the stabilizing mechanism (6) comprises a lower fixing ring (61), a connecting block (62), a rotating shaft (63), an upper fixing ring (64), a first fixing block (65), a first clamping groove (66), a second fixing block (67), a second fixing groove (68), a threaded rod (69) and a screw cap (610);
the pre-fixing mechanism (7) comprises a first supporting rod (701), a fixing clamping ring (702), a fixing frame (703), a limiting groove (704), a limiting rod (705), a spring (706), a sliding block (707), a limiting block (708), a push rod (709), a second supporting rod (710) and a movable clamping ring (711);
a lower fixing ring (61) is arranged at a support at the upper end of the fixing frame (5), a connecting block (62) is arranged at the upper end of the rear side of the lower fixing ring (61), a rotating shaft (63) penetrates through the inside of the connecting block (62), an upper fixing ring (64) is arranged on the outer side of the rotating shaft (63), a first fixing block (65) is arranged at the front end of the upper fixing ring (64), and a first clamping groove (66) is formed in the first fixing block (65);

the second support rod (710) moves to drive the movable clamping ring (711) to stably clamp the first flange (2) and the second flange (3) between the fixed clamping ring (702) and the movable clamping ring (711);
the stabilizing mechanisms are arranged at two ends of the fixing frame;
