The base 41 does not protrude from the surface of the wall body 1, and can disperse the supporting force of the side, facing the wall body, of the mounting part of the washing equipment on the surface of the wall body, so that the supporting area is increased, and the supporting force of the side part is reduced.
Further, in step a, the opening 5 of the wall 1 is made into a non-circular hole (see fig. 5), and the connecting assembly 4 is installed at one end inside the opening 5 and has a peripheral shape matching the shape of the non-circular hole. Preferably, the opening 55 is an elliptical hole, a combination hole formed by at least two partially overlapped holes, or a polygonal hole or other various shaped holes, and the shape of the base 41 is matched with the shape of the opening 5. The holes 5 in the wall 1 are made as non-circular holes because if the holes 5 are circular holes, rotating the connecting member 4 may cause the high strength glue 3 to rotate in the holes 5, and the connecting strength of the connecting member to the wall becomes low.
Furthermore, the non-circular hole is manufactured in the following manner: the method comprises the steps of firstly positioning a wall body 1 corresponding to a mounting part of washing equipment, determining a central point, then manufacturing a main hole 51 by taking the central point as a center, and then drilling auxiliary holes 52 by taking any point on the edge of the main hole as the center, wherein at least one auxiliary hole 52 is provided, and four auxiliary holes 52 are preferably provided. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the opening 5 of the present embodiment is a combined hole formed by combining a main hole 51 and four auxiliary holes 52 provided at the edge of the main hole 51, and the main hole 51 and the auxiliary holes 52 are partially overlapped. Four main holes 51 are drilled in the wall 1, four small auxiliary holes 52 are drilled at four points along the edge of each main hole 51, and the main holes 51 and the auxiliary holes 52 partially overlap to form the opening 5.
Further, in the step a, the number of the determined central points is at least two, the opening 5 is formed corresponding to each central point, and the connecting component 4 is installed in each opening 5. The wall 1 is positioned corresponding to the mounting part 21 of the washing device 2, at least two central points are determined, at least two main holes 51 are drilled on the wall 1 by taking the central points as the first main holes, four small auxiliary holes 52 are drilled at four points along the edge of each main hole 51, the main holes 51 and the auxiliary holes 52 are partially overlapped to form the opening 5 (see fig. 6), the opening 5 is such that the base 41 of the connecting assembly 4 can be accessed, the contact surface between the base 41 and the opening 5 is coated with a high strength glue 3 and then extends into the opening 51, then waiting for the glue between the base 41 and the opening 5 to solidify, ensuring the internal tightness and no gap, waiting until the high-strength glue 3 solidifies, the base 41 is fixed on the wall 1, one end of the connecting rod 42 is fixed with the base 41, the other end of the connecting rod extends out of the wall 1, and finally the washing equipment 2 is installed on the connecting rod 42, so that the installation operation of the wall-mounted washing equipment 2 is completed. The number of the openings 5 on the wall 1 for installing the washing device 2 is not limited in the present invention, and may be four openings, or less than or more than four openings, according to the installation requirement, and any number of the openings is within the protection scope of the present invention as long as the washing device 2 can be installed on the wall 1.
According to the invention, one end of the connecting component 4 in the opening 5 is designed into the base 41 structure with a larger size, so that the connecting strength and the supporting strength of the connecting component 4 and the wall body 1 can be enhanced, the stress of the washing equipment 2 is firstly acted on the base 41 through the connecting rod 42, then the stress is continuously dispersed on the wall body 1 by utilizing the larger contact surface of the base 41 and the wall body 1, the safe and stable operation of the washing equipment can be ensured, the risk of separating from the wall body is avoided, and the problem that the washing equipment cannot be stably installed on a light wall is effectively solved. The invention has the characteristics of high installation speed, high support strength, good stability and wide application range.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not intended to limit the present invention in any way, and although the present invention has been disclosed by the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications to the equivalent embodiments by using the technical contents disclosed above without departing from the technical scope of the present invention, and the embodiments in the above embodiments can be further combined or replaced, but any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention still fall within the technical scope of the present invention.
Claims (11)

a. forming an opening on the wall;
b. mounting a connecting component, wherein one end of the connecting component is glued in the open hole, and the other end of the connecting component is arranged outside the open hole;
c. the washing apparatus is mounted directly or indirectly on the connection assembly.

The method of installing a wall-mounted washing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: before step b, obtaining a connecting component, wherein the radial sizes of two ends of the connecting component are different, and the radial size of one end inserted into the opening hole is larger than that of the other end.

A method of installing a wall-mounted washing appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the connecting assembly comprises a base and a connecting rod, in the step b, one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the base, then high-strength glue is smeared on the contact surface of the base and the opening, the base is finally installed into the opening, the other end of the connecting rod extends out of the opening, and the radial size of the base is larger than that of the connecting rod extending out of one end of the opening.

A method of installing a wall-mounted washing appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: coupling assembling includes the base and the connecting rod of a body structure, the base is concrete/cement pouring parcel in the outside of connecting rod one end, perhaps, base and connecting rod metal structure as an organic whole, in step b, paints the high strength glue at the contact surface of base and trompil, packs the base into the trompil again in, the other end of connecting rod stretches out outside the trompil, and the radial dimension of base is greater than the radial dimension that the connecting rod stretches out one end outside the trompil.

A method of installing a wall-mounted washing appliance according to claim 3, wherein: before the washing equipment is installed in the step c, the method further comprises the following steps: follow the retaining member is sheathe in to the one end of connecting rod outside the trompil, contradicts retaining member and base and sets up.

A method of installing a wall mountable washing appliance according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein: before the washing equipment is installed in the step c, the method further comprises the following steps: and a damping component is sleeved on one end of the connecting rod outside the opening and clamped between the washing equipment and the wall body.
7. A method of installing a wall-mounted washing appliance according to claim 3 or 4, wherein: in the step a, the shape and the size of the opening formed on the wall body are matched with those of the base, and the requirement that the assembly gap between the opening and the base is not more than 10mm is met.
8. The method of installing a wall-mounted washing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: in the step a, the hole on the wall body is manufactured into a non-circular hole, and the periphery of one end of the connecting component, which is arranged in the hole, is matched with the shape of the non-circular hole.
9. A method of installing a wall-mounted washing appliance according to claim 8, wherein: the non-circular hole is manufactured in the following mode: positioning a mounting part corresponding to washing equipment on a wall body, determining a central point, manufacturing a main hole by taking the central point as a center, and drilling auxiliary holes by taking any point on the edge of the main hole as the center, wherein at least one auxiliary hole is provided, and four preferable auxiliary holes are provided;
preferably, the number of the determined central points is at least two, an opening is formed corresponding to each central point, and the connecting component is installed in each opening.
10. The method of installing a wall-mounted washing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: and c, aligning and assembling the mounting hole on the mounting part of the washing equipment with the other end of the connecting component, and directly mounting the washing equipment on the connecting component, or firstly mounting the mounting part on the connecting component, then mounting the washing equipment on the mounting part, or firstly assembling the mounting part and the washing equipment, and then mounting the washing equipment on the wall body through the assembly of the mounting part and the connecting component.
11. A wall-mounted washing apparatus, characterized in that: the wall-mounted washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the wall-mounted washing apparatus is a wall-mounted washing machine or a wall-mounted dishwasher or a wall-mounted water heater.
