The clamping assembly comprises a circular ring sleeve 11 fixedly arranged on the sliding seat 3, and an inner gear ring 12 is arranged in the circular ring sleeve 11 in a concentric rotation mode; the circular ring sleeve 11 is uniformly provided with main clamping grooves 11a along the annular direction, each main clamping groove 11a is provided with a rack 13 in a sliding mode, each rack 13 is engaged and matched with a pinion 14, and all the pinions 14 are engaged and matched with the inner gear ring 12.
