Detailed Description
< mounting Structure of accommodating Unit >
An installation structure of a housing unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2. Hereinafter, a mounting structure of a housing unit mounted on a vehicle will be described as an example.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram for explaining an installation structure of a housing unit 10 according to an embodiment. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram for explaining a state where the cover 50 of the housing unit 10 of fig. 1 is removed.
The vehicle 1 is a large vehicle such as a truck. In the vehicle 1, a housing unit 10 is mounted on a front portion of a cab as a vehicle compartment. As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle 1 has an accommodating unit 10 and a loading portion 20.
The accommodation unit 10 accommodates an airbag. The airbag in a folded state is accommodated in the accommodation unit 10. Here, the accommodation unit 10 accommodates a knee airbag for protecting knees of an occupant. The accommodation unit 10 has a case 40 and a cover 50, and accommodates the airbag between the case 40 and the cover 50, and the cover 50 covers the case 40. The cover 50 is located at a position opposite to the knees of the passenger, and the case 40 is located at the inner side.
The housing 40 and the cover 50 are engaged with each other so as to be displaceable by an engaging member. For example, the upper and lower portions of the case 40 are engaged with the cover 50 via hooks. When the storage unit 10 is not attached to the loading unit 20, the case 40 and the cover 50 are in a state of being movable relative to each other.
The loading portion 20 is a portion where the storage unit 10 is detachably loaded, and is disposed in the vehicle width direction (X direction in fig. 1) in the vehicle compartment. The loading portion 20 is constituted by, for example, an instrument panel 21 and a cross member (not shown). The instrument panel 21 is a resin panel on which instruments are disposed, for example. The cross member is a member forming a framework of the vehicle compartment, and various members are fixed thereto.
As described above, when the housing 40 and the cover 50 are engaged so as to be displaceable, it is difficult to position the storage unit 10 when the storage unit 10 is mounted on the mounting portion 20. In particular, it is difficult to confirm the position of the case 40 hidden by the cover 50, and thus it is difficult to position the case 40.
In contrast, in the present embodiment, the details will be described later, but when the storage unit 10 is loaded, the cover 50 is fixed to the loading unit 20 after the lead housing 40 is positioned with respect to the loading unit 20, thereby improving the mountability of the storage unit 10.
Hereinafter, a structure for attaching the storage unit 10 (the case 40 and the cover 50) to the mounting portion 20 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 4. The following describes the structure of the housing 40, the cover 50, and the mounting portion 20 associated with the mounting structure.
Fig. 3 and 4 are schematic views for explaining a state when the housing unit 10 is mounted. In fig. 3 and 4, most of the instrument panel 21 of fig. 1 is omitted for convenience of explanation.
Here, the case 40 is made of metal. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the housing 40 includes a main body 42 and brackets 43 and 44.
As shown in fig. 2, the main body portion 42 is disposed along the vehicle width direction.
The brackets 43 and 44 are attached to both sides of the body 42 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in fig. 2, the brackets 43 and 44 are mounted so as to be positioned above the main body 42. The upper portions of the brackets 43, 44 are located closer to the cover 50 than the portion where the bracket 43 is attached to the main body 42.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, projecting pieces 43a and 44a having projecting pieces are provided at the upper front ends of the brackets 43 and 44, respectively. The protruding pieces 43a and 44a are elongated and are extensions extending in the loading direction of the storage unit 10. The protruding pieces 43a and 44a are provided at positions exposed from the cover 50 covering the housing 40 (positions corresponding to the recesses 51 of the cover 50).
The protruding pieces 43a, 44a are supported by the guide support portions 23, 24 of the loading portion 20. Here, the guide support portions 23 and 24 are made of metal, and are, for example, brackets coupled to the cross member. The guide support portion 23 has an insertion hole portion 23a through which the protruding piece portion 43a is inserted, and as shown in fig. 1, the insertion hole portion 23a supports the guide support portion 23. Similarly, the guide support portion 24 has an insertion hole portion 24a through which the protruding piece portion 44a is inserted, and the insertion hole portion 24a supports the guide support portion 24.
When the storage unit 10 is loaded in the loading direction a (fig. 3), the guide support portions 23 and 24 have a function of guiding the storage unit 10 (specifically, the housing 40) by inserting the protruding pieces 43a and 44a into the insertion hole portions 23a and 24 a. This enables the housing 40 to be positioned at a desired position.
Here, the cover 50 is made of resin. The cover 50 has fixing portions 52 and 53 fixed to the mounting portion 20 on both sides in the longitudinal direction (X direction). The fixing portion 52 is located at one end side in the longitudinal direction, and the fixing portion 53 is located at the other end side in the longitudinal direction. The fixing portions 52, 53 are locked and fixed to the mounting portions 26, 27, and the mounting portions 26, 27 are formed on both sides of the mounting portion 20 in the vehicle width direction.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixing portion 52 has a plurality of locking projections 52a to 52 e. The locking projection 52a is locked to the locking hole 26a of the mounting portion 26, thereby positioning the cover 50 in the vehicle width direction. The locking projections 52b to 52e are disposed in the short side direction of the cover 50, and are locked to the locking holes 26b to 26e of the mounting portion 20, thereby fixing the one end side of the cover 50 to the mounting portion 20. Hook portions are formed at the distal ends of the locking projections 52a to 52e, respectively, and the hook portions are hooked in the locking holes 26a to 26 e.
As shown in fig. 3, the fixing portion 53 has a plurality of locking projections 53a to 53 c. The locking projections 53a to 53c are disposed in the short side direction of the cover 50, and are locked to the locking holes 27a to 27c of the mounting portion 27, thereby fixing the other end side of the cover 50 to the mounting portion 20. Hook portions are formed at the distal ends of the locking projections 53a to 53c, respectively, and the hook portions are hooked in the locking holes 27a to 27 c. In the present embodiment, the locking projection 52a corresponds to the 1 st projection, and the locking projections 52b to 52e, 53a to 53c correspond to the 2 nd projection.
The flow of the mounting operation of the storage unit 10 to the loading unit 20 will be described.
First, the housing unit 10 in which the airbag is housed between the case 40 and the cover 50 is prepared. The housing 40 and the cover 50 are engaged with each other so as to be displaceable.
Next, when the housing unit 10 is loaded in the loading direction a (see fig. 3), the case 40 is guided by inserting the protruding pieces 43a and 44a of the case 40 into the insertion hole portions 23a and 24a of the guide support portions 23 and 24. At this time, the worker can check the protruding pieces 43a and 44a and the insertion hole portions 23a and 24a through the recess 51 of the cover 50. Thereafter, the housing 40 is positioned by supporting the protruding pieces 43a, 44a by the insertion hole portions 23a, 24 a. At this time, the fixing portions 52 and 53 of the cover 50 do not contact the loading portion 20.
Next, the housing unit 10 is further moved in the loading direction a with the housing 40 positioned, and the locking protrusion 52a of the cover 50 is locked to the locking hole 26 a. Thereby, the right and left direction of the cover 50 is positioned. Thereafter, the locking projections 52b to 52e of the cover 50 are locked to the locking holes 26b to 26e, and the locking projections 53a to 53c are locked to the locking holes 27a to 27c, whereby the cover 50 is fixed to the mounting portions 26 and 27 of the mounting portion 20. Thereby, the housing unit 10 is attached to the loading portion 20.
< effects of the present embodiment >
In the above embodiment, the housing unit 10 in which the case 40 and the cover 50 are engaged so as to be displaceable with each other includes: projecting pieces 43a, 44a extending from the housing 40 in the loading direction a and supported by the guide support portions 23, 24; and fixing portions 52, 53 that are locked and fixed to the locking holes 26a to 26e, 27a to 27 c.
Thus, when the storage unit 10 is loaded on the loading unit 20, the projecting pieces 43a and 44a of the housing 40 are first guided by the guide support portions 23 and 24, and the housing 40 is positioned. Thereafter, with the housing 40 positioned, the cover 50 is fixed to the mounting portion 20 via the fixing portions 52 and 53. Accordingly, even if the housing 40 and the cover 50 of the storage unit 10 are configured to be displaceable relative to each other, the storage unit 10 can be easily attached to the mounting portion 20.
The present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the present invention. For example, the embodiments of the distribution and integration of the apparatuses are not limited to the above embodiments, and all or a part of the embodiments may be configured to be functionally or physically distributed and integrated in arbitrary units. In addition, a new embodiment which is created by arbitrary combination of the plurality of embodiments is also included in the embodiments of the present invention.
