Preferably, in this embodiment, when the retractable assembly is in a shortened state, the retractable assembly is hidden at the inner top of the storage frame 1, only the support assembly is exposed, and the retractable assembly does not occupy extra space; when the telescopic assembly is in an extension state, the telescopic assembly extends out of the inside of the object placing frame 1, the upper end face of the object placing frame 1 and the upper surface of the telescopic assembly are located on the same horizontal plane, and a supporting plane formed by the telescopic assembly is a horizontal plane with a fixed height.
As shown in fig. 5-7, the bed board 5 is directly disposed on the supporting plane as a single module, so the size of the supporting plane determines how large the floor area of the bed board 5 is, as shown in fig. 13, the bed board 5 includes a plurality of bed board parts 51 distributed along a first direction, each bed board part 51 extends along a second direction, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, and any two adjacent bed board parts 51 are rotatably connected with each other, so that each bed board part 51 can be folded together along a third direction, when each bed board part 51 is unfolded, the length of the bed board 5 is the largest, when each bed board part 51 is folded, the length of the bed board 5 is the smallest, and the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. The first direction corresponds to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, i.e., the direction from the trunk to the rear seats, the second direction corresponds to the width direction of the trunk, and the third direction is the vertical direction as shown in fig. 5, so that the floor area of the bed plate 5 in the plane of the first direction and the second direction can be reduced by the folding manner. Specifically, the bed board 5 may be directly placed on the upper end of the storage frame 1, or one of the bed board portions 51 of the bed board 5 may be fixedly connected to the upper end of the storage frame 1.
Therefore, when the bed plate 5 needs to be used for sleeping, the rear row of seats are firstly placed down, the extension assembly extends to a certain degree along the first direction, namely the area of the supporting plane is increased, enough floor area is provided for the bed plate 5, at the moment, each bed plate part 51 is completely unfolded, the overall length of the bed plate 5 is increased, and the bed plate 5 is ensured to have enough size for people to use; when the bed plate 5 is not needed to be used, the bed plate 5 is stored, namely, each bed plate part 51 is folded, the occupied area of the bed plate 5 is reduced to the minimum, at the moment, the storage of the bed plate 5 is completed, the whole bed plate 5 is positioned right above the storage frame 1, the telescopic assembly is contracted to the minimum, the area of a supporting plane is reduced, the rear row seat can be erected for reuse, and the occupied space of the vehicle-mounted integrated camping box at the moment is minimum.

In a preferred embodiment, the first direction is set to be a longitudinal direction of the bed plate 5, a width direction of the bed plate portion 51, and also a direction from the trunk of the vehicle to the rear seats, that is, a longitudinal direction of the vehicle; the second direction is set to the width direction of the bed plate 5 and the length direction of the bed plate 51, and the second direction is also the width direction of the trunk.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the storage frame 1 is provided with a connection structure, such as a connection ring, which can connect with an anchor point inside the vehicle, so as to fix the position of the on-board camping integrated box relative to the trunk of the vehicle. Therefore, the vehicle-mounted integrated camping box can be mounted on the vehicle in a lossless manner by utilizing the structure of the vehicle, the structure of the vehicle does not need to be modified, and the vehicle-mounted integrated camping box conforms to the traffic law.
As an optional implementation manner, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the expansion assembly includes a supporting plate 2, both sides of the supporting plate 2 and the placement frame 1 are slidably connected through at least one first slide rail set, the first slide rail sets on both sides of the supporting plate 2 have the same structure, as shown in fig. 9, each first slide rail set includes a first main slide rail 3 and a first auxiliary slide rail 4, similar to the sliding structure of the bottom of the drawer, in two adjacent first slide rail sets, the first main slide rail 3 of one first slide rail set is connected to the first auxiliary slide rail 4 of the other first slide rail set, the first main slide rail 3 is provided with a first sliding groove, and the first auxiliary slide rail 4 can extend into the first sliding groove of the corresponding first main slide rail 3. In this embodiment, the storage frame 1 has a rectangular structure, the width direction of the rectangular structure is the first direction, and the length direction of the rectangular structure is the second direction, which is also the width direction of the trunk.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the first slide rail set is provided as one, and the first slide rail set actually adopts an industrial slide rail with a locking structure. Specifically, the storage box 24 is configured as a refrigerator, which can be used for refrigerating food, and is usually provided with a cigarette lighter power supply of the vehicle, and the refrigerator can be electrically connected with the cigarette lighter power supply of the vehicle; alternatively, the storage box 24 may be provided as a storage box, a fresh box, or the like.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the two telescopic assemblies are identical in structure and are extended and shortened simultaneously. And in two flexible subassemblies, the 6 tip of two first set pipes that movable distance is the biggest are connected through connecting rod 10, shorten two first set pipes 6 that lie in the innermost under the state promptly and are connected through connecting rod 10, and connecting rod 10 level sets up and extends along the second direction, is equivalent to connecting rod 10, two flexible subassemblies and puts thing frame 1 and constitutes a "mouth" style of calligraphy structure jointly, constitutes more stable structure, avoids rocking. When the locking structure is in an unlocking state, the button spring pin 43 is stressed, the button spring pin 43 extends into the first sleeving pipes 6 on the inner side, and two adjacent first sleeving pipes 6 can slide relatively; when the locking structure is in a locking state, the button spring pin 43 corresponds to one of the positioning holes 11, the button spring pin 43 is not stressed at the moment, the button spring pin 43 pops out of the first sleeving pipe 6 on the inner side and is not stressed by extrusion force any more, the button spring pin 43 extends out of the first sleeving pipe 6 on the inner side and extends out of the corresponding positioning hole 11, and at the moment, the positions of two adjacent first sleeving pipes 6 are fixed and cannot slide continuously.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the first nesting pipe 6 of the telescopic assembly located at the outermost side is movably arranged in the object placing frame 1. As shown in fig. 13-14, the top of the inside of the storage frame 1 is provided with the guide member 8, the guide member 8 is of a bending structure and is arranged along the first direction, the top of the inside of the storage frame 1 is provided with an upper guide groove, the guide member 8 is located below the upper guide groove, the inner wall of the storage frame 1 and the guide member 8 form a C-shaped groove together, the first sleeve-shaped pipe 6 is arranged in the C-shaped groove and slides relative to the guide member 8, and the outer surface of the first sleeve-shaped pipe 6 is matched with the wall surface of the C-shaped groove. As shown in fig. 14, a bolt 9 is disposed on the first sleeving tube 6, the bolt 9 is located between the upper guide groove and the guide member 8, that is, the bolt 9 is located at an opening of the C-shaped groove, when the first sleeving tube 6 slides to a certain position relative to the guide member 8, the end head of the bolt 9 will abut against the object placing frame 1, so as to limit the first sleeving tube 6 from continuing to slide, and thus, the limiting effect is achieved.
As an optional embodiment, the supporting assembly comprises two telescopic legs, the telescopic legs are vertically arranged, the upper ends of the two telescopic legs are respectively connected with the lower parts of the two ends of the connecting rod 10, and the two telescopic legs can be extended and shortened to adjust the required length, so that the lower ends of the two telescopic legs are supported on the bottom surface in the vehicle. In this embodiment, each of the two telescopic legs includes a plurality of second sleeving tubes 7 nested with each other and a second locking structure, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, one of the second sleeving tubes 7 is located inside the other second sleeving tube 7 and can slide relative to the other second sleeving tube 7, and the second locking structure is used for unlocking and locking the positions of the respective second sleeving tubes 7.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the second locking structure also includes a button spring pin 43 and positioning holes 11, and of any two adjacent second sleeves 7, the button spring pin 43 is disposed on the inner second sleeve 7, and the button spring pin 43 can extend out of the second sleeve 7, and a plurality of positioning holes 11 are disposed on the outer second sleeve 7, and the button spring pin 43 can correspond to the positioning holes 11. When the locking structure is in the unlocking state, the button spring pin 43 is stressed, the button spring pin 43 extends into the second sleeved pipes 7 on the inner side, and two adjacent second sleeved pipes 7 can slide relatively; when the locking structure is in the locking state, the button spring pin 43 corresponds to a certain positioning hole 11, at this time, the button spring pin 43 is not stressed, the button spring pin 43 pops out from the second sleeve pipe 7 on the inner side, and is not stressed by the extrusion force, the button spring pin 43 extends out from the second sleeve pipe 7 on the inner side and extends out to the outside from the corresponding positioning hole 11, and at this time, the positions of two adjacent second sleeve pipes 7 are fixed, and the relative sliding cannot be continued. If the length of the telescopic leg is not proper, the button spring pin 43 is continuously pressed back into the second sleeving pipe 7, and the second sleeving pipe 7 is continuously slid until the proper position is reached.

Specifically, each of the bed plates 51 may be provided with the bed plate body 511 and the drawer 512, or only one or some of the bed plates 51 may be provided with the bed plate body 511 and the drawer 512, and when not all of the bed plates 51 are provided with the bed plate body 511 and the drawer 512, the length of the rest of the bed plate 51 is equal to the minimum length of the bed plate 51 formed by the drawer 512 and the bed plate body 511, and thus how much the length of the drawer 512 and the bed plate body 511 is increased determines how large the width of the entire bed plate 5 is.
With this arrangement, when the top 5 is used, the top 51 is expanded to increase the overall length, and the drawer 512 is moved in a direction away from the top 51 to increase the width of the top 5; similarly, when the bed plate 5 is stored, the pull-out portion 512 is moved in a direction close to the bed plate portion 51 to reduce the overall width of the bed plate 5, and then each bed plate portion 51 is folded to minimize the floor area of the bed plate 5, thereby further reducing the floor area of the bed plate 5 and facilitating storage and use.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, a plurality of first embedding portions 12 are provided at a side portion of the bed board portion body 511, the drawing portion 512 includes a drawing main body and a plurality of first grooves 13 provided at the side portion of the drawing main body, each first embedding portion 12 and each first groove 13 are in a strip structure and extend along the second direction, i.e., the width direction of the bed board 5, the first embedding portions 12 and the first grooves 13 are respectively distributed at intervals along the first direction, i.e., the width direction of the bed board portion 51 and the length direction of the bed board 5, the number of the first embedding portions 12 is the same as that of the first grooves 13, the first embedding portions 12 are in one-to-one correspondence, and each first embedding portion 12 extends into the corresponding first groove 13. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the first embedding portion 12 and the first groove 13 are each provided in four.
Further, in a preferred embodiment, a second groove 15 is formed between any two adjacent first embedding portions 12, a second embedding portion 14 is formed between any two adjacent first grooves 13, each first embedding portion 12 and each first groove 13 are in a strip structure and have the same extending direction as the first groove 13 and the first embedding portion 12, the second grooves 15 are in one-to-one correspondence with the second embedding portions 14, and when each first embedding portion 12 extends into the corresponding first groove 13, each second embedding portion 14 also extends into the corresponding second groove 15. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the second embedding portion 14 and the second groove 15 are each provided in three.
With such an arrangement, the first embedding portion 12 and the first groove 13 and the second embedding portion 14 and the second groove 15 can guide the moving direction of the drawing portion 512 to a certain extent, so as to prevent the drawing portion 512 from separating from the second direction.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the drawing part 512 is provided with an operation hole 39, so that a hand can conveniently enter the operation hole 39 to operate and move the drawing part.
As an alternative embodiment, the edge of the first embedding portion 12 is matched with the groove wall surface of the first groove 13, and the edge of the second embedding portion 14 is matched with the groove wall surface of the second groove 15, that is, the edge structure of the first embedding portion 12 is identical to the groove wall surface structure of the first groove 13, and the edge structure of the second embedding portion 14 is identical to the groove wall surface structure of the second groove 15. In a preferred embodiment, the first groove 13, the second groove 15, the first embedding part 12 and the second embedding part 14 are all the same in structure.
With such arrangement, the drawing part 512 is tightly fitted with the bed board body 511, so that no gap exists between the drawing part 512 and the bed board body 511, thereby ensuring the stability of the drawing part 512 during drawing and improving the stability of the bed board 5.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the two side surfaces of the first embedding portion 12 and the second embedding portion 14 are both planar structures, the end portions of the two embedding portions are both arc surfaces, the two ends of each arc surface connect the two planar structures, similarly, the groove side walls of the first groove 13 and the second groove 15 are both planar structures, and the groove bottom walls thereof are both arc surfaces.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 18, the side edge of the first embedding portion 12 and the wall surface of the first groove 13, the side edge of the second embedding portion 14 and the wall surface of the second groove 15 are all matched through a mortise and tenon structure, that is, the bed board portion body 511 and the drawing portion 512 are matched through a mortise and tenon structure. Specifically, the mortise and tenon structure comprises a tenon 16 and a mortise 17, the mortise 17 is arranged on the side wall of the second groove 15 and the side edge of the first embedded part 12, the mortise 17 is in a strip structure, and the mortise 17 extends along the length direction of the side edge of the first embedded part 12 and the groove edge of the second groove 15; the side edge of the groove side wall of the first groove 13 and the side edge of the second embedding part 14 are both provided with a tenon 16, the tenon 16 is also in a strip structure, the tenon 16 extends along the groove edge of the first groove 13 and the length direction of the outer edge of the second embedding part 14, the tenon 16 and the tenon 17 are mutually and completely matched, the tenon 16 is arranged on the drawing part 512, and the tenon 17 is arranged on the bed board body 511. When the drawer 512 moves in a direction approaching the top plate body 511, the tenon 16 extends into the mortise 17, and when the drawer 512 moves in a direction away from the top plate body 511, the tenon 16 is disengaged from the mortise 17.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 21, a limiting structure is further provided between each drawing main body and the bed plate portion body 511, and the limiting structure is used for limiting the moving distance and position of the drawing main body relative to the bed plate portion body 511. Specifically, in this embodiment, preferably, the limiting structure is a limiting key 42 disposed at the side edge of the first embedding portion 12, specifically, only one limiting key 42 is disposed, the side edge of each first embedding portion 12 is provided with a mortise 17, the limiting key 42 is disposed in the mortise 17 at the side edge of one first embedding portion 12, and the limiting key 42 is relatively close to the end portion of the first embedding portion 12, which is equivalent to that the mortise 17 is not opened at the side edge of the first embedding portion 12, and the side edge of the second embedding portion 14 matched with the first embedding portion 12 also has a section of the tenon 16 which is not opened, the length of the tenon 16 which is not opened is greater than the length of the limiting key 42, and at this time, the difference between the length of the tenon 16 which is not present on the second embedding portion 14 and the length of the limiting key 42 is the drawing stroke of the drawing main body.
With such an arrangement, after the drawing main body moves to a certain distance relative to the bed plate body 511, the tenon 16 will abut against the limit key 42, so that the drawing main body cannot move continuously, thereby realizing the limit function and preventing the drawing main body from separating from the bed plate body 511.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 19, the end of the top plate 51 of the front row seat adjacent to the top plate 5 after the top plate is extended is rotatably connected with two side plates 52, the two side plates 52 are arranged along the length direction of the top plate 51, and the edges of the two side plates 52 and the edge of the top plate 51 are connected by butterfly hinges 38.
With this arrangement, the side plate 52 can be rotated to further change the overall length of the bed plate 5 according to the needs of the user, so that the side plate 52 can be folded to avoid the front seats in the vehicle, and the side plate 52 can be extended to increase the length of the bed plate 5.
In a preferred embodiment, the two drawing parts 512 are provided, and the two drawing parts 512 are respectively located at two ends of the bed plate part body 511 along the second direction.
With this arrangement, the length of the bed plate 51 can be further increased by the two drawer portions 512, and the entire width of the bed plate 5 can be increased.
In a preferred embodiment, at least one strip-shaped hole group is disposed on the bed plate portion 51, each strip-shaped hole group is distributed along the second direction, each strip-shaped hole group comprises a plurality of strip-shaped holes 18 distributed along the first direction, and each strip-shaped hole 18 extends along the second direction. Specifically, two strip-shaped hole groups are arranged on each bed plate part 51, the two strip-shaped hole groups are distributed along the width direction of the bed plate 5, each strip-shaped hole group comprises 3-5 strip-shaped holes 18, the strip-shaped holes 18 are distributed along the length direction of the bed plate 5, and each strip-shaped hole 18 extends along the width direction of the bed plate 5.
So set up, when guaranteeing that bed board 5 has sufficient intensity, have the gas permeability and weight reduction, reduce the car energy consumption.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, any two adjacent bed plate portions 51 are connected by a hinge. Specifically, the top plate body 511 is connected to the top plate body 511 or the top plate 51 adjacent thereto by a hinge. Of course, in other embodiments, any two adjacent bed panels 51 may be pivotally connected by other structures.
As an alternative embodiment, each of the bed plate portions 51 includes two side surfaces, and the two side surfaces are oppositely disposed on both sides of the bed plate portion 51 in the width direction of the bed plate portion 51, and in any one of the bed plate portions 51, an upper edge of one side surface and a lower edge of a side surface of the bed plate portion 51 adjacent to the side surface are connected by a hinge, so that the bed plate portion 51 adjacent to the side surface can be folded on an upper end surface of the bed plate portion 51, and a lower edge of the other side surface and an upper edge of a side surface of the bed plate portion 51 adjacent to the side surface are connected by a hinge, so that the bed plate portion 51 adjacent to the side surface can be folded on a lower end surface of the bed plate portion 51.
In the preferred embodiment, each floor portion 51 is made of a solid wood multi-layer paint-free board. By the arrangement, the bed plate 5 is high in strength, resistant to dry cracking, deformation and strong in environmental protection.
The invention also provides a camping box system which comprises the vehicle-mounted integrated camping box, the cabinet 19, the water tank 20 and the containing box body 24 in the embodiment. As an alternative embodiment, the first door panel 193 is connected to the bottom plate 192 in an openable and closable manner, and the cabinet 19 further includes a locking assembly for unlocking and locking the door panels, and when the locking assembly is in a locked state, the first door panel 193 is closed; when the locking assembly is in the unlocked state, the first door panel 193 is opened. In a preferred embodiment, the surface of the first door panel 193 facing away from the cabinet body 191 is provided with a handle 32, and the surface of the door panel facing away from the cabinet body 191 is further provided with a button 34 for controlling the movement of the latch 30, and the button 34 is disposed on the handle 32.

Specifically, the water tank body 201 has the same structure as the cabinet body 191, and is also a rectangular structure, the length direction of which is the same as the length direction of the cabinet body 191, the second opening is provided at the end of the water tank body 201, the lower edge of the second door panel 202 is connected to the edge of the second opening by a hinge, and the surface of the second door panel 202 is connected to the edge of the second opening by a hinge structure 28.
