When the building green environmental protection dome capable of collecting drinking water is used, firstly, the accumulated water of the dome 1 is discharged into the annular water tank 401 through the six water flowing grooves 2, the annular filter plate 402 can filter impurities in the accumulated water, when the temperature reduction and heat dissipation are not needed, the first valve 505 is closed, the second valve 702 is opened, so that the water in the annular water tank 401 can enter the filter pipeline 704 through the water inlet pipe 701 and is subjected to secondary filtration by the activated carbon filter element 707, the water flows into the filter water purifier 706 through the water outlet pipe 705 to be subjected to final water purification treatment, the collected water is changed into the drinking water, in addition, the filter pipeline 704 and the activated carbon filter element 707 are convenient to install and replace through the mutual matching of the pull rod 703, the bent plate 708, the arc-shaped plate 709, the spring 710 and the arc-shaped groove 711, when in use, the arc-shaped plate 709 is clamped in the arc-shaped groove 711 due to the resilience force of the spring 710, meanwhile, the top of the pull rod 703 is attached to the outer wall of the transverse plate part of the bending rod 709, and when the arc plate 709 is replaced, the top part of the pull rod 703 is pulled to pull up the arc plate 709; when the temperature is required to be reduced and the heat is dissipated, the second valve 702 is closed, the water in the annular water tank 401 with the first valve 505 opened can be discharged into the water storage tank 501 through the water discharge pipe 504, the external power supply of the water pump 506 is connected, the water pump 506 works, the water outlet of the water pump 506 discharges the water in the water storage tank 501 into the water inlet pipe 507, the water in the water inlet pipe 507 is discharged into the annular pipe 508 through the six atomizing nozzles 509 to be sprayed out, so that the heat on the dome 1 can be absorbed, the temperature stabilizing effect is achieved on the internal stable temperature of the dome 1, the external power supply of the servo motor 602 is connected, the servo motor 602 works, the output shaft of the servo motor 602 rotates forwards and backwards at a low speed on the dome 1 through the bearing 603, the output shaft of the servo motor 602 drives the rotating block 604 to rotate forwards and backwards at a low speed, the rotating block 604 drives the first rubber pad 606 on the arc-shaped rotating plate 605 to clean the roof of the dome 1, and the curved rotating plate 605 drives the second rubber pad 608 below the horizontal plate 607 to clean the surface of the annular filter screen 402.
The scheme in this embodiment can be selectively combined with the scheme in other embodiments.

a second valve (702) is arranged above the water inlet pipe (701), the second valve (702) is installed at the middle end of the water inlet pipe (701), a filtering pipeline (704) is arranged at the tail end of the right side of the water inlet pipe (701), and the inner wall of the tail end of the left side of the filtering pipeline (704) is sleeved with the outer wall of the water inlet pipe (701);
an activated carbon filter element (707) is fixedly connected inside the filtering pipeline (704), the left end of the activated carbon filter element (707) is in contact with the inner wall of the water inlet pipe (701), the left and right ends of the filtering pipeline (704) are provided with water outlet pipes (705), the inner wall of the left end of each water outlet pipe (705) is fixedly sleeved with the outer wall of the filtering pipeline (704), a filtering water purifier (706) is arranged below the right end of each water outlet pipe (705), the filtering water purifier (706) is placed on the ground through a support, and a water inlet is fixedly connected with the water outlet pipes (705);
the upper part and the lower part of the left end of the filtering pipeline (704) are fixedly connected with a bending plate (708), the central part of the transverse plate part of the bending plate (708) is connected with a pull rod (703) in a penetrating way, the bottom of the tail end of the pull rod (703) is fixedly connected with an arc plate (709), the outer wall of the arc plate (709) is fixedly connected with a spring (710), and the other end of the spring (10) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the transverse plate part of the bending rod (708) and is sleeved on the outer wall of the tail end of the pull rod (703);
an arc-shaped groove (711) is formed in the outer wall of the right side of the water inlet pipe (701), the arc-shaped groove (711) corresponds to the upper position and the lower position of the arc-shaped plate (709), the arc-shaped plate (709) is connected to the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove (711) in a clamping mode through the spring (710), and the inner wall of the top of the pull rod (703) is in contact with the outer wall of the transverse plate portion of the bending plate (708).

the filtering mechanism (4) comprises an annular water tank (401), an annular filtering plate (402) and an arc-shaped through hole (403);
the middle inner wall of the bottom end of the annular water tank (401) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the dome (1), the lower inner wall of the annular water tank (401) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the annular filter plate (402), the inner wall of the annular filter plate (402) is fixedly connected with the lower outer wall of the dome (1), and the middle of the right side of the annular filter plate (402) is provided with an arc-shaped through groove (403);
a water inlet hole (712) is formed below the middle of the right side of the annular filter plate (402), and the inner wall below the middle of the right side of the annular water tank (401) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the left side of the water inlet pipe (701);
the thickness of the annular filter plate (402) is 10-20 cm.
3. The green environmental protection dome for building of claim 1, wherein: a plurality of supporting bristles (3) are arranged below the dome (1), and the top ends of the supporting bristles (3) are fixedly connected to four corners of the bottom end of the annular water tank (401).

the upper side and the lower side of the left end of the water storage tank (501) are fixedly connected with supporting plates (502), the outer sides of the supporting plates (502) are connected with the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the right end of the annular water tank (401) through fixing bolts (503) in a threaded manner, the left middle inner wall of the water storage tank (501) is fixedly connected with the right outer wall of the water discharge pipe (504), the left outer wall of the water discharge pipe (504) is fixedly connected with the right middle inner wall of the annular water tank (401), the middle front end of the water discharge pipe (504) is provided with a first valve (505), the right inner part of the water storage tank (501) is provided with a water pump (506), the water outlet of the water pump (506) is fixedly connected with the right bottom end of a water pipe (507), the right lower outer wall of the water pipe (507) is fixedly connected with the right upper inner wall of the water storage tank (501), the top left end of water pipe (507) and the right side outer wall looks rigid coupling of annular pipe (508), the top left end of water pipe (507) is linked together with the right side outer wall of annular pipe (508), the front end cover of annular pipe (508) has connected a plurality of atomizer (509), the front end and the atomizer (509) of annular pipe (508) are linked together, the right side below top of annular pipe (508) passes through the right side below outer wall looks rigid coupling of connecting block and annular basin (401).

the bottom end of the right side of the support rod (601) is fixedly connected with the outer wall above the right side of the dome (1), a servo motor (602) is arranged above the left side of the support rod (601), the left end above the upper side of the support rod (601) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the right side of the servo motor (602), the outer wall below the output shaft of the servo motor (602) is rotatably connected with the inner wall in the middle of the upper side of the dome (1) through a bearing (603), the outer wall below the output shaft of the servo motor (602) is fixedly connected with the inner wall in the middle of a rotating block (604), the left end of the rotating block (604) is fixedly connected with the right end above an arc-shaped rotating plate (605), the bottom end of the arc-shaped rotating plate (605) is fixedly connected with a first rubber pad (606), the outer wall below the first rubber pad (606) is attached to the outer wall above the left side of the dome (1), and the bottom end of the left side, the middle of the bottom end of the transverse plate (607) is fixedly connected with the top end of a second rubber pad (608), and the bottom end of the second rubber pad (608) is attached to the top end of the left side of the annular filter plate (402).
