Description

Inner barrel of washing machine, washing machine with inner barrel and control method of washing machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of self-cleaning washing machines, in particular to an inner barrel of a washing machine, the washing machine with the inner barrel and a control method of the washing machine.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, the structure of the existing washing machine generally comprises an inner tub and an outer tub 1, the inner tub is communicated with the outer tub 1, a dewatering hole is formed in the inner tub for dewatering, and the outer tub 1 is sealed to be a water containing tub. Like this, the washing machine is at the during operation, and the region between inner tub and the outer tub 1 is full of water, and in the long-time use operation in-process of washing machine, the region between inner tub and the outer tub 1 can be covered by dirt and the line bits that have in the water, and the use of the long-term tired month can produce bacterium and peculiar smell, all causes great influence to washing effect and user experience.
In addition, the pulsator 3 and the tub bottom 4 of the existing full-automatic pulsator washing machine are driven by different driving shafts, and the pulsator 3 is rotatable relative to the tub bottom 4, so that a gap exists between the pulsator 3 and the tub bottom 4, and in addition, the bottom of the pulsator 3 generally has more reinforcing ribs, and as the service time of the washing machine increases, the problem of dirt accumulation between the pulsator 3 and the tub bottom 4 is easy to occur.
In order to solve the pollution problem of the inner barrel and the outer barrel caused by filling water between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, the prior novel washing machine can seal the space between the inner barrel and the outer barrel so as to avoid the pollution problem. The known solutions are that the inner tub is designed as a hole-free inner tub, so that the inner tub is isolated from the outer tub, and serves as a water tub, while the sealing of the inner tub is achieved by means of an external sealing structure, which is pushed against the water outlet of the inner tub, in order to achieve the draining of the inner tub. Although the non-porous inner barrel can solve the problem of dirt between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, the problem of dirt between the impeller and the bottom of the inner barrel cannot be solved.
Therefore, the invention mainly aims to solve the problem of dirt accumulation between the pulsator of the full-automatic pulsator washing machine and the bottom of the inner barrel, and further, the invention combines the self-cleaning scheme of the non-porous inner barrel to realize the comprehensive self-cleaning of the washing machine and avoid dirt accumulation dead angles.

Further, in the washing process, the washing machine controls the inner barrel to rotate forward for a first set time at a first acceleration, after the forward rotation is finished, controls the inner barrel to rotate reversely for a second set time at a second acceleration, and after the reverse rotation is finished, the forward rotation is executed again, so that the cycle is performed;
preferably, as the load capacity of the washing machine increases/decreases, the unidirectional action time and the stop time of the driving motor can be adjusted in a following way and have a positive correlation with the load capacity of the washing machine;
preferably, the unidirectional action time of the driving motor is 1.5-5S, and the unidirectional stop time of the driving motor is 1.5-5S;
further preferably, the unidirectional action time of the driving motor is 2-4S, and the unidirectional stop time of the driving motor is 2-4S.
The washing action starts, the driving motor drives the inner barrel part to rotate positively at a high acceleration, water flow and clothes are driven by the barrel bottom bulge 8 on the barrel bottom 4 to move up and down, and the barrel body bulge 7 is driven to move circumferentially, so that the up and down movement and the circumferential movement are combined to form a three-dimensional washing effect. After the forward motion is finished, the inner barrel and the water flow start to rotate reversely after the forward speed is lower or the forward speed is stopped. After the reverse action is finished, the inner barrel and the water flow start to rotate forward after the reverse speed is low or the water flow stops, so that the cycle is started.
The inner tub of the washing machine of the embodiment can also only move in one direction, and can rotate positively and negatively.
