Abstract
The invention provides a custom contract template manufacturing method, which belongs to the technical field of Internet and comprises the following steps: matching a contract template closest to the requirement in an existing template library according to the label; modifying the matched contract template to determine a contract substrate; replacing the business clauses in the contract base plate with text controls; self-defining the name and the attribute of the text control; releasing a contract substrate, activating a text control, and automatically generating a locally editable contract template; and inputting or importing the matched data items according to the text control names and the attributes so as to initiate and sign the electronic contract in a single or batch mode. Therefore, a user can generate a contract template in a self-defined mode without secondary development of programmers, and aiming at a conventional contract only needing to adjust individual data information, batch initiation and signing of electronic contracts can be realized by directly calling the contract template and importing data items, contract making and signing efficiency is improved, meanwhile, content except for text controls is prevented from being modified, and contract wind control effect is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of Internet, and particularly relates to a custom contract template manufacturing method.
Background
Electronic commerce and electronic signature change the signing form of the original paper contract, and the electronic contract is more and more widely applied. However, when the user uses the electronic contract, the user finds that the development by a programmer is required if the user wants to have his own electronic contract template. In addition, when the user needs to sign more than two electronic contracts, even if the basic terms of the electronic contracts are fixed and consistent, the user needs to adjust the individual data information, and the user needs to independently generate each electronic contract after independently filling in the information of each contract. The invention is provided in view of the above problems, so as to provide a custom contract template making method, which is used for solving the problems of low efficiency of the existing electronic contract template development and electronic contract generation, and is beneficial to improving the internal contract wind control efficiency of enterprises. The technical scheme of the invention can be applied to online, namely, a user can make an individualized electronic contract template online by dragging the text control after logging in an account at a PC (personal computer) end without compiling codes for development by programmers; according to the technical scheme, after a user converts commercial terms in a contract template into text controls and issues the text controls to generate a locally editable contract template, the user is supported to initiate and sign electronic contracts in batches; according to the technical scheme, after the partially editable contract template is generated, an enterprise operator initiates signing and contract and can directly call the contract template, then text control information is edited, and only the content of the text control needs to be audited when contract audit is performed inside an enterprise. Therefore, the efficiency of electronic contract template development, electronic contract production and enterprise internal contract wind control can be obviously improved.
The invention provides a custom contract template manufacturing method, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) matching a contract template closest to the requirement in an existing contract template library according to the label;
(2) modifying the matched contract template to determine a contract substrate;
(3) replacing the business clauses in the contract base plate with editable text controls;
(4) self-defining the name and the attribute of the text control to control the input, the editing and the import of the content of the text control;
(5) releasing a contract substrate, activating a text control, and automatically generating a locally editable contract template;
(6) and inputting or importing data items according to the text control name and the attributes, and initiating and signing the electronic contract singly or in batches.
The above technical features of the present invention may be further embodied as:
(1) each contract template in the existing contract template library is marked with one or more labels, one or more labels of the contracts needing to be searched are selected or input, and the contract template closest to the requirement is automatically matched, namely the contract template with the highest coverage rate of the required labels is matched.
(2) Modifying the matched contract template, including: modifying the original contract clauses; and/or deleting the original contract clauses; and/or adding new contract clauses, and using the modified contract as a contract substrate.
(3) Replacing the business terms in the contract substrate with editable text controls, comprising: replacing the whole business clause with an editable text control; and/or replacing some information in the business terms with editable text controls.
(4) Custom editable text control names and properties, including: taking a unique name which can be marked with the property of the editable content obviously for each text control; and defining properties for each text control including, but not limited to, font, size, number of characters, character type, etc. Each attribute supports a default value, which may be modified to support selection of one or more preset values from preset options.
(5) After the locally editable contract template is generated and released, data items are input or imported according to the name and the attributes of the text control, and the method comprises the following steps: directly inputting business clause information in the text control, and individually initiating and signing the electronic contract; or inputting the business clause information into the EXCEL form, importing the information in the EXCEL form into the corresponding text control by one key, and initiating and signing the electronic contract in batches.
In summary, it can be seen that the custom contract template making method provided by the present invention includes firstly, matching a contract template closest to a requirement in an existing contract template library according to a tag; then, modifying/deleting/adding contract terms and the like on the matched contract template, and determining a contract substrate; then replacing the whole business clause in the contract base plate and/or some information in the business clause with an editable text control; self-defining the name and the attribute of the editable text control; distributing the contract base plate again, activating the text control, and automatically generating a partially editable contract template; and finally, calling a partially editable contract template, inputting or importing data items according to the name and the attribute of the text control, and initiating and signing the electronic contract singly or in batches. Therefore, the user can generate a contract template of the user by self-definition; aiming at the fixed and consistent basic terms, the user can directly call the generated contract template only by adjusting the similar contracts of individual data information, and initiate and sign a plurality of electronic contracts in batches; the enterprise clerk calls the contract initiated by the contract template, and the enterprise only needs to examine the content of the text control. Therefore, the efficiency of signing the electronic contract by the user is obviously improved, the unauthorized modification of the conventional clauses is more favorably controlled, and the contract risk is reduced.

The foregoing is a summary of the present invention, and the following is a detailed description of the present invention in order to provide a more clear understanding of the methods of the present invention and to make the features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible.
The method firstly matches the contract template closest to the requirement in the existing contract template library according to the label. Each contract template in the existing contract template library is marked with one or more labels, one or more labels of the contracts needing to be searched are selected or input, and the contract template closest to the requirement is automatically matched, namely the contract template with the highest coverage rate of the required labels is matched.

After the contract template closest to the requirement is matched and selected, the method modifies the matched and selected contract template, and comprises the following steps: modifying the original contract clauses; and/or deleting the original contract clauses; and/or adding new contract clauses, and using the modified contract as a contract substrate.

Therefore, a common electronic contract user only needs to make a personalized electronic contract template based on a standard contract in a mode of dragging and setting the attribute of a text control on line according to business requirements, and does not need to use secondary development of programmers, so that the contract making and signing efficiency is obviously improved, the contract wind control and management cost is reduced, and the safety and convenience brought by the digitization of the contract to business transaction are fully exerted.
Claims (6)
1. A method for making a custom contract template is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) matching a contract template closest to the requirement in an existing contract template library according to the label;
(2) modifying the matched contract template to determine a contract substrate;
(3) replacing the business clauses in the contract base plate with editable text controls;
(4) self-defining the name and the attribute of the editable text control to control the input, the editing and the import of data;
(5) releasing a contract substrate, activating a text control, and automatically generating a locally editable contract template;
(6) and inputting or importing data items according to the text control name and the attributes, and initiating and signing the electronic contract singly or in batches.

(2) attributes are defined for each text control, including but not limited to font, size, number of characters, character type, and the like. Each attribute supports a default value, which may be modified to support selection of one or more preset values from preset options.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein entering or importing data items based on textual control names and properties after generating the partially editable contract template comprises:
(1) directly inputting business clause information in the text control, and individually initiating and signing the electronic contract; or
(2) And inputting the business clause information into the EXCEL form, importing the information in the EXCEL form into a corresponding text control by one key, and initiating and signing the electronic contract in batches.
