the second clamping portion 135. At this time, the second convex portion 159 and the first concave portion 157 are engaged with each other while sandwiching the cleaning sheet 30, and the second concave portion 161 and the first convex portion 155 are engaged with each other while sandwiching the cleaning sheet 30. Thereby, the cleaning sheet 30 is held by the cleaning head 3.
In this cleaning sheet 30, when the cleaning sheet 30 is attached, a part of the cleaning sheet 30 is inserted between the first clamping portion 125 and the second clamping portion 135, so that the cleaning sheet 30 can be closely attached to the cleaning head 3 without a gap or a displacement. That is, the cleaning sheet 30 can be appropriately attached to the cleaning head 3 by a simple method. On the other hand, when the cleaning sheet 30 is detached, the cleaning sheet 30 can be brought into a loose state with respect to the cleaning head 3 by taking out the portion interposed between the first clamping portion 125 and the second clamping portion 135. This allows the cleaning sheet 30 to be easily detached from the cleaning head by grasping the portion to be inserted and removed. At this time, the cleaning sheet 30 can be detached from the cleaning head 3 without soiling the hands by grasping the portion which is inserted without being contaminated.
In the above embodiments, the longitudinal joint 33 of the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 may be formed of a plurality of spot-shaped joints (not shown) aligned in the longitudinal direction L. In this case, since each joint is dot-shaped, the joint of each joint can be peeled off relatively easily. Thus, when the cleaning sheet 30 is detached from the cleaning tool 1, the joint of each joint is peeled off, and the joint of the joint portion 33 in the longitudinal direction is opened, so that the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily detached from the cleaning head 3. Similarly, the width direction connecting portion 34 of the second embodiment may be formed of a plurality of dot-shaped joint portions (not shown) arranged along the width direction W.
In the above embodiments, the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 is formed by joining the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32, and the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 is formed as a folded portion of the sheet member. In each embodiment, the second longitudinal direction connection portion 36 may be formed by joining the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32. Hereinafter, a first embodiment will be described by way of example with reference to fig. 13. Fig. 13 is a cross-sectional view and a front view showing another configuration example of the cleaning sheet according to the embodiment. The second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 includes not only the first longitudinal direction connecting portion 35 but also the longitudinal direction joining portion 33 and the longitudinal direction non-joining portion 39. As described above, even in the case where the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 includes the longitudinal direction joint portion 33 and the like in each embodiment, the same effect as in the case where the second longitudinal direction connecting portion 36 does not include the longitudinal direction joint portion 33 and the like in each embodiment can be obtained.
The cleaning tool 1 may include the cleaning sheet 30 of each embodiment. Such a cleaning tool 1 can attach the cleaning sheet 30 of each embodiment to the cleaning head 3, and can detach the cleaning sheet 30 of each embodiment from the cleaning head 3. Therefore, the cleaning tool 1 including the cleaning sheet 30 of each embodiment can be extremely easily attached to and detached from the cleaning head.
The cleaning sheet and the cleaning tool having the cleaning sheet according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various embodiments may be combined with each other or known techniques may be applied within a range not departing from the object and gist of the present invention.
