In this embodiment, the ultraviolet laser 1 has an ultraviolet laser band of 250nm to 360nm, a pulse width of not more than 1ms, and a repetition frequency of not less than 100 Hz. The high-energy laser photons of the ultraviolet laser are absorbed by deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA) of bacteria and viruses to cause irreversible structural damage to the DNA and the RNA, so that the bacteria and the viruses cannot form protein, and the bacteria and the viruses immediately die or lose the reproductive capacity.
In this embodiment, after the ultraviolet laser emitted from the ultraviolet laser passes through the beam expander, the diameter of the light spot is expanded to 6 mm-12 mm, the expanded ultraviolet laser is guided into the beam shaper 13 through the turning light path, the center position of the ultraviolet laser beam is consistent with the center position of the one-dimensional scanning galvanometer in the beam shaper 13, the incident angle of the ultraviolet laser beam is 45 degrees, the one-dimensional scanning galvanometer rotates at a high speed in a single-axis direction through the driving device, the included angle between the incident ultraviolet laser and the one-dimensional scanning galvanometer is changed, the direction of the emitted ultraviolet laser is changed, a line is formed in a point scanning mode, and in this way, the ultraviolet laser is shaped into a linear laser beam.
In this embodiment, the ultraviolet laser 11, the beam expanding turning light path 12 and the beam shaper 13 are respectively installed at two opposite corners and the bottom of the ultraviolet laser sterilization and disinfection device, wherein the linear laser beams at the two opposite corners irradiate the upper surface, the front and back surfaces and the two side surfaces of the object, and the linear laser beams at the bottom irradiate the lower surface of the object, so that overall irradiation and disinfection of all the surfaces of the object are realized, and no dead angle in sterilization and disinfection is effectively achieved. The objects to be killed pass through the linear laser beams at a uniform speed on the conveyor belt, so that automatic killing is realized, manual operation procedures are reduced, and the safety of the device is improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the invention, and that any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
