Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof breathable wet dressing with the functions of accelerating wound healing and moistening and color protection, which is used for repairing and color protection and maintenance of a wound after fresh tattooing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a waterproof breathable wet dressing with the functions of accelerating wound healing and moistening and color protection, which is used for wound repair and color protection and maintenance after fresh tattooing.
Background
In recent years, tattoo has been leaping from the past subculture to popular culture. With the increase of the number of tattoo people, the problem of wound care of tattoo is also beginning to be emphasized. In the past, the ventilation of the wound after fresh tattooing is the main nursing principle, so that the vaseline or the ointment special for tattooing is only smeared for moisturizing without any dressing.
However, the application of vaseline or ointment for tattoo cannot completely isolate the wound, and even the ointment is easily attached to clothes, which causes inconvenience and discomfort, and also causes the situation of continuous medicine supplement. While the tattooed wound is an open wound, if it is exposed to water (such as bathing), air or bacteria in clothes, infection of the wound may cause inflammation or exudation of tattoo ink. In addition, without the isolation layer, the wound is easily scratched by a quilt, a bed, a towel, clothes and trousers to hook the scab off when the wound is scabbed, so that the wound is cracked again, and infection or discoloration are caused. In addition, without isolating the wound, the patient is prone to scratching the wound due to itching caused by dryness, and also to infection or discoloration, and this ink loss adversely reduces the technical quality and visual aesthetics of tattoos or tattoos.
For this reason, to protect the wound caused by fresh tattoo, the tattoo practitioner will use a petrochemical plastic (e.g., plastic wrap) as an occlusion layer and an auxiliary dressing, often of no medical grade quality. The household preservative film materials do not absorb wound exudate, wrap the periphery of the skin to form a seal, wrap the wound exudate and the exudate ink inside, avoid the tissue exudate and the exudate ink after tattooing from being stuck to clothes, and reduce the wound friction.
However, the preservative film is made of non-breathable materials, and is not breathable and is easy to cause wound fester due to over-humidity, so that the preservative film only serves as an occlusion layer within three hours after fresh tattoo is produced, and the preservative film needs to be removed after three hours. The preservative film not only makes the wound feel uncomfortable and uncomfortable, but also is easy to infect and fall off.
The fresh tattoo is not regarded as a medical behavior in the past, the tattoo wound is hardly regarded as open wound treatment after formal operation, so that the risk of healing infection of the tattoo wound caused by dressing protection is avoided, and the tattoo is very undesirable due to wound healing problems and ink loss factors, such as fading, darkness, scar retention or life behavior inconvenience.
For this reason, a hydrogel dressing for tattoo has been recently introduced, for example, U.S. patent publication nos. US20140200196a1, US09649330B2 and PCT publication No. WO2014145714a1 disclose that a transparent film layer is formed by combining an alginate hydrogel with a mineral-containing spray solution to make wound isolation and to help wound hemostasis and repair; however, since the hydrogel is still in a gel state, the structural force is insufficient, and physical impact and friction at the wound site cannot be buffered.
In addition, the patent relates to two materials, one being an alginate-based hydrogel and the other being a mineral-containing spray solution. The hydrogel can promote wound repair by the principle of moist wound therapy, and promote wound hemostasis by the contained hemostatic factors. However, the hydrogel material is not waterproof because of the outer layer film material, so that the hydrogel is dried and falls off due to the volatilization of moisture, and the hydrogel material cannot be used for wounds in a non-wound exudate state. Therefore, the dressing is similar to a preservative film and can be used only within three hours after the completion of tattooing, and the dressing is not suitable for use after three hours of maintenance and repair.
The film formed by the mineral-containing spray solution is used for isolation and infection prevention. However, the film does not have a waterproof function and does not have sufficient adhesion. The wound is not waterproof, so that the wound can not touch water after fresh tattooing, such as bathing, cleaning, going out in rainy days … and the like, otherwise, the dressing can fall off due to the expansion of hydrogel. But the adhesive is not enough, so that the patient must avoid the friction between the dressing and the clothes at the wound, and the patient can not feel the friction or flap the wound when scratching, which causes unnecessary pain and inconvenience of life movement.
In addition, the patent involves two steps, one is to apply a thin layer of hydrogel first, and the other is to spray a mineral-containing spray solution at a specific distance so that a thin film is formed on the hydrogel surface after the spray is coagulated, which is a complicated and troublesome process. If the sheet material can be used instead, the steps and the cautions can be reduced, and the complexity and the trouble degree can be reduced.
Therefore, how to help the wound repair and the color protection after the fresh tattooing is beautiful is a problem to be solved by the industry at present.
