Abstract

一种用于全彩LED显示屏的四基色像素单元,包括一支架,支架上设有至少一红光LED、至少一绿光LED、至少一紫光LED和至少一青光LED,红光LED发出的红光波长为615~700nm,绿光LED发出的绿光的波长为515~560nm,紫光LED发出的紫光的波长为385~415nm,青光LED发出的青光的波长为470~500nm。红光LED发出的红光、绿光LED发出的绿光、紫光LED发出的紫光和青光LED发出的青光可以复合形成全彩色光,其中复合形成的蓝光对人眼无害,且不存在对人眼有害的波长在415‑455nm之间的蓝光,而且波长为385~415nm的紫光还可以防止人眼近视。本发明还提供了一种由若干四基色像素单元做出的防止人眼近视的全彩LED显示屏。

Description

用于全彩LED显示屏的四基色像素单元及全彩LED显示屏
技术领域
本发明属于全彩LED显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于全彩LED显示屏 的四基色像素单元及采用该四基色像素单元的全彩LED显示屏。
背景技术
目前,全彩LED显示屏的成像原理是:将红光LED、绿光LED和蓝光LED 构成一个像素单元,即GRB像素单元,一个GRB像素单元对应显示一个最小 成像单元,其中,红光LED发出的红光波长为615~700nm,绿光LED发出的 绿光的波长为515~560nm,蓝光LED发出的蓝光的波长为415~470nm,红光 LED发出的红光、绿光LED发出的绿光和蓝光LED发出的蓝光可以复合形成 全彩色光。全彩LED显示屏由多个这样的像素单元组成矩阵排列结构,通过控 制***调控GRB像素单元中的红光LED、绿光LED和蓝光LED的亮灭来显示 全彩色的文字、图像、视频等各种信息。
虽然GRB像素单元中的蓝光LED发出的波长在455-470nm之间蓝光是有 益蓝光,对人眼无害,但是蓝光LED发出的波长在415-455nm之间的蓝光是对 人眼有害的,尤其是430nm的蓝光对眼睛危害最大,使用者长期处于这种蓝光 环境下,容易导致人眼近视。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种用于全彩LED显示 屏的四基色像素单元。
本发明是这样实现的,一种用于全彩LED显示屏的四基色像素单元,包括 一支架,所述支架上设有至少一红光LED、至少一绿光LED、至少一紫光LED 和至少一青光LED,所述红光LED发出的红光波长为615~700nm,所述绿光 LED发出的绿光的波长为515~560nm,所述紫光LED发出的紫光的波长为 385~415nm,所述青光LED发出的青光的波长为470~500nm。
优选地,所述红光LED、绿光LED、紫光LED和青光LED的数量均为一 个。
本发明还提供了一种全彩LED显示屏,由若干如前所述的四基色像素单元 组成矩阵排列结构,横向排列的若干所述四基色像素单元等间距设置,纵向排 列的若干所述四基色像素单元等间距设置。
本发明用波长为385~415nm的紫光和波长为470~500nm的青光LED替换 现有技术全彩LED显示屏的像素中中的蓝光LED,红光LED发出的红光、绿 光LED发出的绿光、紫光LED发出的紫光和青光LED发出的青光可以复合形 成全彩色光,其中复合形成的蓝光对人眼无害,且不存在对人眼有害的波长在 415-455nm之间的蓝光,而且波长为385~415nm的紫光还可以防止人眼近视。 因此,利用本发明的四基色像素单元做出全彩LED显示屏,可以防止人眼近视。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整 地描述。
申请人利用小鸡进行动物实验发现,患有近视的小鸡如果生活在紫光环境 中,其体内抑制近视的基因EGR1的表达会增强,小鸡眼轴长度的增加幅度变 小,即近视症状得到控制。
此外,在临床研究中,申请人比较了佩戴不同眼镜者的情况,发现佩戴能 透过紫光的隐形眼镜的人与佩戴普通眼镜的人相比,佩戴能透过紫光的隐形眼 镜的人的近视症状得到抑制。
申请人发现,由于日常使用的照明设备缺乏紫光,紫光通常也不能透过普 通眼镜和玻璃等物品,因此现代社会人们生活在缺少紫光的环境中,这与全球 近视人口增多有关。
波长为385~415nm的紫光在太阳光线中含量丰富,但在室内几乎测量不到, 这是因为紫光非常毗邻紫外线,几乎所有的窗户玻璃都可以阻断415nm以下所 有光线包括紫光,另外,室内光源几乎不会发出415nm以下的紫光,因此,过 度的紫外线防护造成紫光照缺失是近视高发的原因之一。
鉴于此,本发明实施例提供的一种用于全彩LED显示屏的四基色像素单元, 包括一支架,支架上设有至少一红光LED、至少一绿光LED、至少一紫光LED 和至少一青光LED,红光LED发出的红光波长为615~700nm,绿光LED发出 的绿光的波长为515~560nm,紫光LED发出的紫光的波长为385~415nm,青光 LED发出的青光的波长为470~500nm。
优选地,所述红光LED、绿光LED、紫光LED和青光LED的数量均为一 个。
本发明的一个四基色像素单元对应显示一个最小成像单元,全彩LED显示 屏由由若干如前所述的四基色像素单元组成矩阵排列结构,横向排列的若干所 述四基色像素单元等间距设置,纵向排列的若干所述四基色像素单元等间距设 置。通过控制***调控像素单元中的红光LED、绿光LED和紫光LED的亮灭 来显示全彩色的文字、图像、视频等各种信息。
本发明用波长为385~415nm的紫光和波长为470~500nm的青光LED替换 现有技术全彩LED显示屏的像素中中的蓝光LED,红光LED发出的红光、绿 光LED发出的绿光、紫光LED发出的紫光和青光LED发出的青光可以复合形 成全彩色光,其中复合形成的蓝光对人眼无害,且不存在对人眼有害的波长在 415-455nm之间的蓝光,而且波长为385~415nm的紫光还可以防止人眼近视。 因此,利用本发明的四基色像素单元做出全彩LED显示屏,可以防止人眼近视。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技 术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这 些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于全彩LED显示屏的四基色像素单元,其特征在于,包括一支架,所述支架上设有至少一红光LED、至少一绿光LED、至少一紫光LED和至少一青光LED,所述红光LED发出的红光波长为615~700nm,所述绿光LED发出的绿光的波长为515~560nm,所述紫光LED发出的紫光的波长为385~415nm,所述青光LED发出的青光的波长为470~500nm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于全彩LED显示屏的四基色像素单元,其特征在于,所述红光LED、绿光LED、紫光LED和青光LED的数量均为一个。
3.一种全彩LED显示屏,其特征在于,由若干如权利要求1或2所述的四基色像素单元组成矩阵排列结构,横向排列的若干所述四基色像素单元等间距设置,纵向排列的若干所述四基色像素单元等间距设置。
