7. The leveling device of claim 6, wherein a hand wheel (10) is mounted to one end of the set of drive shafts (9).

The leveling device of claim 7, wherein the drive mechanism comprises a motor, a reduction gearbox (1), a drive distribution box (2), and a universal coupling (3), and the motor is connected with the pulling roll and the leveling roll through the reduction gearbox (1), the drive distribution box (2), and the universal coupling (3).
9. The leveling device of claim 8, wherein the pre-compression spring (18) is a belleville spring.
10. A method of leveling, comprising the leveling device of claim 9, further comprising the steps of:
the first hand wheel and the second hand wheel are rotated to drive the first transmission shaft group and the second transmission shaft group to rotate so as to drive the lifter to work, the lifter drives the lifting adjusting plate to lift so as to drive the leveling rollers to lift, and the heights of the leveling rollers are adjusted to adapt to the thickness of the steel plate to be processed; the pre-tightening adjusting piece on the pressure adjusting rod is screwed to adjust the compression amount of the pressure adjusting spring, the pressure adjusting rod is driven to slightly lift, the pressure adjusting rod drives the lifting adjusting plate to slightly lift, the leveling roller is further driven to slightly lift, and the height of the leveling roller is further adapted to the thickness of a steel plate to be processed;
a third transmission shaft group is driven to rotate by using a speed reducing motor or a third hand wheel by hand cranking, so that an adjusting nut shaft is driven to rotate, a lifting screw rod is driven to lift, the lifting screw rod drives a traction sliding block and a traction roller to lift, and the height of the traction roller is adjusted to adapt to the thickness of a steel plate to be processed; the pre-tightening adjusting piece on the guide rod is screwed to adjust the compression amount of the pre-tightening spring, the traction sliding block is driven to slightly lift, the traction roller is further driven to slightly lift, and the height of the traction roller is adjusted in a micro-scale mode to further adapt to the thickness of a steel plate to be processed;
the motor, the reduction gearbox, the transmission distribution box and the universal coupling drive the traction roller and the leveling roller to rotate so as to level the steel plate to be processed.
