When the generator module is independently set to be an integrated box module, the local space of a host integrated box is not occupied, a crushing equipment system with larger capacity can be assembled, the production capacity of a crushing station is larger, the requirements on production efficiency and environmental protection of large-scale mines are met, the investment is reduced, and benefit return is obtained as soon as possible; especially, the method can quickly digest the mining amount of the former raw ore under the condition that the former mining of the raw ore on the quarry road and the ramp of the mine is needed in the early mining stage of the new mine, thereby achieving the effects of environmental protection and economy; meanwhile, the generator can be rented, so that the equipment investment is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the discharging module is configured as a conveyor belt, and the discharging end of the conveyor belt is connected with a tire type mobile belt conveyor. The tire type movable belt conveyor can be connected to the discharge end of the discharge module of each movable crushing station according to the size of a field, so that finished products can be conveniently conveyed to a far position to be stacked and stored, the storage capacity of the finished products is increased, quick delivery is facilitated, and the delivery efficiency is improved.
In a specific embodiment, the intelligent environment-friendly box type mobile crushing station also comprises an intelligent operation control system, and the intelligent operation control system has the functions of detecting the current overload (light load) of a host computer, automatically adjusting the belt deviation and early warning the blockage of a material inlet and a material outlet of the crusher in real time; the intelligent operation control system also has the functions of indoor human body infrared induction early warning and locking the machine to prohibit the equipment from starting of the box-type module, so that safety accidents caused by the fact that workers do not come out of the intelligent operation control system are prevented. The staff can carry out each item operation and real-time control to the box broken station of removal of intelligence environmental protection through this intelligence operation control system, and intelligence operation control system combines together with box module for the staff is intelligent, systematized more to the operation at the box broken station of removal of intelligence environmental protection, also makes staff's operational environment safer.
In a second aspect, the present invention further provides a construction method of the intelligent environment-friendly box type mobile crushing station 1, as shown in fig. 2, including:
s1), arranging the precast concrete foundation bearing platform module 40 with a corresponding frame, digging a foundation pit 60 with the same size as the prefabricated concrete foundation bearing platform module 40 on the ground when the precast concrete foundation bearing platform module 40 is installed, placing the prefabricated concrete foundation bearing platform module 40 in the foundation pit 60, and fixedly connecting the frame module 10 with the prefabricated concrete foundation bearing platform module 40;
s2) filling the periphery of the fabricated precast concrete foundation cap module 40 with the lime expansive soil 61 and watering to expand the lime expansive soil 61.
During on-site construction, a foundation pit 60 can be directly dug on the ground, the prefabricated concrete foundation bearing platform module 40 is arranged in the foundation pit 60, the frame module 10 is fixedly connected with the prefabricated concrete foundation bearing platform module 40, other modules perform normal assembly work, the fixing strength of the prefabricated concrete foundation bearing platform module 40 and the foundation pit 60 is guaranteed through lime expansive soil 61, the whole construction process is convenient and rapid, and the intelligent environment-friendly box type mobile crushing station 1 can be conveniently moved.
By using the intelligent environment-friendly box-type mobile crushing station 1, an aggregate processing plant does not need to be built outside a mine, and the process of building the plant is complex, the environmental evaluation requirement is high, and the project investment is large; the intelligent environment-friendly box-type mobile crushing station 1 can be invested in nearby mining areas, and can take effect quickly; especially, the intelligent environment-friendly box type mobile crushing station 1 can be immediately assembled on a building demolition site for sale nearby, so that the transfer time and cost of raw materials and finished products are reduced, and the intelligent environment-friendly box type mobile crushing station is environment-friendly, economical and efficient.

the crusher module is used for receiving and crushing materials to be crushed; the screening module is used for receiving the materials crushed by the crusher module and screening the crushed materials into screening materials with set screening sizes; the frame module can with assembled precast concrete basis cushion cap module fixed connection, the box mobile crushing station of intelligence environmental protection includes the frame module with assembled precast concrete basis cushion cap module fixed connection's fixed state and the frame module with the removal state of assembled precast concrete basis cushion cap module separation.

The intelligent environment-friendly box-type mobile crushing station as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rack module is provided with a support pedestal, the prefabricated concrete foundation bearing platform module is provided with a pre-embedded nut, and the support pedestal is fixedly connected with the pre-embedded nut through a bolt.
3. The intelligent environment-friendly box-type mobile crushing station as claimed in claim 1, wherein the discharging module is arranged as a conveyer belt, and a powder collector module is arranged at the discharging end of the conveyer belt.

The intelligent environment-friendly box-type mobile crushing station as claimed in claim 3, wherein the powder collector module comprises a material disperser and a transition bin, the material disperser is used for enhancing powder removal, and the transition bin is used for forcibly collecting powder.
5. The intelligent environmentally friendly box type mobile crushing station of claim 4 wherein the material disperser is provided as a plurality of tower shaped side by side wire brush rollers, the screened material passing through the wire brush rollers causing the wire brush rollers to rotate.
6. The intelligent environmentally friendly box type mobile crushing station of claim 1, wherein the inside of the box type module is provided with an inspection corridor, and the top of the box type module is provided with a high-definition monitoring assembly.
7. The intelligent environmental protection box type mobile crushing station according to claim 1, wherein tires are installed below the rack module to facilitate the movement of the rack module.
8. The intelligent environmental protection box type mobile crushing station according to claim 1, wherein the generator module is a separately provided integrated box module.
