if the prepaid flow code number meeting the data service requirement of requesting subscription does not exist in the first resource pool, selecting a prepaid flow code number meeting the following conditions from the second resource pool as a target prepaid flow code number according to the subscription request message, and moving the target prepaid flow code number into the first resource pool from the second resource pool: the available area is matched with the use area of the data service requesting to be ordered, the duration is greater than or equal to the duration of the data service requesting to be ordered, the flow is greater than or equal to the flow of the data service requesting to be ordered, and the network speed is greater than or equal to the network speed of the data service requesting to be ordered;
and updating the use state of the target prepaid flow code number into an occupied state.
Optionally, the subscription request message may further include an activation mode of the data service requesting subscription, and at this time, the scheduling module 620 may be specifically configured to: if the activation mode is immediate activation, acquiring a target prepaid flow code number meeting the data service requirement of requesting order from the first resource pool according to the order request message; and if the activation mode is on-demand activation, acquiring a target prepaid flow code number meeting the data service requirement of the request subscription from the second resource pool according to the subscription request message.

receiving a data service ordering request message sent by terminal equipment, wherein the ordering request message comprises a use area, duration, flow and network speed of a data service requested to be ordered;
acquiring a target prepaid flow code number meeting the data service requirement of the request subscription from a code resource pool according to the subscription request message, wherein the code resource pool is used for storing the prepaid flow code number;
and sending the target prepaid flow code number to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment uses the ordered data service through the target prepaid flow code number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the code number resource pool comprises a first resource pool and a second resource pool;
the first resource pool is used for storing the activated prepaid flow code number, and the prepaid flow code number stored in the first resource pool is marked with a use state, an available area, a remaining available duration, a remaining available flow and a network speed;
the second resource pool is used for storing the inactivated prepaid flow code number, and the prepaid flow code number stored in the second resource pool is marked with an available area, duration, flow and network speed.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining a target prepaid traffic code number from a code number resource pool that meets the data service subscription request based on the subscription request message comprises:
selecting a prepaid traffic code number meeting the following conditions from the first resource pool as a target prepaid traffic code number according to the subscription request message: the using state is an idle state, the available area is matched with the using area of the data service requesting to be ordered, the remaining available time length is greater than or equal to the time length of the data service requesting to be ordered, the remaining available flow is greater than or equal to the flow of the data service requesting to be ordered, and the network speed is greater than or equal to the network speed of the data service requesting to be ordered;
if the prepaid flow code number meeting the data service requirement of the request subscription does not exist in the first resource pool, selecting a prepaid flow code number meeting the following conditions from the second resource pool as a target prepaid flow code number according to the subscription request message, and moving the target prepaid flow code number into the first resource pool from the second resource pool: the available area is matched with the use area of the data service requested to be ordered, the duration is greater than or equal to the duration of the data service requested to be ordered, the flow is greater than or equal to the flow of the data service requested to be ordered, and the network speed is greater than or equal to the network speed of the data service requested to be ordered;
and updating the use state of the target prepaid flow code number into an occupied state.

The method of claim 2, wherein the subscription request message further includes an activation mode of a data service requesting subscription, and the obtaining a target prepaid traffic code number meeting the data service requesting subscription from a code number resource pool according to the subscription request message comprises:
if the activation mode is immediate activation, acquiring a target prepaid flow code number meeting the data service requirement of the request subscription from a first resource pool according to the subscription request message;
and if the activation mode is on-demand activation, acquiring a target prepaid flow code number meeting the data service requirement of the request subscription from a second resource pool according to the subscription request message.
5. The method of any of claims 2-4, further comprising:
monitoring the service duration and the service flow of the target prepaid flow code number;
when the use duration of the target prepaid flow code number reaches the duration of the data service requested to be ordered, or when the use flow of the target prepaid flow code number reaches the flow of the data service requested to be ordered, the terminal equipment is prohibited from continuing to use the target prepaid flow code number;
and updating the use state, the remaining available duration and the remaining available flow of the target prepaid flow code number in the first resource pool.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
and removing the prepaid flow code number of which the remaining available time length is less than a preset time length threshold value or the remaining available flow is less than a preset flow threshold value from the first resource pool.
7. The method of any of claims 2-4, further comprising:
acquiring a prepaid flow code number provided by an operator;
and storing the acquired prepaid flow code number into the second resource pool.
8. A prepaid traffic code number scheduling device, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a data service ordering request message sent by terminal equipment, and the ordering request message comprises a use area, duration, flow and network speed of a data service requested to be ordered;
