In this embodiment, the filter element top seat 320 and the filter element housing 310 can be fixed by a rotary fastening structure, when the inner filter element 330 needs to be replaced, the filter element top seat 320 and the inner filter element 330 are integrally taken out from the filter element housing 310, and the filter element top seat 320 can be provided with a handle 350 for easy taking out; then, by pressing the button 340, the engagement between the inner filter element 330 and the filter element top holder 320 is released, and the inner filter element 330 can be removed for replacement.
The filter element assembly 300 has a simple structure, is convenient to install and disassemble, and can realize the quick installation of the inner filter element 330 by the butt joint of the clamping jaws and the clamping grooves 321; through set up button 340 in filter core footstock 320 bottom, can remove jack catch and draw-in groove 321 joint locking fast through pressing button 340, realize interior filter core 330's quick dismantlement, the dismouting is efficient.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the button 340 and the cartridge top seat 320 are mounted by a snap-fit structure. Specifically, as shown in fig. 17, the bottom of the filter element top seat 320 is provided with an installation hole 322 for installing the key 340, and the installation hole 322 is communicated with the slot 321. Referring to fig. 15, the key 340 includes a pressing part 342 and at least two second claws 343 disposed opposite to each other and provided at an edge of the pressing part 342. The bottom wall of the mounting hole 322 is provided with a clamping hole 323, and the second claw 343 is clamped in the clamping hole 323 and can slide downwards along the axial direction of the clamping hole 323. The button 340 is clamped into the mounting hole 322 by the second claw 343, the second claw 343 can prevent the button 340 from being disengaged from the mounting hole 322, and the button 340 can axially slide upwards along the sidewall of the second claw 343 to perform a pressing operation. Preferably, the button 340 includes two second claws 343.
Further, the key 340 further includes two reinforcing arms 344 disposed on the edge of the pressing portion 342, the two reinforcing arms 344 are disposed opposite to each other, and are circumferentially spaced from the second claw 343, and a clamping hole 323 is disposed on the bottom wall of the mounting hole 322 corresponding to the reinforcing arm 344. When the button 340 is provided with only two second claws 343, the reinforcing arms 344 can reinforce the overall strength of the button 340 and can play a guiding role together with the side walls of the second claws 343 during the pressing of the button 340. Preferably, the height of the reinforcement arm 344 is higher than the height of the second jaw 343. Can play a role in positioning when the button 340 is installed, so as to facilitate the next butt joint of the second claw 343 and the clamping hole 323.
Detailed structure of the first jaw 331 referring to fig. 13, the first jaw 331 includes an elastic arm portion and a front jaw portion having a first engagement slope c at a bottom end thereof. As shown in fig. 16, when the inner filter element is in the locked state, the unlocking portion 341 of the button 340 is disposed opposite to the first claw 331, and the second inclined mating surface d thereof is in contact with the first inclined mating surface c of the first claw. As shown in fig. 17, when the key 340 is pressed, the unlocking portion 341 presses the first inclined mating surface c of the front claw portion of the first claw 331 through the second inclined mating surface d, so that the front claw portion of the first claw 331 is contracted toward the center of the slot 321, and the front claw portion is separated from the edge of the slot 321, thereby unlocking.
In this embodiment, the plurality of first claws 331 are arranged in a circle along the circumference of the central axis of the inner core 330; each first claw 331 is fixed to the corresponding slot 321. Preferably, the number of the first claws 331 is four, and the first claws are evenly arranged around the central axis of the inner filter element 330, and the engaging grooves 321 are correspondingly arranged at the central position of the filter element top seat 320. The unlocking portion 341 is disposed on the pressing portion 342 inside the second claw 343, the unlocking portion 341 is preferably in an annular boss structure, the second engaging inclined surface d is disposed on the inner wall of the lower end portion of the unlocking portion 341, and the second engaging inclined surface d abuts against the first engaging inclined surface c of the front claw portion of each first claw 331. In the present embodiment, the inner filter element 330, the filter element top seat 320 and the filter element housing 310 are all cylindrical, and the key 340 is preferably a circular key 340. In other embodiments, the overall shape of the filter element assembly 300, the shape of the key 340, the arrangement shape of the first jaw 331, and the like are not particularly limited.
The filter element top seat 320 is provided with a positioning boss 324, and the clamping groove 321 is arranged on the positioning boss 324; the bottom end of the inner filter element 330 is provided with a positioning groove 332, and the clamping jaws are arranged in the positioning groove 332; the positioning boss 334 is disposed in the positioning groove 332 to limit circumferential rotation of the inner filter element 330, and the inner filter element 330 and the filter element top seat 320 can rotate simultaneously, so that the inner filter element 330 and the filter element top seat 320 are assembled into a whole. In this embodiment, preferably, the positioning groove is a circular groove structure with two wings, correspondingly, the positioning boss is a circular truncated cone structure with two wings, and the positioning groove and the positioning boss realize the limiting through the structure of the two wings. Meanwhile, the positioning groove 332 and the positioning boss 324 also provide a positioning function for the butt joint of the first clamping jaw 331 and the clamping groove 321 when the inner filter element 330 is installed, so that the first clamping jaw and the clamping groove 321 can be conveniently clamped and positioned.
Further, after the inner filter element 330 is unlocked from the filter element top seat 320, the key 340 is continuously pressed to push the inner filter element 330 out of the filter element top seat 320, so that the inner filter element 330 can be conveniently taken out. The concrete structure is as follows: the outer diameter of the unlocking part 341 is smaller than the inner diameter of the clamping groove 321; after the unlocking portion 341 pushes the front claw portion of the first claw 331 to disengage from the edge of the slot 321, the unlocking portion 341 can continue to extend into the slot 321, and the front claw portion of the first claw 331 continues to be pushed out of the slot 321. Thereby pushing the inner cartridge 330 out of the cartridge top seat 320.
In order to facilitate the inner filter element 330 to be clamped into the clamping groove 321 through the clamping jaws when being installed, a third matching inclined surface e is arranged in the clamping groove 321, and the third matching inclined surface e is matched with the first matching inclined surface c of the front claw part of the clamping jaws when the inner filter element 330 is inserted.
The invention also comprises a water purifier which comprises the filter element assembly.

Claims (10)

1. A filter cartridge assembly, comprising:
the filter element assembly is provided with a butt joint boss at the bottom end, and clamping parts are arranged on two sides of the butt joint boss;
a base assembly, the base assembly comprising:
the base is provided with a butt joint groove matched with the butt joint boss, and two opposite sides of the butt joint groove are respectively provided with a first sliding groove;
the locking mechanism comprises two locking sliding blocks and two first elastic pieces, the two locking sliding blocks are respectively arranged in the first sliding grooves in a sliding mode, and the first elastic pieces are clamped with the clamping parts on the two sides of the butt joint boss so as to limit the axial movement of the filter element assembly;
and the unlocking mechanism is used for enabling the two locking sliding blocks to move relatively far away, so that the locking sliding blocks are separated from the clamping part, and the axial movement limitation of the filter element assembly is removed.
2. A filter cartridge assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the locking slide is provided with a projection; the unlocking mechanism comprises an unlocking slide rod, the unlocking slide rod is arranged on the base in a sliding mode and is provided with a first unlocking inclined plane matched with the boss; when the unlocking slide bar slides, the first unlocking inclined plane pushes the bulge to slide outwards, so that the locking slide block is separated from the clamping part of the filter element assembly.
3. The filter cartridge arrangement of claim 2, wherein the unlocking slide bar comprises:
the two support arms are provided with bending parts protruding towards one side of the butt joint groove, and the side walls of the bending parts form the first unlocking inclined plane; the convex part of the locking slide block is positioned on the outer side of the bending part and matched with the first unlocking inclined plane;
and the connecting arm is used for connecting the two support arms.
4. A filter cartridge arrangement as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that the release mechanism further comprises a second resilient member for resetting the release slide.

The filter element device according to claim 4, wherein two second sliding grooves are formed in the base, two arms of the unlocking sliding rod are respectively slidably disposed in the second sliding grooves, the second sliding grooves intersect with and are perpendicular to the first sliding grooves, a stopping portion is disposed at an end portion of the arm far from the connecting arm, the stopping portion is located at an outer side of the first sliding groove, and a second elastic member is disposed between the stopping portion and a side wall of the first sliding groove.
6. The filter cartridge assembly of claim 1, further comprising an ejection mechanism for axially ejecting the filter cartridge assembly upward after the release mechanism releases the axial movement restriction of the filter cartridge assembly.
7. The filter cartridge device of claim 6, wherein the ejection mechanism comprises a top rod and a third elastic member, wherein the top of the top rod is abutted against the bottom end of the filter cartridge assembly, and the bottom of the top rod is connected with the base through the third elastic member.
8. The filter element device according to claim 1, wherein a pressing cover is arranged on the base, and the pressing cover is pressed on the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove and is fixedly connected with the base, so as to limit the axial movement of the locking slide block and the unlocking slide rod.
9. The filter element device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the unlocking mechanism further comprises an unlocking driving member for driving the unlocking slide bar to slide so as to drive the two locking sliders to move away from each other for unlocking.
10. A filter cartridge assembly as recited in claim 9, further comprising a housing secured to the base, the filter cartridge assembly being disposed within the housing; a second unlocking inclined plane is arranged on the connecting arm; the unblock driver part includes key lever and fourth elastic component, the key lever slide set up in on the outer wall of shell, stretch out on the top of key lever in the top surface of shell, the bottom of key lever with the contact of second unblock inclined plane is pressed pass through during the key lever second unblock inclined plane promotes the unblock slide bar slides, and then promotes the locking slider breaks away from joint portion removes the axial displacement restriction of filter element group spare.
