2. A method of arching an adjustable steel member arch arching device according to claim 1, characterised by the steps of:
firstly, cutting a web plate into a corresponding radian according to the size of an arch when parts of a component main body are blanked;
step two, positive arching and assembling;
a jig frame provided with a jacking component, a limiting component, a blocking prevention component and a measuring component is parked at a proper position according to the length of the lower flange of the steel component and the actual requirement;
placing the lower flange plate on an upper jig frame, and adjusting a limiting part to a proper position according to a designed arching value so that the limiting part can limit the arching of the lower flange plate;
the middle part of the lower flange is lifted by a lifting device by utilizing the elasticity and the extensibility of the steel plate, so that the lower flange plate forms an arch shape, the arch degree is more than or equal to a designed arch-forming value, then a corresponding lifting part at the position of the limiting part is lifted, the lower flange plate is jacked, and the limiting part is matched for limiting and ensuring the safety;
then according to the ascending distance of the corresponding jacking component at the position of the limiting component, the corresponding jacking component at the middle part of the lower flange is lifted to the position meeting the arching size, then the hoisting equipment is loosened to enable the lower flange plate to rebound, and the jacking component is pressed and fixed;
then, a web plate with a corresponding radian is attached, assembled and cut on the lower flange and welded and shaped;
thirdly, reversely arching and assembling;
firstly, taking down the lower flange plate and the web plate which are shaped on the jig frame; then according to the length of the upper flange and the actual requirement, a jig frame provided with a corresponding jacking component, a limiting component, a blocking prevention component and a measuring component is parked at a proper position;
placing the upper flange plate on the jig frame; adjusting a limiting part at the middle part of the upper flange plate to fix the upper flange plate;
respectively lifting two ends of the upper flange by using lifting equipment by utilizing the elasticity and the extensibility of the steel plate so that the upper flange plate forms a reverse arch shape and the camber is more than or equal to a designed camber value; then, the jacking component at the corresponding position is lifted to the position meeting the arching size, and then the hoisting equipment is loosened to enable the upper flange plate to rebound and press the jacking component to be fixed;
then, the lower flange plate and the web plate which are shaped in the second step are attached to and assembled on the upper flange, and then welding and shaping are carried out; in order to control the influence of the welding stress of other parts except the main body on the arching size, then all the other parts are welded on the jig frame, and then the jacking part and the limiting part are loosened to enable the component to recover the free state;
arching the component according to the three steps without strict sequence; in the same way, the arch camber can be performed first and then the reverse arch camber can be performed, and the reverse arch camber can be performed first and then the forward arch camber can be performed.
