A pre-mix control system for a commercial gas cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the commercial gas cooker front premixing controller controls the water feeding electromagnetic valve to be opened when the water temperature of the water tank is higher than a set temperature value according to a signal of the water tank temperature detection unit, and controls the water feeding electromagnetic valve to be closed when the water temperature of the water tank is lower than the set temperature value, so that the water feeding electromagnetic valve control is completed.

A pre-mix control system for a commercial gas cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the communication end of the premixing controller in front of the commercial gas cooker is connected with a remote communication module, and the premixing controller in front of the commercial gas cooker realizes remote transmission of data through the remote communication module.
