The upper attack angle of the tooth surface of the twisted cutting tooth is 11-13 degrees.
And a dustproof and splash-proof hood is arranged above the multi-tooth single-twist cutting-tooth roller tunneling machine.
The movement of the multi-tooth single-strand cutting-tooth-roller tunneling machine, the reaction force required by the work and the power required by the adjustment of the position angle during the work are provided by the backhoe excavator.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the equipment manufacturing production cycle is short. Each multi-tooth single-twist cutting-tooth roller tunneling machine only needs one month from manufacturing and production to debugging, and the time for modifying, installing and debugging the backhoe excavator also only needs two months. And the time is less if the mass production is carried out.

(3) The multi-tooth single-stranded-cutting-tooth-roller excavator is convenient to move, flexible to enter and exit, simple to operate and simpler to train operating personnel and maintenance personnel.
(4) The multi-tooth single-stranded-cutting-tooth roller excavator can realize construction with low cost, low energy consumption and low emission, eliminates the influence of conventional blasting construction on the surrounding environment, and eliminates unsafe factors existing in conventional blasting.
(5) Experiments show that the loosening and crushing capacity of hard stones (quartzite, granite and the like) can reach 180% -200% of the efficiency of a back-hoe excavator at the same level when rock strata (quartzite, granite and the like and below) with Mohs hardness of about 7.5 are subjected to earth and stone excavation and tunneling operation, the harder the stones are during the earth and stone excavation and tunneling operation, the higher the efficiency ratio is, and the safety and the high efficiency are really realized.
(6) The replacement cycle of the easily damaged part of the tooling equipment is long, the continuously-used tool can be used for 8-9 months every time the easily damaged part is replaced, the planned maintenance and the replacement of the easily damaged part can be realized, the workload for replacing the easily damaged part is small, the time is short, and the replacement of all parts can be completed in 3-4 working hours.
(7) The construction noise is low, and the noise of the multi-tooth single-stranded-cutting-roller tunneling machine is less than or equal to 90 dB; the operating noise of the multi-tooth single-strand cutting tooth roller type excavator is less than or equal to 110 dB.
(8) The whole set of equipment has low manufacturing cost. The manufacturing, production debugging and the refitting cost of the back-hoe excavator of the complete equipment are lower, and the cost is further reduced after batch production.

The driving power supply of the multi-tooth single-twist cutting tooth roller tunneling machine uses an external power supply as much as possible. When rock excavation and tunneling operations are carried out on rock stratums (quartz rocks, granites and the like and below) with the Mohs hardness of about 7.5, the loosening and crushing capacity of hard stones (quartz rocks, granites and the like) can reach 180% -200% of the efficiency of a back-hoe excavator at the same level. The replacement cycle of the easily damaged part of the tooling equipment is long, the continuously-used tool can be used for 8-9 months every time the easily damaged part is replaced, the planned maintenance and the replacement of the easily damaged part can be realized, the workload for replacing the easily damaged part is small, the time is short, and the replacement of all parts can be completed in 3-4 working hours.
