Example 10 test drink effect test of body-shaping and qi-tonifying women's milk powder
The trial drink test publicizes that the BMI index is more than or equal to 24kg/m3And 100 women without incurable serious diseases are randomly divided into 10 groups, namely a control group and SY 1-SY 9 groups, wherein the control group is used for trial drinking common commercial milk powder, and the SY 1-SY 9 groups are respectively corresponding to the body-shaping and qi-tonifying women milk powder NF 1-NF 9 prepared in the trial drinking examples 1-9. The drinking method is as follows: the milk powder is prepared by mixing 35g with 200mL warm water, and is administered 2 times daily for 4 weeks. The trial drinkers all adopt light diet during the trial drinking period, have less oil, less salt and less peppery taste, control the food intake with overhigh calorie and ensure the exercise amount of 2 ten thousand steps per day. Filling an intestinal health questionnaire (the intestinal health questionnaire is shown in fig. 1, and the questionnaire comprises daily defecation times, feces color, feces shape, feces amount, feces smell, feces hardness, defecation difficulty degree, defecation feeling, gastrointestinal conditions and mental state after use) for 1 week before the trial drinking of the trial drinker so as to obtain the intestinal conditions of the trial drinker before the trial drinking; after the trial drinking begins, continuously and uninterruptedly filling in an intestinal health questionnaire to obtain the intestinal conditions of the trial drinker during the trial drinking. And (4) carrying out statistical analysis and evaluation on the collected data in the intestinal health questionnaire.
Evaluation indexes are as follows: the effects of the trial drinking body-shaping qi-tonifying women milk powder NF 1-NF 9 are monitored through a defecation questionnaire (the defecation index of the excrement is shown in figure 2) and the weight control effect.
By analyzing the collected data, referring to fig. 3 and 4, significant differences (with statistical significance p <0.05) are found in the defecation times and the defecation difficulty degree; the hardness of the feces of SY 1-SY 9 group is improved obviously compared with that before trial drinking, the shape and color of the feces are improved to be close to those of bananas, the color of the feces is changed to be yellow, and the odor is reduced. The control group showed no significant change. Through the conversation of the trial drinkers, the mental state and the skin color of the SY 1-SY 9 groups are obviously improved after the trial drinking compared with those before the trial drinking. The control group also showed no significant change. Referring to fig. 5, significant reduction in BMI index (statistically significant p <0.05)) before and after the SY 1-SY 9 group trial indicated that the subject's weight was effectively controlled, while the control group was significantly reduced.
Claims (10)
1. The body-shaping and qi-tonifying women milk powder is characterized in that the raw materials for preparing the effective components of the body-shaping and qi-tonifying women milk powder comprise: main materials, auxiliary materials, dietary fibers and probiotic powder;
the main materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of skim milk powder, 5-15 parts of desalted whey powder, 1-6 parts of separated whey protein powder, 0.1-5 parts of enzyme powder, 0.1-2 parts of Chinese date powder, 0.05-2 parts of corn stigma powder, 0.02-1 part of rose pollen, 0.02-1 part of pomegranate extract, 0.3-1 part of milk mineral salt, 0.3-0.7 part of composite vitamin and 0.3-0.7 part of composite mineral;
the dietary fiber comprises: 1-6 parts of inulin, 1-10 parts of galacto-oligosaccharide, 0.5-1.5 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0-1 part of resistant dextrin and 0-2 parts of isomalto-oligosaccharide;
the probiotic powder comprises: 0-0.06 part of bifidobacterium animalis powder, 0-0.06 part of bifidobacterium lactis powder, 0-0.07 part of lactobacillus paracasei powder, 0-0.06 part of lactobacillus plantarum powder and 0-0.006 part of lactobacillus rhamnosus powder.

The body-shaping qi-tonifying women milk powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of bifidobacterium animalis in the body-shaping qi-tonifying women milk powder is 0-1.8 x 107The content of the CFU/g and the bifidobacterium lactis is 0-1.8 multiplied by 107The content of CFU/g and lactobacillus paracasei is 0-2.1 multiplied by 107CFU/g, the content of lactobacillus plantarum is 0-1.8 multiplied by 107The content of CFU/g and lactobacillus rhamnosus is 0-1.8 multiplied by 107CFU/g, total content of probiotics is more than or equal to 1.8 multiplied by 107CFU/g。

5. A method for preparing the body-shaping and qi-tonifying women's milk powder of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps in sequence:
1) adding 0.3-0.7 part of multivitamin into water for dissolving to obtain a feed liquid M;
adding 0.3-1 part of milk mineral salt and 0.3-0.7 part of composite mineral substance into water for dissolving to obtain feed liquid N;
2) taking 60-90 parts of skim milk powder, 5-15 parts of desalted whey powder, 1-6 parts of whey protein isolate powder, 0.1-5 parts of enzyme powder, 0.1-2 parts of Chinese date powder, 0.05-2 parts of corn stigma powder, 0.02-1 part of rose pollen, 0.02-1 part of pomegranate extract, 1-6 parts of inulin, 0.5-1.5 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0-2 parts of isomalto-oligosaccharide and 0-1 part of resistant dextrin, adding water, mixing uniformly, adding 1-10 parts of galacto-oligosaccharide, material liquid M and material liquid N, mixing uniformly in vacuum, and homogenizing to obtain material liquid X;
3) the feed liquid X is sequentially subjected to sterilization, concentration, spray drying and fluidized bed drying, and is cooled to prepare powder Y, and then the powder Y is screened to obtain powder Z;
