地震纹鞋底制备方法,密炼机密炼室预热,投入原料EVA5010J,SEBS4000‑80N、GY‑925滑石粉、硬脂酸、活性氧化锌,混练;加入发泡剂ADC、架桥剂DCP混炼;开炼;放厚,打卷,造粒;将造粒所得粒子外表面着色;将着色后的粒子倒入发泡模具中;发泡EVA入模模压;修边整理;有益效果是:能够较好的在鞋子表面形成类似于地震纹的纹路,并且与颜料涂布的不同,本发明的地震纹与鞋底融为一体,具有更好的耐候性和抗磨损能力;比重更低,具有更好的弹性。

地震纹鞋底制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于鞋业制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种地震纹鞋底制备方法。
背景技术
业内人士都清楚的一个问题,即硫化成型或注射成型的鞋底,在成型的同时,要在某个局部实施点缀式的***不同颜色,无论在模具制作或是加工过程都是一件非常麻烦的事,还很难做到设计图案的精准。然而随着人们审美的多样性,对鞋底实施局部的点缀装饰来增加新颖性又显得非常必要。
现有的技术一般在鞋底表面涂布一些颜料;这些颜料容易脱落,耐磨能力也较差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
地震纹鞋底制备方法,密炼机密炼室预热,投入原料EVA5010J,SEBS4000-80N、GY-925滑石粉、硬脂酸、活性氧化锌,混练;
加入发泡剂ADC、架桥剂DCP混炼;
开炼;
放厚,打卷,造粒;
将造粒所得粒子外表面着色;
将着色后的粒子倒入小发泡模具中;
小发泡EVA去皮入模模压;
修边整理。
一种方式,其中,
EVA5010J 40-50份,
SEBS4000-80N 50-60份,
GY-925滑石粉15-20份,
硬脂酸0.5-1份,
活性氧化锌1-1.5份,
发泡剂ADC 4-5份,
架桥剂DCP 1-1.5份。
一种方式,具体步骤为,密炼机密炼室预热90~95℃,投入EVA5010J,SEBS4000-80N、GY-925滑石粉、硬脂酸、活性氧化锌,在115-120℃混炼;时间:10~12分钟
加入发泡剂ADC、架桥剂DCP混炼1.0~1.5分钟;
倒料至开炼机拉薄7~8mm,2~3回;
放厚,打卷,造粒;
将造粒粒子进入橡胶漆中,浸泡20-30分钟,捞出自然晾干24~36小时;
将晾干的粒子称重倒入小发泡(发泡倍率:1.8~1.85.),模具中,加工8-10分钟,
小发泡EVA去皮(成半成品)入成品模,,半成品与成品模压缩比:1.25~1.3,
通过压缩达到所需的硬度、物理机械性能及成品的地震纹同时也一起形成了,成品地震纹的颜色同橡胶漆颜色。若要得到所需颜色地震纹,只要变化上述橡胶漆颜色。
修边整理到成品。
一种方式,将晾干的粒子称重倒入小发泡模具中,在温度160-165℃,压力120kg/cm2的条件下加工。
一种方式,小发泡EVA去皮入模模压的加工条件是温度:160-165℃、压力为120kg/cm2
本发明的有益效果是:
能够较好的在鞋子表面形成类似于地震纹的纹路,并且与颜料涂布的不同,本发明的地震纹与鞋底融为一体,具有更好的耐候性和抗磨损能力;比重更低,具有更好的弹性。

具体实施方式
下面结合一些实施例进行进一步说明:
实施例1
密炼机密炼室加热至90℃,投入45份EVA5010J,55份SEBS4000-80N、18份GY-925滑石粉、0.7份硬脂酸、1.2份活性氧化锌,混练10分钟温度需达到115℃;
加入4份发泡剂ADC、1份架桥剂DCP混炼1分钟;
倒料至开炼机8mm拉3回,0.7mm拉2回;
放厚10mm打卷→造粒机→造粒,停放24H待用;
将造粒粒子进入橡胶漆中,浸泡25分钟,捞出自然晾干;
将晾干的粒子称重倒入小发泡模具中。加工条件:8分钟,温度:160℃,压力为:120kg/cm2
小发泡EVA去皮入模模压,加工条件:7分钟,温度:160℃,压力为:120kg/cm2
修边整理→成品。

在鞋底上形成了如图1、2中所示地震纹纹路;该纹路较为自然,通过挤压附着有颜色的颗粒产生,与鞋底本体一体成型,不容易磨损。
实施例2
密炼机密炼室加热至90℃,投入50份EVA5010J,60份SEBS4000-80N(台橡股份有限公司生产的一种热塑性弹性体复合材料的商品,是以聚苯乙烯系嵌段共聚物(SBC,Styrenic Block copolymer,SEBS)为基材的共混物)、20份GY-925滑石粉、1份硬脂酸、1.5份活性氧化锌,混练12分钟温度需达到120℃;
加入5份发泡剂ADC、1.5份架桥剂DCP混炼1.5分钟;
倒料至开炼机8mm拉3回,0.7mm拉3回;
放厚9mm打卷→造粒机→造粒,停放24H待用;
将造粒粒子进入橡胶漆中,浸泡20分钟,捞出自然晾干24h;
将晾干的粒子称重倒入小发泡模具中。加工条件:10分钟,温度:165℃,压力为:120kg/cm2
小发泡EVA去皮入模模压,加工条件:7-8分钟,温度:165℃,压力为:120kg/cm2
修边整理→成品。

放厚9mm打卷→造粒机→造粒,停放24H待用;
将造粒粒子进入橡胶漆中,浸泡20分钟,捞出自然晾干36h;
将晾干的粒子称重倒入小发泡模具中。加工条件:10分钟,温度:165℃,压力为:120kg/cm2
小发泡EVA去皮入模模压,加工条件:7-8分钟,温度:165℃,压力为:120kg/cm2
修边整理→成品。

实施例4
密炼机密炼室加热至90℃,40份EVA5010J,50-60份SEBS4000-80N、15-20份GY-925滑石粉、0.5份硬脂酸、1份活性氧化锌,混练12分钟温度需达到120℃;
加入3份发泡剂ADC、2份架桥剂DCP混炼1.5分钟;
倒料至开炼机8mm拉3回,0.7mm拉3回;
放厚9mm打卷→造粒机→造粒(粒直径4mm.,长度:5mm)停24H待用;
将造粒粒子倒入橡胶漆中,浸泡20分钟,橡胶漆会裹复在粒子表面,捞出自然晾干30小时;
将晾干裹复橡胶漆粒子称重倒入小发泡模具中。加工条件:10分钟,温度:165℃,压力为:120kg/cm2
小发泡EVA去皮入模模压,加工条件:7-8分钟,温度:165℃,压力为:120kg/cm2
修边整理→成品。

实施例5
密炼机密炼室加热至90℃,40份EVA5010J,75份SEBS4000-80N、10份GY-925滑石粉、0.7份硬脂酸、2份活性氧化锌,混练12分钟温度需达到120℃;
加入3份发泡剂ADC、0.5份架桥剂DCP混炼1.5分钟;
倒料至开炼机8mm拉3回,0.7mm拉3回;
放厚9mm打卷→造粒机→造粒,停放24H待用;
将造粒粒子进入橡胶漆中,浸泡20分钟,捞出自然晾干;
将晾干的粒子称重倒入小发泡模具中。加工条件:10分钟,温度:165℃,压力为:120kg/cm2
小发泡EVA去皮入模模压,加工条件:7-8分钟,温度:165℃,压力为:120kg/cm2
修边整理→成品。

1.地震纹鞋底制备方法,其特征在于:密炼机密炼室预热,投入原料EVA5010J,SEBS4000-80N、GY-925滑石粉、硬脂酸、活性氧化锌,混练;
加入发泡剂、架桥剂混炼;
开炼;
放厚,打卷,造粒;
将造粒所得粒子外表面着色;
将着色后的粒子倒入发泡模具中;
发泡EVA入模模压;
修边整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地震纹鞋底制备方法,其特征在于:其中,
EVA5010J 40-50份,
SEBS4000-80N 50-60份,
滑石粉15-20份,
硬脂酸0.5-1份,
活性氧化锌1-1.5份,
发泡剂4-5份,
架桥剂1-1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的地震纹鞋底制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤为,密炼机密炼室预热至90-95℃,投入EVA5010J,SEBS4000-80N、GY-925滑石粉、硬脂酸、活性氧化锌,在115-120℃混炼10-12分钟;
加入发泡剂、架桥剂混炼;
倒料至开炼机拉料;
放厚,打卷,造粒;
将造粒粒子进入橡胶漆中,浸泡20-30分钟,捞出晾干24-36小时;
将晾干的粒子称重倒入小发泡模具中,加工8-10分钟,
发泡EVA去皮入模模压,
修边整理。
4.根据权利要求3所述的地震纹鞋底制备方法,其特征在于:将晾干的粒子称重倒入小发泡模具中,在温度160-165℃,压力120kg/cm2的环境中加工。
5.根据权利要求3所述的地震纹鞋底制备方法,其特征在于:发泡EVA去皮入模模压的加工条件是温度:160-165℃、压力为120kg/cm2
6.根据权利要求1所述的地震纹鞋底制备方法,其特征在于:造粒所得的粒子着色的方法为,将粒子浸没于色料中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的地震纹鞋底制备方法,其特征在于:所述粒子在色料中浸没20-30分钟。
8.根据权利要求1所述的地震纹鞋底制备方法,其特征在于:原料混炼时间为10-12分钟;加入发泡剂、架桥剂后混炼1-1.5分钟。
