***滤芯对塑料性能的要求主要有:(1)安全卫生,对水质无污染,无有毒有害物质溶出;(2)强度要高,防止爆瓶、开裂和漏水,常需要经过的水压测试包括静态压力测试,***压力测试和循环压力测试;(3)表面光洁,外形美观;(4)化学稳定性好,抗氧化抗老化性能好。目前,市面上的***滤芯常用碳酸钙填充聚丙烯或是低目数滑石粉填充改性聚丙烯制得,强度偏低,水压测试时滤瓶鼓起然后破裂或是受压突然脆裂,很难满足客户对产品的水压测试要求。除了难通过水压测试导致漏水的状况外,***滤芯外壳存在的另一个缺陷是对于输送的饮用水存在细菌超标问题。
CN105949615A公开了一种***滤芯外壳用复合材料及其制备方法。其主要特点是在提高耐压水平的同时增加了抗菌效果。CN109971071A公开了一种***滤瓶外壳用聚丙烯复合材料、制备方法及用途。其主要特点是调节共聚聚丙烯和均聚聚丙烯的配比,以满足综合力学性能,保证耐压水平,并提高熔接性能。但是,以上技术虽然在一定程度上提高了耐压值,但依然存在无法满足客户需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种***滤瓶用聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料通过引入特殊母粒,并在制备过程中调节密炼的温度以及时间,控制交联反应的效率,从而实现了产品具有更高的机械性能,更高的流动性和更高的耐压值,具有良好的应用前景。
本发明提供了一种***滤瓶用聚丙烯复合材料,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
其中,所述母粒按100重量份(母粒总量)计,包括如下组分:
所述聚丙烯树脂230℃、2.16kg测试条件下熔融指数为0.5-5g/10min,优选5g/10min。
所述滑石粉和碳酸钙的目数为1250-6000目,优选3000目。
所述助交联剂为二乙烯基苯(DVB)、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、间戊二烯、异戊二烯、环戊二烯、双环戊二烯、丁二烯、1,3-己二烯、2,4-己二烯、4-甲基-1,3-戊二烯、1,4-戊二烯、1,4-己二烯、1,4-庚二烯中的至少一种,优选TAIC。
所述引发剂为过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双己烷(双二五)、过氧化二叔丁基(DTBP)、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)中的至少一种,优选双二五。
所述润滑剂为硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、乙撑双硬脂酰胺EBS、芥酸酰胺中的至少一种。
所述抗氧剂包括主抗氧剂和/或辅抗氧剂。
所述主抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂264中的至少一种,优选抗氧剂1010;所述辅抗氧剂为抗氧剂168、亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三壬基苯酯、亚磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸三异癸酯、季戊四醇双亚磷酸酯二(十八醇)酯中的至少一种,优选抗氧剂168。
本发明提供了一种***滤瓶用聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,包括:
(1)按配比,将滑石粉、碳酸钙、聚丙烯树脂、助交联剂、引发剂、润滑剂和抗氧剂添加到密炼机中密炼,加工温度为150-170℃,密炼时间为10-15min;然后添加到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在160-200℃,转速400-600RPM,挤出制成母粒;
(2)按配比,将聚丙烯树脂、母粒、润滑剂和抗氧剂投入高混机中,混合均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,控制温度在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM;拉条,过水,切粒得***滤瓶用聚丙烯复合材料。
本发明还提供了一种***滤瓶用聚丙烯复合材料的应用。
有益效果
本发明通过引入特殊母粒,并在制备过程中调节密炼的温度以及时间,控制交联反应的效率,从而实现了产品具有更高的机械性能,更高的流动性和更高的耐压值,具有良好的应用前景。

实施例和对比例中所采用的原材料的型号和来源:
PP1(MI=5g/10min),中国石化;
PP2(MI=15g/10min),中海壳牌;
TAIC,佛山市圣亿塑料化工有限公司;
双二五,江苏强盛功能化学股份有限公司;
滑石粉(3000目),海城添源化工有限责任公司;
碳酸钙(3000目),广东翔龙科技股份有限公司;
抗氧剂1010,营口市风光化工有限公司;
抗氧剂168,营口市风光化工有限公司;
硬脂酸锌,中山市华明秦化工材料科技有限公司。
实施例1
将30份滑石粉(3000目)和30份碳酸钙(3000目),40份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),1份助交联剂TAIC,0.1份引发剂双二五,1份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到密炼机中,在150℃下密炼10min,然后加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在160-200℃,转速400-600RPM,挤出制备成母粒。
将50份上述母粒,50份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
实施例2
将20份滑石粉(3000目)和40份碳酸钙(3000目),40份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),1份助交联剂TAIC,0.1份引发剂双二五,1份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到密炼机中,在150℃下密炼10min,然后加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在160-200℃,转速400-600RPM,挤出制备成母粒。
将50份上述母粒,50份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
实施例3
将40份滑石粉(3000目)和20份碳酸钙(3000目),40份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),1份助交联剂TAIC,0.1份引发剂双二五,1份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到密炼机中,在150℃下密炼10min,然后加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在160-200℃,转速400-600RPM,挤出制备成母粒。
将50份上述母粒,50份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
实施例4
将30份滑石粉(3000目)和30份碳酸钙(3000目),40份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),1份助交联剂TAIC,0.1份引发剂双二五,1份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到密炼机中,在150℃下密炼10min,然后加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在160-200℃,转速400-600RPM,挤出制备成母粒。
将33份上述母粒,66份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
实施例5
将30份滑石粉(3000目)和30份碳酸钙(3000目),40份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),1份助交联剂TAIC,0.1份引发剂双二五,1份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到密炼机中,170℃下密炼20min,然后加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在160-200℃,转速400-600RPM,挤出制备成母粒。
将66份上述母粒,33份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
对比例1
将15份滑石粉(3000目)和15份碳酸钙(3000目),70份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
对比例2
将15份滑石粉(3000目)和15份碳酸钙(3000目),70份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),0.5份助交联剂TAIC,0.05份引发剂双二五,0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
对比例3
将30份滑石粉(3000目)和30份碳酸钙(3000目),40份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),1份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.1份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到密炼机中,在150℃下密炼10min,然后加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在160-200℃,转速400-600RPM,挤出制备成母粒。

将50份上述母粒,50份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),0.5份助交联剂TAIC,0.05份引发剂双二五,0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
对比例5
将15份滑石粉(3000目)和15份碳酸钙(3000目),35份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),35份聚丙烯树脂2(MI=15g/10min),0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
对比例6
将30份滑石粉(3000目),70份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
对比例7
将30份碳酸钙(3000目),70份聚丙烯树脂(MI=5g/10min),0.2份润滑剂硬脂酸锌,0.2份抗氧剂1010和0.2份抗氧剂168加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM,通过挤出造粒得成品。
表1实施例和对比例成品的测试结果
由对比例1、2、6、7的测试结果可知,当碳酸钙和滑石粉或其他助剂未以本发明的母粒形式添加到材料中时,会对复合材料的机械性能以及耐压值有显著影响。由对比例3和4的测试结果可知,引入助交联剂和引发剂可以进一步提升复合材料的耐压值,满足***滤瓶的要求。由对比例1、5结果可知,采用高熔指树脂生产,熔指的提升对材料耐压值影响较大。
Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯树脂230℃、2.16kg测试条件下熔融指数为0.5-5g/10min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述滑石粉和碳酸钙的目数为1250-6000目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述助交联剂为二乙烯基苯、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、间戊二烯、异戊二烯、环戊二烯、双环戊二烯、丁二烯、1,3-己二烯、2,4-己二烯、4-甲基-1,3-戊二烯、1,4-戊二烯、1,4-己二烯、1,4-庚二烯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过氧化二异丙苯、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双己烷、过氧化二叔丁基、偶氮二异丁腈中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、乙撑双硬脂酰胺EBS、芥酸酰胺中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂包括主抗氧剂和/或辅抗氧剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述主抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂264中的至少一种;所述辅抗氧剂为抗氧剂168、亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三壬基苯酯、亚磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸三异癸酯、季戊四醇双亚磷酸酯二(十八醇)酯中的至少一种。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的***滤瓶用聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,包括:
(1)按配比,将滑石粉、碳酸钙、聚丙烯树脂、助交联剂、引发剂、润滑剂和抗氧剂添加到密炼机中密炼,加工温度为150-170℃,密炼时间为10-15min;然后添加到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出温度控制在160-200℃,转速400-600RPM,挤出制成母粒;
(2)按配比,将聚丙烯树脂、母粒、润滑剂和抗氧剂投入高混机中,混合均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,控制温度在200-220℃,转速400-600RPM;拉条,过水,切粒得***滤瓶用聚丙烯复合材料。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的***滤瓶用聚丙烯复合材料的应用。
