Clinical trial
Case selection and grouping
90 alopecia patients were randomized into 3 groups: examples 1-2 groups and a commercial product, 30 each.
No statistical difference exists among the age, sex, disease course and alopecia symptom severity degree of each group (p is greater than 0.05).
Second, inclusion criteria
(1) Age 18-65 years old;
(2) meets the clinical diagnosis standard of alopecia;
(3) no other treatments were performed within 1 month prior to the trial;
(4) no other serious visceral diseases.
Exclusion criteria
(1) Alopecia due to developmental defects and genetic factors;
(2) alopecia caused by systemic diseases and the systemic diseases are not cured;
(3) pregnant or lactating women;
(4) patients with allergic history or allergic constitution of the medicinal components;
(5) patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases or hemopoietic diseases;
(6) patients with mental diseases.
Fourth, the therapeutic method
The medicine corresponding to each test group is orally taken, 0.5g is taken each time, 2 times a day, and 42 days are 1 course of treatment.
Fifth, observation index and therapeutic effect judgment standard
The clinical indexes are as follows: clinical symptoms and sign changes are observed day by day during the test period, and the occurrence time, the expression, the degree, the treatment and the results of various adverse reactions are closely monitored.
Laboratory indexes are as follows: before the test and after stopping the drug, the routine examination of blood, urine and stool, and the function of liver and kidney.
And (3) evaluating and grading the curative effect:
the overall improvement degree according to clinical symptoms and physical signs is divided into four grades:
and (3) healing: clinical symptoms disappear, the hair growth returns to normal, and abnormal or excessive shedding phenomenon does not occur;
the effect is shown: the clinical symptoms are obviously improved, the hair growth is basically normal, and the abnormal or excessive shedding phenomenon is not obvious;
the method has the following advantages: the clinical symptoms are improved, but the normal state is not recovered;
and (4) invalidation: the clinical symptoms are not improved or aggravated.
Observation of recurrence rate: after the administration, the patients with recovery, obvious effect and effective cases follow up for 3 months, and the disease recurrence rate is recorded.
Sixth, therapeutic results
The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate statistics for each test group after 42 days of treatment and 3 months follow-up are shown in table 1 below.

As can be seen from table 1, the recovery rate, the significant efficiency and the total effective rate of each example group are significantly higher than those of the comparative example group, and the recurrence rate after treatment is lower, which proves that the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention has long-term therapeutic effect on alopecia.
According to the drawings of fig. 1-8, a stirring mechanism is erected above the stirring barrel 3, and a feeding hole and a discharging hole are arranged on the side wall of the stirring barrel 3 at intervals;

The method comprises the following specific steps:
the blackcurrant seeds and the pumpkin kernels are simultaneously crushed by two crushing barrels;
respectively injecting the crushed blackcurrant seeds and pumpkin kernels into a squeezing barrel through a communication pipeline;
starting a motor, wherein the motor drives the squeezing mechanism to squeeze blackcurrant seeds and pumpkin kernels in each squeezing barrel respectively to obtain blackcurrant seed oil and pumpkin seed oil respectively;

Claims (8)
1. The preparation method of the medicine for treating female alopecia is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing black currant seed oil;
preparing pumpkin seed oil;
pouring the obtained blackcurrant seed oil and pumpkin seed oil into a stirring barrel;
injecting cod liver oil into a stirring barrel, and stirring to obtain a mixture of black currant seed oil, pumpkin seed oil and cod liver oil;
adding vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin B6 into a stirring barrel, and stirring for 30-65 minutes;
adding cystine into a stirring barrel, and stirring for ten minutes; the medicine for treating alopecia is obtained.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of injecting cod liver oil into the blender and blending the oil to obtain the mixture of blackcurrant seed oil, pumpkin seed oil and cod liver oil further comprises the steps of:
and opening the stirring barrel refrigeration mechanism, and refrigerating the mixture in the stirring barrel by using the stirring barrel refrigeration mechanism.
3. The process for preparing a medicament for treating alopecia in women according to claim 1, wherein the step of preparing blackcurrant seed oil further comprises the steps of:
taking mature blackcurrant fruits, removing blackcurrant pulp, and reserving blackcurrant seeds;
screening out the blackcurrant seeds with uniform size and full particles by using a material selecting machine, and cleaning the blackcurrant seeds by using a cleaning mechanism;
crushing the cleaned blackcurrant seeds by using a crusher;
pouring the crushed blackcurrant seeds into a squeezing barrel, starting a squeezing mechanism, and squeezing the blackcurrant seeds to obtain blackcurrant seed oil.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of preparing the pumpkin seed oil comprises the steps of:
selecting full pumpkin seeds;
peeling with a decorticator to obtain pumpkin kernels;
crushing the pumpkin kernels by using a crusher;
and pouring the crushed pumpkin kernels into a squeezing barrel, starting a squeezing mechanism, and squeezing the pumpkin kernels to obtain the pumpkin seed oil.
5. The preparation method of the medicine for treating female alopecia is applicable to any one of claims 1 to 4, and is characterized in that the medicine for treating female alopecia is prepared according to the following medicine components:
black currant seed oil: 300 and 630 mg;
cod liver oil: 410 and 580 mg;
pumpkin seed oil: 320-550 mg;
lycopene: 0.6-2.3 mg;
vitamin C: 22-38 mg;
vitamin E: 12-26 mg;
vitamin B6: 0.2-0.8 mg;
cystine: 20-48 mg.
6. The medicament for treating female alopecia as claimed in claim 5, wherein the medicament for treating female alopecia is prepared from the following medicinal components:
black currant seed oil: 400 mg;
cod liver oil: 428 mg;
pumpkin seed oil: 436 mg;
lycopene: 0.9 mg;
vitamin C: 26 mg of the total weight of the composition;
vitamin E: 15 mg;
vitamin B6: 0.3 mg;
cystine: 23 mg.

black currant seed oil: 450 mg;
cod liver oil: 450 mg;
pumpkin seed oil: 400 mg;
lycopene: 1 mg;
vitamin C: 30 mg;
vitamin E: 15 mg;
vitamin B6: 0.6 mg;
cystine: 42 mg.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of preparing the composition for treating female alopecia comprises,
