Background
The woven belt is made of various yarns as raw materials into narrow fabric or tubular fabric, and is widely applied to the fields of clothes, shoe materials, cases, industry, agriculture, military needs, transportation and the like.
The prior woven belt is simple in structure and complex in weaving process, and the woven belt is easy to separate from a layer after being attached to a sizing material, so that the woven belt is short in service life and unsatisfactory in use feeling.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the preparation process of the hot-pressed woven tape, which is simple to operate and easy to control, and adopts a hot-pressing mode to ensure that the interlayer combination of the hot-pressed woven tape is stable and the interlayer separation phenomenon is not easy to occur.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a preparation process of a hot-pressed ribbon comprises the following steps:
A. ink spraying: taking a die, spraying ink on the surface of the die, and curing to obtain an ink layer;
B. setting a sizing material: pouring a sizing material on the surface of the ink layer prepared in the step A, and removing redundant leftover materials on the surface of the mould after curing treatment to prepare an ink-sizing material composite layer;
C. and (3) ribbon hot pressing: and D, taking a woven belt, and carrying out hot press molding on the ink-sizing material composite layer prepared in the step B and the woven belt to prepare the hot-press woven belt.
The preparation process of the hot-pressed mesh belt is simple to operate, easy to control and easy to demould, and the hot-pressing mode is adopted, so that the interlayer combination of the hot-pressed mesh belt is stable, the interlayer separation phenomenon is not easy to occur, and the preparation process is suitable for large-scale production.
Preferably, before the step a, a0 is further included to spray a release agent: and heating the mold, spraying a release agent, and spraying ink after the release agent is solidified.
The release agent is sprayed in advance and then the ink is sprayed, so that the subsequent product is easy to demould, and the condition that the ink is easy to damage in the demoulding process to influence the quality of the woven belt is avoided.
Preferably, in the step B, after the sizing material is poured onto the surface of the ink layer, the excess sizing material is removed by vacuum pumping, and then the curing treatment is performed.
Through the vacuum-pumping treatment, air possibly mixed in the sizing material in the process of pouring the sizing material can be removed, and the phenomenon that the air is reserved in the sizing material to cause the phenomenon that cavities appear in the sizing material after subsequent curing is avoided.
Preferably, in the step B, the rubber compound is at least one of PU, EVA and TPU.
Preferably, the specific steps of step C are: taking a positioning plate, placing the braid at a position on the positioning plate corresponding to the forming position of the ink-sizing material composite layer of the die, covering the positioning plate and the die, attaching one side of the sizing material of the ink-sizing material composite layer to the braid, and performing hot press forming to obtain the hot-pressed braid.
Through the hot-press molding of the die, the surface of the rubber material is in a semi-molten or molten state at high temperature, the rubber material is stably bonded with the woven belt, the stability between the woven belt and the rubber material is improved, the product is not easy to generate the interlayer separation phenomenon, and the application range is wide.
The other purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a hot-pressing ribbon comprises a ribbon layer, a sizing material layer and an ink layer which are arranged in sequence; the hot-pressing woven belt has the advantages of novel structure, easy preparation, high interlayer stability, difficult interlayer separation phenomenon and wide application range.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the preparation process of the hot-pressed mesh belt is simple to operate, easy to control and easy to demould, and the hot-pressing mode is adopted, so that the interlayer combination of the hot-pressed mesh belt is stable, and the interlayer separation phenomenon is not easy to occur.
