Alternative embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for controlling an electric vehicle, including the following method steps, where the sequence numbers of the method steps do not necessarily have the execution sequence:
step S102: and acquiring the logic gear of the electric automobile.
The VCU of the vehicle control unit comprehensively judges a logic gear according to the acquired target gear, the acquired brake pedal state signal, the acquired vehicle speed signal and the acquired gear shifting lock state signal, judges the running state of the whole vehicle according to the current logic gear, calculates the corresponding required torque, and sends the torque to the motor to execute the logic gear after filtering processing.
Generally, the logical shift positions include a parking position (P position) and a non-parking position (e.g., N position, D position, or R position), and an identifier of the logical shift position is displayed on the dashboard.
Step S104: and when the logic gear is switched from the parking gear to the non-parking gear, acquiring the current state information of the electronic parking system.
When the automobile is switched from a parking gear (P gear) to a non-parking gear (such as an N gear, a D gear or an R gear), the vehicle control unit VCU acquires the current state of the electronic parking system EPB, and judges whether the electronic parking system EPB is completely and automatically released according to the current state of the electronic parking system EPB. The electronic parking system EPB is completely released to indicate that the electric vehicle has no parking torque, and the electronic parking system EPB is not released to indicate that the electric vehicle has the parking torque and the vehicle cannot move forward or backward.
The EPB automatic release is realized by that in a parking state, after a driver operates to shift into a forward gear or a backward gear, the vehicle control unit VCU automatically judges the power condition by stepping on an accelerator to lift the power, and the EPB parking brake function is released. For example, when the electric vehicle is in a starting stage, if the EPB is in a pulled-up state (i.e., the vehicle is in a parking state), the accelerator is stepped to a certain depth, and the system automatically senses that the driver intends to drive, the EPB is automatically released.
The current state information includes a transition state and a release state, the transition state indicates that the electronic parking system is not released within a preset time, and the release state indicates that the electronic parking system is released within the preset time.
Step S106: when the current state information of the electronic parking system is a transition state, setting an opening value of an accelerator pedal as a zero opening value and setting a torque request value as a zero torque value, wherein the transition state indicates that the electronic parking system is not released within a preset time, and the zero opening value indicates the opening value of the accelerator pedal when the accelerator pedal is not pressed down.
The preset time can be any value within 1ms-10s, specific time values are not limited, the preset time is related to vehicle delivery conditions, vehicle electronic equipment states, whether the vehicle breaks down or not, and the preset time for different automobiles can be the same or different. And the electronic parking system keeps a parking state within the preset time range. At this time, the vehicle control unit VCU sets the accelerator pedal opening degree value to an initial value (normally, zero opening degree value) and sets the torque request value to a zero torque value, for example, when the driver has depressed the accelerator pedal (for example, the accelerator pedal has a pedal opening degree of 20%), the vehicle control unit VCU sets the accelerator pedal opening degree value to an initial value (for example, an initial value of 0), that is, the vehicle control unit VCU sets the pedal position at which the driver has not depressed the accelerator pedal, in response to the position at which the accelerator pedal is present. The instability caused by violent running due to deep stepping of the accelerator by a driver when the automobile is switched from the parking gear to the driving gear and the EPB release problem can be thoroughly solved from the aspect of driving comfort; the driver can be fundamentally prevented from deeply stepping on the accelerator when the automobile is switched from the parking gear to the driving gear, and the collision or the injury accident possibly caused by the EPB release problem can be avoided.
Meanwhile, when a driver is in a driving gear, such as a forward gear or a reverse gear, and an accelerator pedal is not stepped down or is deeply stepped on at the moment, the vehicle has certain torque request values, including forward torque request values or reverse torque request values, in order to avoid instability caused by vehicle fleeing, the VCU of the vehicle control unit sets the torque request values to be zero torque values, namely does not respond to torque requests caused by the forward gear and the accelerator pedal. Therefore, when the current state information of the electronic parking system is in a transition state, the opening value of the accelerator pedal needs to be set as an initial value, and the torque request value needs to be set as a zero torque value, so that the instability caused by vehicle crossing can be avoided.
As an alternative embodiment, the setting of the accelerator opening value to the zero opening value and the setting of the torque request value to the zero torque value when the current state information of the electronic parking system is the transition state includes, when the current state information of the electronic parking system is the transition state, responding the logical gear to a parking gear signal, namely, defaulting to a parking gear no matter whether the logical gear at the time is the parking gear or the non-parking gear; while setting the accelerator pedal opening value to a zero opening value and the torque request value to a zero torque value. Therefore, the electric vehicle does not move forward or backward in the transient state of the electronic parking system.
Step S108: and when the current state information of the electronic parking system is a release state, responding to the accelerator opening value from the zero opening value, and responding to the torque request value from the zero torque value, wherein the release state represents that the electronic parking system is released within the preset time.
As an alternative embodiment, the vehicle control unit VCU detects that the electronic parking system is completely released after a certain time (for example, 1s), starts to respond to the opening value of the accelerator pedal from the initial value (for example, zero opening value), and starts to respond to the torque request value from the zero torque value, for example, when the driver has pressed the accelerator pedal (for example, the accelerator pedal has a pedal opening of 20%), the vehicle control unit VCU responds to the accelerator pedal from a position with a pedal opening value of 0 to a position with an opening of 20%, the response process has a certain time so as not to cause instability of driving, and the response from 0-20% may be a curve or a straight line process with any acceleration slope, for example, the accelerator pedal may respond from 0 to 20% at a constant speed, or respond from 0 to 20% at a first speed and then slowly.
Meanwhile, when the driver engages in a forward gear or a reverse gear, a torque demand (e.g., 100N) with a certain value is obtained after the accelerator pedal is not pressed down or is deeply pressed down, and the vehicle control unit VCU responds to the torque demand when detecting that the electronic parking system is completely released after a certain time (e.g., 1s), for example, continuously responds to a current demand torque value from a zero torque value after a period of time, so as to ensure driving stability. The response from 0 to 100N may be a curve or a straight line process with any acceleration slope, for example, the response may be from 0 to 100N at a constant speed, or from 0 to 100N at a first-speed and then-slow speed.
As an alternative embodiment, when the current state information of the electronic parking system is the released state, responding to the accelerator pedal opening value from the zero opening value and responding to the torque request value from the zero torque value includes responding to the logical shift position as a non-parking shift position signal, that is, immediately responding to a previous non-parking shift position signal, for example, a D shift position signal, when the current state information of the electronic parking system is the released state; the accelerator pedal opening value is responded to from the zero opening value, and the torque request value is responded to from the zero torque value.
As an optional implementation manner, the method further includes step S110 (not shown): when the electronic parking system is not released after the preset time is exceeded, switching the logic gear to a parking gear; setting the accelerator pedal opening value to a zero opening value and the torque request value to a zero torque value.
For example, after a preset time of 5s, the vehicle control unit VCU still detects that the electronic parking system is not released, and the unreleased time exceeds the time range of the safety setting, and at this time, the logical gear is directly switched to the parking gear; while setting the accelerator pedal opening value to an initial value and the torque request value to a zero torque value. The electric vehicle no longer responds to the driving operation by the driver. At the moment, whether the electric automobile breaks down or not can be detected, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
As an optional implementation manner, the method further includes step S112 (not shown): displaying the logic gear prompt on an instrument panel; and when the current state information of the electronic parking system is in the transition state, specially displaying the logic gear prompt. Optionally, the special display includes: flashing or color display. The prompt is carried out through the special prompt symbol, so that a driver can clearly determine the state of the current electronic parking system, and safety accidents are avoided.
The VCU of the vehicle controller can display a prompt symbol (for example N, P, D, R) corresponding to the current logic gear on an instrument panel in real time, when the vehicle is in a transition state and the electric vehicle does not respond to the driving operation of a driver, information prompt can be carried out through colors of flashing, red, yellow and the like so as to warn that the vehicle is in the transition state without being released by the electronic parking system, and the current gear state of the driver is reminded through instrument display before the vehicle is completely released.
The present disclosure provides an electric vehicle control method which requires acquisition of a current logical gear of an electric vehicle, and when the logical gear is changed, controls a response timing of an accelerator pedal and a torque according to a current state of an electronic parking system, such that when the electronic parking system is in a released state, the accelerator pedal opening value is responded from the initial value, and the torque request value is responded from the zero torque value, thereby avoiding a violent vehicle-crossing or a collision accident due to immediate response to the accelerator pedal opening value and the torque request value. The method can thoroughly solve the problem of instability caused by violent running due to deep stepping of the accelerator by a driver when the automobile is switched from the parking gear to the driving gear and the EPB release problem from the aspect of driving comfort; the driver can be fundamentally prevented from deeply stepping on the accelerator when the automobile is switched from the parking gear to the driving gear, and the collision or the injury accident possibly caused by the EPB release problem can be avoided.
