本发明公开了一种高效环保茶叶或花草茶充氮保鲜式包装方式及其生产工艺,采用包装罐灌装的方式,省去其它软包装材料,所述包装罐为马口铁罐,其包括有罐体,所述罐体的上端口处设有内盖和外盖,所述内盖为铝箔内盖,外盖为塑料封盖,所述罐体内装料充氮之后通过铝箔内盖直接封住罐体的上端口处之后通过塑料封盖封装。本发明采用的马口铁罐进行包装,在罐体灌装物料过程中经过两次冲入氮气技术,充氮保鲜可以更好的保持产品的口感、风味等,延长货架期至少3个月,而且罐体结构可以抗压抗变形,有效保护产品,降低了快递成本,另外使用的马口铁罐可回收使用,可做收纳用或种植绿植,能降低耗材、提高利用率、美化环境。

背景技术:
我国饮茶具有悠久的历史,茶叶包装也可以追溯到一千多年前的唐朝,传统茶叶包装方式有木质、竹制、陶制包装等。时至今日,茶叶包装形式各种各样,比较丰富,大致可以分为硬包装、半硬包装、软包装等,硬包装包括瓶装、罐装、木质或竹制包装等;半硬质多为硬纸盒类;软包装多为软纸盒、塑料袋等。
目前市面上销售的茶叶包装多为硬包装或牛皮纸包,牛皮纸包成本较低,但不利于运输;硬包装或者半硬质包装,考虑到包装材料的透气透氧性问题,也会先进行软包装,然后再进行硬包装,一方面包装成本较高,造成一定的包装材料的浪费,另一方面包装工序较为复杂,标准化、工业化程度较低,造成人工浪费。
随着社会经济发展,人们消费观念和环保意识的加强,迫使茶叶包装也在往品质化、简单化的趋势发展,为紧跟现代农业产业化的发展步伐,也要求一种全新的包装方式,既能够延长保持茶叶品质,又能节约包装材料,也能够提高茶行业的产业化程度。
发明内容:
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种高效环保茶叶或花草茶充氮保鲜式包装方式及其生产工艺,解决了现有茶叶包装后茶叶品质、口感保持难题,资源浪费,生产成本高,产业化程度低的问题,通过在在包装内通过充氮气对茶叶进行保护,一方面达到延长保质期、保持茶叶口感;另一方面是包装的最少化趋势,尽量用最少的材料数量做出结实、美观的包装,避免一层套一层的包装设计;第三方面包装材料的选择上也遵循可回收原则,减少包装材料对环境的影响。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高效环保茶叶或花草茶充氮保鲜式包装方式,采用包装罐灌装的方式,省去其它软包装材料,所述包装罐为马口铁罐,其包括有罐体,所述罐体的底端设有底盖,所述罐体的上端口处设有内盖和外盖,所述内盖为铝箔内盖,外盖为塑料封盖,所述罐体内装料充氮之后通过铝箔内盖直接封住罐体的上端口,之后再通过塑料封盖封装。
所述罐体的圆周外侧壁上分布有多圈滚筋。
所述的铝箔内盖的边缘处设有一处方便开启铝箔内盖的撕耳部,所述铝箔内盖上与撕耳部错开位置还设有一容纳腔,所述容纳腔内放置有健康豆。
所述的罐体的底端面中部设有透水孔,所述透水孔通过有撕耳的铝箔封住。
所述的高效环保茶叶或花草茶充氮保鲜式包装方式的生产工艺,具体生产步骤如下:
S1、首先将茶叶或花草茶投入组合称机中进行定量;
S2、将定量后的茶叶或花草茶输送入转盘式接料机进行灌装的料斗,通过转盘式接料机的转盘带动包装罐料斗下方进行接料,所述转盘式接料机的一侧进料处设置有用于输送包装罐的包装罐循环输送带,所述转盘式接料机的另一侧处料处设置有用于输送灌装好的包装罐的包装罐出料循环输送带,所述包装罐循环输送带的进料端架设有辅助将包装罐间隔分布在包装罐循环输送带上的分散送料机构;
S3、对包装罐循环输送带的罐体进行一一灌装后,灌装后的罐体随着包装罐出料循环输送带输送至全自动充氮封罐一体机中进行封罐,所述全自动充氮封罐一体机采用两次充氮模式,第一次充氮时充氮管探入茶叶或花草茶物料底部,氮气由物料底部冲入罐中,二次充氮时在密封室中抽真空充氮,之后立即进行封罐操作,充氮封罐后罐内残氧量≤3%,所述氮气由制氮机提供,可持续性工作;
S4、封装之后的罐体随着包装罐循环输送带运行至打码区,通过激光打码进行一一打码;
S5、采用翻瓶机将打码好的包装罐翻转,然后加装塑料封盖,即得成品。
所述的组合称机采用14头组合称,其上设有14个称重斗,称重斗依次放料,所述转盘式接料灌装机与14头组合秤配合使用,转盘将罐子带到接料口下方并发出信号让称好重量的物料下到包装罐内,所述称重斗可以根据不同原料更换不同规格称重斗。
所述的分散送料机构包括有过渡送料循环输送带,所述过渡送料循环输送带设置在包装罐循环输送带的进料端,所述过渡送料循环输送带的进料端设置有进料循环输送带,所述进料循环输送带的出料口与过渡送料循环输送带的进料口对接,所述进料循环输送带的进料端架设有理瓶机,所述理瓶机可将人工放置的或卸垛机卸下的罐整理排列成行,由进料传送带输送输送,通过过渡循环输送带的传输速度自然将相邻罐体隔开一定距离,然后输送至转盘接料机对应的包装罐循环带。

二、本发明采用全新的茶叶或花草茶包装方式,较现有的包装方式相比,充氮保鲜可以更好的保持产品的口感、风味等,延长货架期至少3个月。
三、本发明的生产线自动化程度高,通过多个设备的有效配合,构建成为一条全新的茶叶或花草茶包装生产线,自动化连续化程度高,仅需一名人员操作即可,可达到日产1万罐以上。
四、本发明容易在同行业中推广使用,可有力的推进茶行业产业化发展进程,同时也可以推广至农业生产中其它类似形状物料中使用,有力推进农业产业化发展进程。
五、本发明减少了茶叶或花草茶塑料或铝箔袋的使用,节省了资源,使用的马口铁罐为可回收材料,可做收纳用或种植绿植,具有一定的环保经济效益。
六、通过在包装内通过充氮气对茶叶进行保护,可延长保质期,保持茶叶的口感、风味等,延长货架期至少3个月,同时包装材料结实、美观的包装,避免一层套一层的包装设计,并列包装材料可回收再利用,减少包装材料对环境的污染,既能够延长保持茶叶品质,又能节约包装材料,而且能够提高茶行业的产业化程度。

一种高效环保茶叶或花草茶充氮保鲜式包装方式,采用包装罐灌装的方式,省去其它软包装材料,包装罐为马口铁罐,其包括有罐体1,罐体1的底端设有底盖,罐体1的上端口处设有内盖2和外盖3,内盖2为铝箔内盖,外盖3为塑料封盖,所述罐体内装料充氮之后通过铝箔内盖直接封住罐体1的上端口,之后再通过塑料封盖封装。罐体1的圆周外侧壁上分布有多圈滚筋;罐体1的底端面中部设有透水孔7,透水孔7通过有撕耳的铝箔8封住;其作用是茶叶试用完,当健康豆种下之后,将封口铝箔撕掉,起到漏水作用。
包装罐的马口铁采用的是CAT4材质,它比普通罐体所用的材质不同,普通用的是BAT2.5,CA——对铁进行了连续退火(冷轧板卷展开成钢带后在保护气氛中退火);BA——对铁进行罩式退火(冷轧钢带以整卷的形式在有保护气氛中退火);T4的硬度高于T2.5。T4硬度范围为58-64HRC,T2.5硬度范围为50-56HRC,强度更高,保证了产品品质和物流中被损害的风险。
进一步,高效环保茶叶或花草茶充氮保鲜式包装方式的生产工艺,具体生产步骤如下:
S1、首先将茶叶或花草茶投入组合称机中进行定量;
S2、将定量后的茶叶或花草茶输送入转盘式接料机进行灌装的料斗,通过转盘式接料机的转盘带动包装罐料斗下方进行接料,转盘式接料机的一侧进料处设置有用于输送包装罐的包装罐循环输送带,转盘式接料机的另一侧处料处设置有用于输送灌装好的包装罐的包装罐出料循环输送带,包装罐循环输送带的进料端架设有辅助将包装罐间隔分布在包装罐循环输送带上的分散送料机构;

进一步,组合称机采用14头组合称,其上设有14个称重斗,称重斗依次放料,转盘式接料灌装机与14头组合秤配合使用,转盘将罐子带到接料口下方并发出信号让称好重量的物料下到包装罐内,称重斗可以根据不同原料更换不同规格称重斗。分散送料机构包括有过渡送料循环输送带,过渡送料循环输送带设置在包装罐循环输送带的进料端,过渡送料循环输送带的进料端设置有进料循环输送带,进料循环输送带的出料口与过渡送料循环输送带的进料口对接,进料循环输送带的进料端架设有理瓶机,理瓶机可将人工放置的或卸垛机卸下的罐整理排列成行,由进料传送带输送输送,通过过渡循环输送带的传输速度自然将相邻罐体隔开一定距离,然后输送至转盘接料机对应的包装罐循环带。全自动充氮封罐一体机一侧配置有自动下盖装置,可将人工放置或卸垛机卸下的铝箔下盖送入封罐装置。翻瓶机配置自动上盖、自动加盖装置。
实施例1
本实施例为绿茶包装生产线,包括如下步骤:
(1)投料:将绿茶投入Z提升机料斗中,通过Z提升机的提升作用将绿茶提升至14头组合秤顶部进行投料;
(2)全自动称重:投入14头组合秤的绿茶被输送至称重斗中进行定量分装14份,并依次落下,落入由理瓶机经传送带输送至接料机的马口铁罐中;
称重斗为绿茶特制称重斗,适用于各种绿茶的称重定量.
(3)充氮封罐:装满绿茶的马口铁罐被传送带依次传送至充氮封罐机中,经过一次充氮、二次抽真空充氮、封罐后传送出充氮封罐机;
一次充氮时充氮管探入罐装绿茶底部,由下往上充氮,以便充分排出罐中绿茶中的空气;
二次抽真空充氮在密封室中进行,之后立即进行铝箔封口,充氮封罐后罐内残氧量≤3%。
充氮所用氮气由制氮机持续性提供。
(4)激光打码:由充氮封罐机传送出的绿茶罐传送过程中进行激光打码操作。
(5)翻瓶:采用翻瓶机将打码好的罐子翻转,然后加装塑料封盖,即得成品。
本发明中,生产线所用设备均为自动化控制,其中投料至提升机可采用堆垛机卸料或者人工外,其它操作均为自动控制完成。
以龙井绿茶做试验,其充氮气包装前后残氧量及茶叶感官审评结果如下表:

本实施例为红茶包装生产线,包括如下步骤:
(1)投料:将红茶投入Z提升机料斗中,通过Z提升机的提升作用将红茶提升至14头组合秤顶部进行投料;
(2)全自动称重:投入14头组合秤的红茶被输送至称重斗中进行定量分装14份,并依次落下,落入由理瓶机经传送带输送至接料机的马口铁罐中;
称重斗为红茶特制称重斗,适合于各种红茶的称重定量。
(3)充氮封罐:装满红茶的马口铁罐被传送带依次传送至充氮封罐机中,经过一次充氮、二次抽真空充氮、封罐后传送出充氮封罐机;
一次充氮时充氮管探入罐装红茶底部,由下往上充氮,以便充分排出罐中红茶中的空气;
二次抽真空充氮在密封室中进行,之后立即进行铝箔封口,充氮封罐后罐内残氧量≤3%。

本实施例为花草草茶包装生产线,包括如下步骤:
(1)投料:将花草茶原料投入Z提升机料斗中,通过Z提升机的提升作用将红茶提升至14头组合秤顶部进行投料;
(2)全自动称重:投入14头组合秤的花草茶原料被输送至称重斗中进行定量分装14份,并依次落下,落入由理瓶机经传送带输送至接料机的马口铁罐中;
称重斗为花草茶原料特制称重斗,适合于各种花草茶的称重定量。
(3)充氮封罐:装满花草茶的马口铁罐被传送带依次传送至充氮封罐机中,经过一次充氮、二次抽真空充氮、封罐后传送出充氮封罐机;
一次充氮时充氮管探入罐装花草茶原料底部,由下往上充氮,以便充分排出罐中花草茶原料中的空气;
二次抽真空充氮在密封室中进行,之后立即进行铝箔封口,充氮封罐后罐内残氧量≤3%。

实施例4
与实施列1、2、3不同之处在于,本发明可以用于白茶、黄茶、青茶、散制黑茶等各种传统茶,也可以用于花草茶类的花类、叶类、根茎类、种子类等各种原料以及其它类似形状食品或农产品,只需要根据不同物料形状定制不同规格称重斗即可。
实施例5
与实施列1、2、3、4不同之处在于,所用马口铁罐封口铝箔处进行了改进,铝箔内盖的边缘处设有一处方便开启铝箔内盖的撕耳部4,铝箔内盖上与撕耳部错开位置还设有一容纳腔5,容纳腔5内放置有健康豆6。
通过在内盖铝箔添加凹槽设计;凹槽设计可放置健康豆;此设计专为包装罐的二次利用,即空罐后可将罐底带有撕耳的铝箔去除,于罐中放置适量土壤种植健康豆,实现罐子的生态价值。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚的说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对实施的限定。对于所述领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以作出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里也无需对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (1)

1.一种高效环保茶叶或花草茶充氮保鲜式包装方式的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的高效环保茶叶或花草茶充氮保鲜式包装方式,采用包装罐灌装的方式,省去其它软包装材料,所述包装罐为马口铁罐,其包括有罐体(1),所述罐体(1)的底端设有底盖,所述罐体(1)的上端口处设有内盖(2)和外盖(3),所述内盖(2)为铝箔内盖,外盖(3)为塑料封盖,所述罐体内装料充氮之后通过铝箔内盖直接封住罐体(1)的上端口,之后再通过塑料封盖封装;
所述罐体(1)的圆周外侧壁上分布有多圈滚筋;
所述的铝箔内盖的边缘处设有一处方便开启铝箔内盖的撕耳部(4),所述铝箔内盖上与撕耳部错开位置还设有一容纳腔(5),所述容纳腔(5)内放置有健康豆(6);
所述的罐体(1)的底盖采用金属材质,其中部设有透水孔(7),所述透水孔(7)通过有撕耳的铝箔(8)封住;
所述的高效环保茶叶或花草茶充氮保鲜式包装方式的生产工艺,具体生产步骤如下:
S1、首先将茶叶或花草茶投入组合称机中进行定量;
S2、将定量后的茶叶或花草茶输送入转盘式接料机进行灌装的料斗,通过转盘式接料机的转盘带动包装罐料斗下方进行接料,所述转盘式接料机的一侧进料处设置有用于输送包装罐的包装罐循环输送带,所述转盘式接料机的另一侧出 料处设置有用于输送灌装好的包装罐的包装罐出料循环输送带,所述包装罐循环输送带的进料端架设有辅助将包装罐间隔分布在包装罐循环输送带上的分散送料机构;S3、对包装罐循环输送带的罐体进行一一灌装后,灌装后的罐体随着包装罐出料循环输送带输送至全自动充氮封罐一体机中进行封罐,所述全自动充氮封罐一体机采用两次充氮模式,第一次充氮时充氮管探入茶叶或花草茶物料底部,氮气由物料底部冲入罐中,二次充氮时在密封室中抽真空充氮,之后立即进行封罐操作,充氮封罐后罐内残氧量≤3% ,所述氮气由制氮机提供,可持续性工作;
S4、封装之后的罐体随着包装罐循环输送带运行至打码区,通过激光打码进行一一打码;
S5、采用翻瓶机将打码好的包装罐翻转,然后加装塑料封盖,即得成品;
所述的组合称机采用14头组合称,其上设有14个称重斗,称重斗依次放料,所述转盘式接料灌装机与14头组合秤配合使用,转盘将罐子带到接料口下方并发出信号让称好重量的物料下到包装罐内,所述称重斗可以根据不同原料更换不同规格称重斗;
所述的分散送料机构包括有过渡送料循环输送带,所述过渡送料循环输送带设置在包装罐循环输送带的进料端,所述过渡送料循环输送带的进料端设置有进料循环输送带,所述进料循环输送带的出料口与过渡送料循环输送带的进料口对接,所述进料循环输送带的进料端架设有理瓶机,所述理瓶机可将人工放置的或卸垛机卸下的罐整理排列成行,由进料循环输送带输送,通过过渡循环输送带的传输速度自然将相邻罐体隔开一定距离,然后输送至转盘接料机对应的包装罐循环带;
所述的全自动充氮封罐一体机一侧配置有自动下盖装置,可将人工放置或卸垛机卸下的铝箔下盖送入封罐装置;
所述翻瓶机配置自动上盖、自动加盖装置。
