Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for generating an operation analysis report, which comprises the following steps: monitoring a service database; extracting historical service data from a service database, loading the historical service data into a fact service database to obtain fact service data, and generating index data; processing the index data to obtain index prediction data; comparing the index prediction data with corresponding index data in the obtained actual business data of the reporting entity, and judging whether the corresponding index data in the current actual business data of the reporting entity meets the completion expectation according to the comparison result; and acquiring expert suggestions corresponding to the comparison result, and generating and outputting an operation analysis report. The invention carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis on the business conditions of the enterprise, such as sales conditions and the like, by a big data analysis method to determine key indexes and provide a feasible solution, thereby realizing the improvement of the business conditions of the enterprise.
Description
Technical Field

Background

s4, comparing the index prediction data with corresponding index data (including sales data) in the acquired monthly, quarterly and/or annual actual business data of the reporting entity (such as an enterprise), and judging whether the corresponding index data in the current actual business data of the reporting entity meets the completion expectation according to the comparison result;
and S5, acquiring expert suggestions corresponding to the comparison results, generating the index prediction data, the index data corresponding to the monthly and/or quarterly and/or annual business data of the reporting entity, the comparison results and the expert suggestions into a business analysis report, and outputting the business analysis report in a visual form (such as a chart and the like).
Therefore, the business analysis report generation method of the embodiment combines a big data analysis method, compares the index prediction data with the corresponding index data of the report entity to obtain the completion condition of the index data, and can search the expert suggestions matched with the index prediction data according to the specific conditions of the index data so as to generate the report. an expert advice library 10 for storing expert advice corresponding to the comparison result;
and a report output unit 11, configured to obtain an expert advice corresponding to the comparison result, generate an operation analysis report from the index prediction data, the index data corresponding to the monthly and/or quarterly and/or annual business data of the reporting entity, the comparison result, and the expert advice, and output the operation analysis report in a visualized form (such as a chart and the like).

and acquiring expert suggestions corresponding to the comparison results, generating the index prediction data, the index data corresponding to the monthly and/or quarterly and/or annual business data of the report entity, the comparison results and the expert suggestions into an operation analysis report, and outputting the operation analysis report in a visual form.
2. The business analysis report generation method of claim 1, wherein the fact service data comprises: one or more of completion rate, number of completions, peer growth, and ring growth for a certain business metric over a predetermined period of time.
