Abstract
The integrated waterway module of the water purifying equipment is characterized by comprising a shell, foamed plastic and a cover plate, wherein the shell is provided with a water inlet interface, a water outlet interface, a filter element interface and a valve mounting interface; the foam plastic is filled in the inner cavity of the shell and positions the connecting water pipe, and a channel for the built-in connecting water pipe is arranged in the foam plastic. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the integrated waterway module. The foam plastic has the advantages of low cost, easy manufacture and good heat-insulating and shock-absorbing effects.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pipeline device of water purification equipment, in particular to a pipeline integrated device of the water purification equipment, and further relates to a manufacturing method of the pipeline integrated device.
Background
The water purifier is characterized in that a PE hose and a connector are usually arranged inside the traditional water purifier to be connected with a water flow channel, the water flow channels are connected through the connector, and various control devices are arranged on the water flow channels, so that the purpose of controlling the water purification equipment to close the water flow channels is achieved. With the development of water purification equipment, more and more water purification equipment with the functions have more and more complicated water flow pipe networks which are mutually staggered inside the water purification equipment. Because the water route of traditional purifier is formed by water pipe and articulate processing preparation, after the crisscross degree of its inside rivers passageway is complicated, cause the complicated pipeline tie point of preparation processing technology too much, purifier transportation, use all probably lead to water pipe and quick-operation joint not hard up, leak easily.

The design has high mold opening cost, and the water channel plate is easy to have the defects of water leakage, incapability of removing welding slag and the like. Relevant parts of the water purifier adopt an integral injection molding integrated water path module, and the water path module cannot be normally split during multi-layer water path injection molding, so that the design of a complex water path structure cannot be carried out. The existing water channel part of the water purification structure has no heat preservation measures, and can not be used due to the fact that the existing water channel part is easy to freeze in winter.

The invention aims to solve the other technical problem of providing a manufacturing method of the integrated waterway module of the water purifying equipment, which is convenient to manufacture and has lower manufacturing cost.
The invention provides a water purifying equipment integrated waterway module which is not easy to leak water.
The invention aims to solve the other technical problem of providing a method for manufacturing the water purifying equipment integrated waterway module with the pipeline having the heat preservation function.

The water inlet interface, the water outlet interface, the filter element interface and the valve installation interface are respectively provided with joints, a plurality of connecting water pipes are arranged among the joints, and the connecting water pipes are positioned in an inner cavity of the shell;
the foam plastic is filled in the inner cavity of the shell and positions the connecting water pipe, and a channel for the connection of the built-in water pipe is arranged in the foam plastic; and
a cover plate arranged on the port of the shell to seal the foam plastic in the shell;
the shell or the cover plate is provided with an injection molding port.
Furthermore, the joint of the valve installation interface is provided with an electromagnetic valve positioned outside the shell.
A manufacturing method of a water purifying device integrated waterway module is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, respectively arranging all joints on a water inlet interface, a water outlet interface, a filter element interface and a valve installation interface of a shell;
secondly, arranging the installation design requirements of all the connecting water pipes in the inner cavity of the shell;
thirdly, the cover plate is arranged on the port of the shell, and the inner cavity of the shell is filled with the foamed plastic through the injection port;
fourthly, the foam plastic is solidified, and a channel matched with each connecting water pipe is formed in the foam plastic.
Further, the method also comprises a step of installing an electromagnetic valve on the valve installation joint.
Preferably, the foamed plastic is at least one of polyurethane, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane, and preferably polyurethane.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the foamed plastic carries out secondary sealing on the connecting water pipe, has a supporting effect on the connecting water pipe, is more stable in a water path system, and avoids the problem that the connecting water pipe is not connected with the joint tightly; the problem of unable normal mould that divides during integral integrated water route module multilayer water route injection moulding is solved. The volume weight of the foam plastic is very low, so that the packaging weight can be reduced, and the transportation cost can be reduced; the water channel has excellent absorption of impact and vibration energy, can greatly reduce the damage of products and can reduce the vibration noise of the water channel; the adaptability to the change of temperature and humidity is strong, and the requirement of common packaging conditions can be met; the water absorption rate is low, the hygroscopicity is small, the chemical stability is good, the corrosion to internal substances cannot be generated, and the tolerance to chemical medicines such as acid and alkali is strong; the water-cooling type solar water heater has ultralow temperature conductivity, and can prevent water ways from freezing in cold winter. The waterway system in the shell can be adjusted as required, the mould does not need to be opened again, the cost is increased, and the universality is very strong. The whole manufacturing is simple and the cost is low.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the integrated waterway module of the water purifying apparatus in this embodiment includes a housing 1, a foam plastic 6 and a cover plate 2, the housing 1 has a water inlet port 11, a wastewater port 12, a water purifying port 13, a filter element port 14 and a valve installation port 15, the water inlet port 11, the wastewater port 12, the water purifying port 13, the filter element port 14 and the valve installation port 15 are respectively provided with a joint 4, a plurality of connection water pipes 5 are arranged between the joints 4, and the connection water pipes 5 are all located in an inner cavity of the housing 1. The joint 4 of the valve mounting interface 15 is provided with a waste water electromagnetic valve 31 and a water inlet electromagnetic valve 3 which are positioned outside the shell 1 respectively.
The foam plastic 6 is filled in the inner cavity of the shell 1 and positions the connecting water pipe 5, and a channel for the connection water pipe 5 to be arranged is arranged in the foam plastic 6; the cover plate 2 is arranged on the port of the shell 1 to seal the foam plastic 6 in the shell 1; the cover plate 2 has an injection port 21 thereon.
The manufacturing method of the integrated waterway module comprises the following steps:
firstly, the joints 4 are respectively arranged on a water inlet interface 11, a waste water interface 12, a water purifying interface 13, a filter element interface 14 and a valve installation interface 15 of the shell 1, as shown in figure 4;
secondly, arranging the installation design requirements of all the connecting water pipes 5 in the inner cavity of the shell 1 for connecting the joints 4, as shown in figure 5;
thirdly, the cover plate 2 is arranged on the port of the shell 1, and the foam plastic 6 is filled in the inner cavity of the shell 1 through the injection molding port 21;
fourthly, the foam plastic 6 is naturally solidified, and channels matched with the connecting water pipes 5 are formed in the foam plastic 6.
And fifthly, installing an electromagnetic valve on the valve installation joint 4.
The foam plastic 6 in this embodiment is polyurethane, and the material is easily available.

1. Integrated waterway module of water purifying equipment, which is characterized by comprising
The water filter comprises a shell (1) and a water outlet, wherein the shell is provided with a water inlet interface, a water outlet interface, a filter element interface (14) and a valve installation interface (15), the water inlet interface, the water outlet interface, the filter element interface (14) and the valve installation interface (15) are respectively provided with joints (4), a plurality of connecting water pipes (5) are arranged among the joints (4), and the connecting water pipes (5) are all positioned in an inner cavity of the shell (1);
the foam plastic (6) is filled in the inner cavity of the shell (1) and positions the connecting water pipe (5), and a channel for the connection water pipe (5) to be arranged is arranged in the foam plastic (6); and
a cover plate (2) which is provided at the end of the housing (1) and seals the foam plastic (6) in the housing (1);
the housing (1) or the cover plate (2) has an injection port (21).
2. The integrated waterway module of a water purifying device according to claim 1, wherein the valve mounting connector (4) is provided with an electromagnetic valve positioned outside the housing (1).
3. The manufacturing method of the water purifying device integrated waterway module of claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, respectively arranging all joints (4) on a water inlet interface, a water outlet interface, a filter element interface (14) and a valve installation interface (15) of a shell (1);
secondly, arranging the installation design requirements of all the connecting water pipes (5) in the inner cavity of the shell (1);
thirdly, the cover plate (2) is arranged on the port of the shell (1), and the foam plastic (6) is filled in the inner cavity of the shell (1) through the injection molding port (21);
solidifying the foam plastic (6), and forming channels matched with the connecting water pipes (5) in the foam plastic (6).
4. A method according to claim 3, further comprising a step of attaching a solenoid valve to the valve attachment fitting (4).
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the foam (6) is at least one of polyurethane, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, and polyurethane.
