after a portable operator and user identity information are sent to a portable number network switching service platform by a portable number network switching mobile phone APP client, the portable number network switching service platform sends an inquiry portable permission state comprising a mobile phone number and identity information to the portable operator, the portable number network switching platform of the portable operator inquires the portable permission state in a system through the mobile phone number and the identity information, the portable permission state is returned to the portable number network switching service platform, the portable number network switching service platform records the portable permission state, and the portable permission state is returned to the portable number network switching mobile phone APP client; if the check of the carrying-in permission state is allowed to be handled, the carrying-in operator number portability platform interactively uploads identity information for authentication, packages and payment are selected, and if the check of the carrying-in permission state is not allowed to be handled, the check is finished after the reason that the package cannot be handled is prompted;
specifically, after checking that the carrying-in permission state is allowed to be handled, the APP client of the number portability mobile phone uploads identity information to a carrying-in operator number portability platform and performs face living body authentication; and selecting a package to be carried into an operator and paying on the APP client of the number-carrying network-switching mobile phone.

the number portability service platform inquires a personalized data type and a key network access parameter type which are required by a corresponding SIM card from a carrying-out operator to a carrying-in operator according to a mobile phone number system, verifies the legality of network access data provided by the carrying-in operator number portability platform, and performs format encapsulation on the network access data after the legality is verified; then inquiring profile modification operation service data which needs to perform operations such as create, resize, delete and the like on the SIM card profile from the portability operator to the portability operator, and performing format encapsulation on the profile modification operation service data; inquiring a number-portability service management key, combining the network access data and the profile modification operation service data which are subjected to format encapsulation into network forwarding data by using the service management key, carrying out safe encapsulation to obtain encapsulated network forwarding data, and sending the encapsulated network forwarding data to an SIM card for validity verification and network forwarding operation;
specifically, an APP client of the number portability mobile phone sends network forwarding data to an SIM card through a data short message or a BIP link, network forwarding application in the SIM card decrypts the network forwarding data after safe encapsulation by using a service management key to obtain network forwarding data, verifies the legality of the network forwarding data, acquires network access data and profile modification operation service data from the network forwarding data, performs update operation according to the network access data, and executes profile modification according to the profile modification operation service data;
after the SIM card finishes updating and modifying operations, the network switching application informs the mobile phone to restart and returns a success notice to the number portability service platform; the number portability service platform records the number portability success information and then sends success notice to the number portability platform of the carrying-out operator and the number portability platform of the carrying-in operator respectively; the carrying-out operator number portability platform informs the operator number data management platform to delete the number data and obtains a settlement scheme from the operator charge management platform;
in addition, through the operation on the APP client interface of the number portability mobile phone, the user can obtain the charge settlement scheme of the user at the carrying-out operator and select the related scheme to carry out charge transfer or return.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment of the application provides a number portability method, which is applied to a number portability service platform, wherein the number portability service platform is used as a communication medium for information among number portability platforms of operators, records the information of the operators to which mobile phone numbers belong, records the carrying-in/carrying-out permission states of the mobile phone numbers and records the successful information of number portability; in addition, a personalized data type, a key network access parameter type and an encapsulation format which are required to be obtained from a portable operator when the SIM card is carried out number portability from the portable operator to the portable operator are also recorded in the number portability service platform, wherein the personalized data type comprises but is not limited to PIN, KI, OPC, IMSI, SMSC, ICCID, AKEY, UMID, SIUPP, SIPSS, MIPUPP, MIPSS, HRPDUPP, HRPDSS and the like, and the key network access parameter type comprises but is not limited to PLMN, FPLMN, PRL, EPRL, CDMAHOME and the like; in addition, the number portability service platform also records the modification operation and the encapsulation format of the SIM card, such as create, resize, delete and the like, which are required to be carried out on the existing profile on the SIM card from the number portability operator to the portability operator; and recording the number portability service management key of each subscriber SIM card for safely encapsulating the number portability service data.
As shown in fig. 3, the number portability method is applied to a number portability service platform, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 310, receiving a request for transaction portability service including a mobile phone number and a short message verification code sent by a APP client of a mobile phone with the number portability, and inquiring a carrying-out operator to which the mobile phone number belongs through the mobile phone number;
step 320, inquiring the carrying-out permission state of the carrying-out operator number portability platform to which the mobile phone number belongs, recording the carrying-out permission state and returning the carrying-out permission state to the APP client of the number portability mobile phone;
step 330, receiving a transfer-in application including a carrying-in operator and identity information sent by the APP client of the mobile phone with the number portability, sending the mobile phone number and the identity information to the carrying-in operator, inquiring a carrying-in permission state, recording the carrying-in permission state and returning the carrying-in permission state to the APP client of the mobile phone with the number portability;
step 340, responding to a switching-in instruction of the portability operator number portability platform, safely encapsulating the network switching data consisting of the acquired network access data and the profile modification operation service data by the number portability network service platform, and transmitting the encapsulated network switching data to the SIM card;
in the embodiment of the present application, step 340 specifically includes the following two ways:
responding to a received transfer-in number and network access data sent by a carrying-in operator, verifying the legality of the network access data by a number-carrying transfer service platform, safely encapsulating the network transfer data consisting of the received network access data and inquired profile modification operation service data after the legality is verified, and transmitting the encapsulated network transfer data to an SIM card;
as an optional embodiment, to further enhance code number resource supervision, an operator administrative unit may set a number data management platform behind the number portability service platform for generating personalized data required by the SIM card to be plugged into the network, and record key network access parameters required by the mobile phone number from the number portability of the carrying-out operator to the carrying-in operator on the number portability service platform, so that step 340 specifically includes:
in response to receiving a request for applying for personalized data of a ported-in number sent by a ported-in operator number portability platform, a number portability service platform acquires personalized data corresponding to a mobile phone number from a rear number data management platform thereof, and sends the mobile phone number and the personalized data to the ported-in operator number portability platform; and obtaining key network access parameter data after receiving an import success notification returned by the carry-in operator number portability platform; network access data consisting of personalized data and key network access parameter data and network switching data consisting of inquired profile modification operation service data are safely encapsulated, and the encapsulated network switching data are transmitted to the SIM card;
in addition, after the number portability platform of the carrying-in operator receives the mobile phone number and the personalized data, the mobile phone number and the personalized data are imported into the number data management platform of the carrying-in operator, and the number portability service platform is informed after the mobile phone number and the personalized data are successfully received.
Step 350, in response to receiving the network switching success notification returned by the SIM card, recording number portability success information, and respectively sending success notifications to the number portability platform of the carrying-in operator and the number portability platform of the carrying-out operator;
specifically, the number portability service platform can send the network forwarding data to the SIM card through a data short message or a BIP link, or can send the number portability data to the APP client of the mobile phone, and then forward the number portability data to the SIM card through the APP client of the mobile phone.
Example four
The fourth embodiment of the present application provides a number portability method, which is applied to an operator number portability platform, and includes a number portability platform for carrying out an operator and a number portability platform for carrying in an operator, as shown in fig. 4, the method specifically includes:
step 410, the number portability operator number portability platform receives a portability permission state query request sent by the number portability service platform, queries a portability permission state from the operator system according to the mobile phone number in the query request, and returns the portability permission state to the number portability service platform;
step 420, the portability operator number portability platform receives a portability permission state query request sent by the number portability service platform, queries a portability permission state from the operator system according to the mobile phone number and the user identity information in the query request, and returns the portability permission state to the number portability service platform;
step 430, the portability operator number portability platform receives the identity information uploaded by the APP client of the number portability mobile phone and selects package and payment information, the package and the payment information are transmitted to the operator charge management platform, network access data corresponding to the ported-in number is obtained from the operator number data management platform, and the ported-in number and the network access data are returned to the number portability service platform for network portability operation;
step 440, after the number portability carrying out operator number portability platform receives the successful network redirection notification, the number data management platform of the number portability operator is notified to delete the number data, a settlement scheme is obtained from the charge management platform of the number portability operator, and the settlement scheme is sent to the number portability mobile phone APP client side for refund settlement;
in addition, after the number portability platform of the hand-in operator receives the notification of successful network redirection, the success network redirection is determined, and the mobile phone number is allowed to be used in the hand-in operator.
EXAMPLE five
An embodiment of the present application provides a specific number portability workflow applied to a number portability network system, as shown in fig. 5, including the following steps:
step 501, receiving an input number of the mobile phone with the mobile phone;
step 502, the number portability service platform queries a carrying-out operator to which the mobile phone number belongs, and sends the mobile phone number to the number portability platform of the carrying-out operator to query a carrying-out permission state;
step 503, the number portability platform of the portability operator queries the portability permission state and returns the portability permission state to the number portability service platform;
step 504, the number portability service platform records the portability permission state and returns the portability permission state to the number portability mobile phone APP client;
step 505, if the carrying-out permission state is verified to be not allowed to be transferred out, the APP client of the number portability mobile phone prompts the reason and then ends, and if the carrying-out permission state is verified to be allowed to be transferred out, a carrying-in operator is selected, identity information input by a user is received, and the carrying-in operator and the identity information are sent to the number portability service platform;
step 506, the number portability service platform sends the mobile phone number and the identity information to a number portability platform of a portability operator to inquire the portability permission state;
step 507, the number portability platform of the carrying operator inquires the carrying permission state and returns the carrying permission state to the number portability service platform;
step 508, the number portability service platform records the carrying permission state and returns the carrying permission state to the number portability mobile phone APP client;
step 509, if the carrying-in permission state is verified to be not allowed to be transferred, the APP client of the number portability mobile phone prompts the reason and then ends, and if the carrying-in permission state is verified to be allowed to be transferred, the APP client interacts with a number portability platform of a carrying-in operator to upload identity information, and selects package and payment;
step 510, the portability operator number portability platform transfers package and payment information to the operator charge management platform, acquires network access data corresponding to the ported-in number from the operator number data management platform, and returns the ported-in number and the network access data to the number portability service platform for network portability operation;
as an alternative embodiment, step 510 may be replaced with:
step 510-1, the number portability network platform of the carrying-in operator forwards the package and the payment information to a tariff management platform of the operator, and then applies for personalized data to the number portability network service platform through the mobile phone number;
step 510-2, the number portability service platform acquires SIM card network-in personalized data from a post-positioned number data management platform according to the mobile phone number, and then returns the mobile phone number and the personalized data to the number portability platform of the carrier;
step 510-3, the number portability service platform of the portability operator imports the personalized data into the number data management platform of the operator and returns a successful import notification to the number portability service platform;
and step 510-4, the number portability service platform acquires key network access parameter data according to the type of the portable operator, wherein the key network access parameter data and the personalized data are combined into network access data.
Referring back to fig. 5, in step 511, the number portability service platform determines the legitimacy of the network access data, performs format encapsulation on the network access data after determining that the network access data is legitimate, queries profile modification operation service data, performs format encapsulation on the profile modification operation service data, uses the network access data and the profile modification operation service data after format encapsulation as the network portability data together, then queries a service management key, uses the service management key to perform secure encapsulation on the network portability data, and sends the encapsulated network portability data to the SIM card;
the method comprises the steps of packaging network transfer data, sending the network transfer data to an SIM card, specifically sending the network transfer data through a data short message or a BIP link, or sending the network transfer data to a number portability mobile phone APP client, and then forwarding the number portability mobile phone APP client to the SIM card.
Step 512, the network switching application of the SIM card verifies the legality of the network switching data, and after the legality is verified, updating operation is performed by using personalized data in the network switching data, and profile modification service operation is performed by using profile modification operation service data in the network switching data; after updating and modifying, the mobile phone is informed to restart, and a network switching success notice is returned to the number portability service platform;
step 513, the number portability service platform records the successful number portability information and sends a success notification to the number portability platform of the carrying-in operator and the number portability platform of the carrying-out operator respectively;
and 514, after the portability operator number portability platform receives the successful network switching notification, notifying the portability operator number data management platform to delete the number data, acquiring a settlement scheme from the portability operator charge management platform, and sending the settlement scheme to the number portability mobile phone APP client for refund settlement.
EXAMPLE six
The sixth embodiment of the application provides an APP client of a number portability mobile phone, which comprises a number portability application module, a portability admission permission application module, an authentication and tariff selection module and a network portability data acquisition module;
the application and transfer-carrying service module applies the mobile phone number and the short message verification code thereof to a number-carrying and transfer service platform for the application and transfer-carrying service;
the mobile phone number and short message verification code acquisition button is clicked after the mobile phone number input by a user is received, the mobile phone APP client side of the number portability can request the number portability service platform to acquire the verification code through the mobile phone number, the short message verification code sent by the number portability service platform is received, the mobile phone number and the short message verification code are sent to the number portability service platform to carry out identity verification, and the number portability service is applied.
The carrying-in permission application module receives a carrying-out permission state returned by the number portability service platform, selects a carrying-in operator if carrying-out operation is allowed, receives input user identity information, and sends the carrying-in operator and the user identity information to the number portability service platform;
the carrying-in permission application module is also used for uploading identity information to the carrying-in operator number-carrying and network-transferring platform by the number-carrying and network-transferring mobile phone APP client side after checking that the carrying-in permission state is allowed to be handled, and performing face living body authentication.
The authentication and fee selection module receives the carrying-in permission state returned by the number portability service platform, interacts with a carrying-in operator number portability platform to upload identity information for authentication, and selects package and payment;
the network switching data acquisition module responds to network switching data from the number portability service platform and sends the network switching data to the SIM card for validity verification and network switching operation; the network switching data comprises network access data and profile modification operation service data; the network access data comprises personalized data and key network access parameters; the personalized data comes from a number data management platform arranged behind the number portability service platform or is acquired from the number data management platform of the carried-in operator by the carried-in operator number portability platform and returned to the number portability service platform; the key network access parameters come from a number portability platform of a portable operator or are obtained by inquiring in a number portability service platform; and the profile modification operation business data is data stored by the number portability service platform.

The seventh embodiment of the application provides a number portability service platform, which comprises a carrying-out permission query module, a carrying-in permission query module, a network-switching data encapsulation module and a network-switching success notification module;
the carrying-out permission query module receives a carrying-out business application comprising a mobile phone number and a short message verification code, which is sent by a number-carrying mobile phone APP client, queries a carrying-out operator to which the mobile phone number belongs through the mobile phone number, queries a carrying-out permission state from a carrying-out operator number-carrying and network-switching platform, records the carrying-out permission state and returns the carrying-out permission state to the number-carrying mobile phone APP client;
the carrying-in permission query module receives a transfer-in application which comprises a carrying-in operator and identity information and is sent by the APP client of the mobile phone with the number portability, sends the mobile phone number and the identity information to the carrying-in operator, queries the carrying-in permission state, records the carrying-in permission state and returns the carrying-in permission state to the APP client of the mobile phone with the number portability;
after responding to a switching-in instruction of a carrier number portability platform, a network number portability service platform safely packages network forwarding data consisting of acquired network access data and profile modification operation service data and transmits the packaged network forwarding data to an SIM card;
specifically, the network switching data encapsulation module is used for responding to the received switching-in number and the network access data sent by the carrying-in operator, verifying the legality of the network access data by the number-carrying network switching service platform, safely encapsulating the network switching data consisting of the received network access data and the inquired profile modification operation service data after the legality is verified, and transmitting the encapsulated network switching data to the SIM card.
As an optional embodiment, a number data management platform is arranged behind a number portability service platform and used for generating personalized data required by SIM card access to the network, and key network access parameters required by a mobile phone number from a carrying-out operator to a carrying-in operator are recorded on the number portability service platform; the network forwarding data packaging module is specifically used for responding to a request for applying for personalized data of a ported-in number sent by a ported-in operator number portability platform, acquiring personalized data corresponding to a mobile phone number from a rear number data management platform by the number portability service platform, and sending the mobile phone number and the personalized data to the ported-in operator number portability platform; and obtaining key network access parameter data after receiving an import success notification returned by the carry-in operator number portability platform; and safely encapsulating network access data consisting of the personalized data and the key network access parameter data and network switching data consisting of the inquired profile modification operation service data, and transmitting the encapsulated network switching data to the SIM card.
And the network switching success notification module records number portability success information in response to receiving the network switching success notification returned by the SIM card, and sends success notifications to the number portability carrying-in operator platform and the number portability carrying-out operator platform respectively.
In addition, the number portability service platform comprises a storage module, a network management module and a network management module, wherein the storage module is used for recording the information of an operator to which the mobile phone number belongs, recording the carrying-in/carrying-out permission state of the mobile phone number and recording the successful information of number portability; the SIM card is also used for recording the personalized data type, the key network access parameter type and the packaging format which are required to be obtained from the carrying-in operator when the SIM card is carried from the carrying-out operator to the carrying-in operator; the system is also used for recording the profile modification operation service data and the packaging format of the SIM card from the number portability of the carrying-out operator to the carrying-in operator, wherein the modification operation needs to be carried out on the existing profile on the SIM card; and recording the number portability service management key of each subscriber SIM card, and the number portability service management key is used for safely encapsulating number portability service data.

The eighth embodiment of the application provides an operator number portability platform, which comprises a carry-out operator number portability platform and a carry-in operator number portability platform;

the carrying-out permission obtaining module receives a carrying-out permission state inquiry request sent by the number portability service platform, inquires a carrying-out permission state from the operator system according to the mobile phone number in the inquiry request, and returns the carrying-out permission state to the number portability service platform;
the carrying-in permission obtaining module receives a carrying-in permission state inquiry request sent by the number-carrying network switching service platform, inquires a carrying-in permission state from the operator system according to the mobile phone number and the user identity information in the inquiry request, and returns the carrying-in permission state to the number-carrying network switching service platform;
the package selection, payment and information transfer module receives identity information uploaded by the APP client of the number portability mobile phone and selects package and payment information, and transfers the package and payment information to the operator charge management platform;
furthermore, the portability operator number portability platform further comprises a network access data acquisition module, which is used for acquiring network access data corresponding to the ported-in number from the operator number data management platform after package and payment information are transferred to the operator expense management platform, and returning the ported-in number and the network access data to the number portability service platform for network transfer operation;
as an optional embodiment, the network access data obtaining module is configured to send a request for applying for personalized data of a transfer-to-number to the number-portability service platform after package and payment information is transferred to the tariff management platform of the operator, receive a mobile phone number and personalized data returned by the number-portability service platform, import the mobile phone number and personalized data to the number data management platform of the operator, and notify the number-portability service platform after success.
The carrying-in network switching success notification receiving module receives a network switching success notification; the carrying-out and network-switching success notification receiving module receives the network-switching success notification, notifies the carrying-out operator number data management platform to delete the number data, acquires a settlement scheme from the carrying-out operator charge management platform, and sends the settlement scheme to the number-carrying and network-switching mobile phone APP client side for refund settlement.

Claims (10)

1. A number portability method is applied to an APP client of a number portability mobile phone, and comprises the following steps:
the mobile phone number needing number portability and the short message verification code thereof are sent to a number portability service platform for applying for handling portability service to the number portability service platform;
receiving a carrying-out permission state returned by the number portability service platform, selecting a carrying-in operator if carrying-out operation is allowed, receiving input user identity information, and sending the carrying-in operator and the user identity information to the number portability service platform;
receiving a carrying-in permission state returned by the number portability service platform, and interactively uploading identity information with a carrying-in operator number portability platform for authentication;
and responding to the network forwarding data from the number portability service platform, and sending the network forwarding data to the SIM card for validity verification and network forwarding operation.
2. The number portability method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after checking that the portability permission status is allowed, the number portability mobile phone APP client uploads identity information to the portability operator number portability platform and performs face living body authentication; and selecting a package to be carried into an operator and paying on the APP client of the number-carrying network-switching mobile phone.
3. The number portability method of claim 1, wherein the network portability data comprises network access data and profile modification operation service data; the network access data comprises personalized data and key network access parameters; the personalized data comes from a number data management platform arranged behind the number portability service platform or is acquired from the number data management platform of the carried-in operator by the carried-in operator number portability platform and returned to the number portability service platform; the key network access parameters come from a number portability platform of a portable operator or are obtained by inquiring in a number portability service platform; and the profile modification operation business data is data stored by the number portability service platform.
4. An APP client of a number-portability mobile phone is characterized by comprising a number-portability application handling module, a number-portability admission application module, an authentication and tariff selection module and a network-portability data acquisition module;
the application and transfer-carrying service module sends the mobile phone number needing number carrying and network transfer and the short message verification code thereof to the number carrying and network transfer service platform for applying the application and transfer-carrying service to the number carrying and network transfer service platform;
the carrying-in permission application module receives a carrying-out permission state returned by the number portability service platform, selects a carrying-in operator if carrying-out operation is allowed, receives input user identity information, and sends the carrying-in operator and the user identity information to the number portability service platform;
the authentication and fee selection module receives the carrying-in permission state returned by the number portability service platform and interactively uploads identity information to the carrying-in operator number portability platform for authentication;
and the network switching data acquisition module responds to the network switching data from the number portability service platform and sends the network switching data to the SIM card for validity verification and network switching operation.
5. A number portability method is applied to a number portability service platform, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a service taking application including a mobile phone number and a short message verification code sent by a mobile phone APP client for number taking and network switching, inquiring a carrying-out operator to which the mobile phone number belongs through the mobile phone number, inquiring a carrying-out permission state from a number taking and network switching platform of the carrying-out operator, recording the carrying-out permission state and returning the carrying-out permission state to the mobile phone APP client for number taking and network switching;
receiving a transfer-in application which comprises a carrying-in operator and identity information and is sent by a number-portability mobile phone APP client, sending the mobile phone number and the identity information to the carrying-in operator, inquiring a carrying-in permission state, recording the carrying-in permission state and returning the carrying-in permission state to the number-portability mobile phone APP client;
after responding to a switching-in instruction of a carrier number portability platform, the number portability service platform safely encapsulates network-switching data formed by the acquired network-accessing data and profile modification operation service data, and transmits the encapsulated network-switching data to the SIM card;
and recording the number portability success information in response to receiving the network conversion success notification returned by the SIM card, and respectively sending success notifications to the number portability platform of the carrying-in operator and the number portability platform of the carrying-out operator.

The number portability method as claimed in claim 5, wherein a number data management platform is disposed behind the number portability service platform for generating personalized data required by the SIM card to be inserted into the network, and the number portability service platform records key network access parameters required by the mobile phone number from the number portability operator to the number portability operator;
after responding to a switching-in instruction of the carrier number portability platform, the number portability service platform safely encapsulates network-switching data formed by the acquired network-accessing data and the profile modification operation service data, and transmits the encapsulated network-switching data to the SIM card, specifically: in response to receiving a request for applying for personalized data of a ported-in number sent by a ported-in operator number portability platform, a number portability service platform acquires personalized data corresponding to a mobile phone number from a rear number data management platform thereof, and sends the mobile phone number and the personalized data to the ported-in operator number portability platform; and obtaining key network access parameter data after receiving an import success notification returned by the carry-in operator number portability platform; and safely encapsulating network access data consisting of the personalized data and the key network access parameter data and network switching data consisting of the inquired profile modification operation service data, and transmitting the encapsulated network switching data to the SIM card.

the carrying-in permission query module receives a transfer-in application which comprises a carrying-in operator and identity information and is sent by the APP client of the mobile phone with the number portability, sends the mobile phone number and the identity information to the carrying-in operator, queries the carrying-in permission state, records the carrying-in permission state and returns the carrying-in permission state to the APP client of the mobile phone with the number portability;
after responding to a switching-in instruction of a carrier number portability platform, a network number portability service platform safely packages network forwarding data consisting of acquired network access data and profile modification operation service data and transmits the packaged network forwarding data to an SIM card;
and the network switching success notification module records number portability success information in response to receiving the network switching success notification returned by the SIM card, and sends success notifications to the number portability carrying-in operator platform and the number portability carrying-out operator platform respectively.

the package selection, payment and information transfer module receives identity information uploaded by the APP client of the number portability mobile phone and selects package and payment information, and transfers the package and payment information to the operator charge management platform;
the carrying-in network switching success notification receiving module receives a network switching success notification; and the carrying-out and network-switching success notification receiving module receives the network-switching success notification, notifies the carrying-out operator number data management platform to delete the number data, acquires a settlement scheme from the carrying-out operator charge management platform, and sends the settlement scheme to the number-carrying and network-switching mobile phone APP client side for settlement.
