When the water tank 1 is placed on the machine body 2, the water outlet 12 is inserted into the water inlet 21, the piston 124 is jacked up by the jack in the center of the water inlet 21, displacement is transmitted through the connecting rod 122, the rubber plug 121 moves vertically upwards, a larger gap exists between the upper plane of the water outlet 12 and the rubber plug 121, and drinking water in the water tank begins to flow out through the water outlet 12. When the water tank 1 is lifted, the jack in the water outlet hole 21 does not support the piston 124, the piston 124 is pushed to the original position by the return spring 123, the displacement is transmitted through the connecting rod 122, the rubber plug 121 is also in the original position, the water outlet hole 12 is blocked, and the drinking water in the water tank stops flowing out.
The flowmeter 22 is connected directly below the water inlet 21 through a water pipe. When a user inputs a command into the circuit board 212 through the control panel 214, when only heating water is needed, the water pump 23 is started, drinking water enters the water pump 23 through the water outlet 12, the water inlet 21 and the flowmeter 22 and then is output into the valve body 24, when the water pressure in the pipeline is too high to exceed a limit value, the valve is opened, and the drinking water returns to the water tank 1. The drinking water enters the water heater 28 through the valve body 24, the water heater 28 primarily heats the drinking water, the final temperature is above 80 ℃, and the heated water enters the water outlet channel 211 through the unopened steam generator 29. When the steam needs to be output, the steam generator 29 needs to be started additionally, that is, the water heater 28 outputs hot water to the steam generator 29, the opened steam generator 29 further heats the hot water, and the hot water begins to form steam after reaching the boiling point and enters the water outlet channel 211. The water outlet 211 is not only a hot water outlet, but also a steam outlet. The water-blocking device is designed in the water outlet channel 211, and is a device with the same structure as the water outlet hole 12, so as to ensure that hot water or water vapor is output outwards only after the container is properly loaded; the water outlet channel 211 is provided with a solenoid valve for closing the water outlet channel 211 when the hot water in the container reaches a target amount or the air pressure reaches a target size, thereby preventing the internal pipeline of the machine body 2 from being polluted. The base of the machine body 2 is provided with an electric heater 27 and an active magnetic drive device. The active magnetic drive device comprises a motor 25, a drive magnetic stripe 26, and is mounted inside the machine body 2. A disk is fixed on the shaft of the motor 25, and a driving magnetic strip 26 is fixed on the disk. The electric heater 27 is of an annular structure, is coaxially assembled with a disk for fixing the drive magnetic stripe 26, and the disk is in the inner circle of the annular electric heater 27.
In order to identify the container inserted by the user and realize the function type error prevention, three reed pipes are respectively arranged right above the water outlet channel 211, right below the water outlet channel and right above the electric heater 27 and the lower part of the cornice on the machine body 2, the reed pipe arranged right above the water outlet channel 211 and right outside is a boiling function reed pipe 210B, the reed pipe arranged right below the water outlet channel 211 and right outside is a milk foam juice squeezing function reed pipe 210A, and the scented tea brewing function reed pipe arranged right above the electric heater 27 is a reed pipe 210C. When a magnetic field with a certain intensity exists near the reed pipe, the reed pipe can be combined and electrified. The circuit board 212 recognizes the type of the container inserted by the user by recognizing the closing condition of the three function reed pipes, and if the electric cooker is inserted, only the stewing function is provided, and other functions such as juice squeezing, milk foam and the like are closed; if a brewing set is inserted, only a brewing function is provided, and other functions are also closed. Therefore, the damage to the whole machine caused by the false touch or the false operation of a user can be reduced to the greatest extent, and the occurrence of safety accidents is reduced; secondly, such function standard mistake proofing setting can effectively simplify control panel, reduces button quantity to make whole outward appearance face value higher, the science and technology sense is stronger.
In order to realize the functions of boiling, making milk coffee, squeezing juice, brewing scented tea and the like, three sets of containers are arranged: cooking pot, funnel type soaking set and magnetic control type milk soaking bean machine. The three sets of containers are respectively matched with a special cover.
Referring to fig. 6-8, the cooking pot is sleeved with a pot cover 4 and a pot liner 5, wherein the pot cover 4 is screwed on the pot liner 5 through a common pressure cooker opening and closing structure 49, and a sealed cooking cavity is formed under the action of a cooking pot sealing ring 52 of the pot cover 4. An elliptical water inlet plug is designed in an adaptive manner for the pot cover 4 and the water outlet channel 211, a groove is designed around the periphery of the water inlet plug, a pot cover plug sealing ring 47 is sleeved on the groove and matched with the inner wall of the water inlet hole 211, and hot water or water vapor is prevented from leaking to the outside through a gap between the water inlet plug and the water outlet channel 211. The upper part of the pot cover 4 is provided with a stewing function magnet 42 behind the water inlet plug for generating a signal magnetic field, when the pot cover 4 is completely inserted into the water outlet 211 through the water inlet plug, the stewing function magnet 47 is positioned obliquely below the stewing function reed pipe 210B, the stewing function reed pipe 210B senses the magnetic field generated by the stewing function magnet 42 to be closed, current is generated, and the circuit board 212 recognizes that the user inserts the cooking pot after sensing the current. The water inlet plug is internally provided with a jacking column structure 48, when the cooking pot is correctly loaded, the jacking column structure 48 jacks up the water isolation device in the water outlet channel 211, and therefore the water inlet channel of the pot cover 4 is communicated with the water outlet channel 211 of the machine body 2. The other end of the water inlet channel of the pot cover 4 is provided with a backflow preventing device which consists of a water outlet cylinder 44, a spring 411 and a backflow preventing piece 45. The bottom of the water outlet cylinder 44 is provided with a round hole, four water outlet holes 41 are uniformly distributed on the outer edge of the lower part, the lower part of the spring 411 is supported by the bottom of the water outlet cylinder 44, the upper part of the spring is connected with a convex lens-shaped anti-backflow part 45, the outer diameter of the spring 411 is smaller than the inner diameter of the water outlet cylinder 44, and the anti-backflow part 45 is installed upwards in a curved surface. When water or steam needs to be heated, the water or steam overcomes the spring force to enable the backflow preventing member 45 to reach the lowest point, and then flows into the cooking pot through the water outlet hole 41 and the round hole at the bottom of the water outlet cylinder 44. When the hot water reaches the target amount or the pressure in the pot reaches the requirement, the water addition or the steam delivery is stopped, and the spring 411 (and the pressure in the pot) pushes the backflow preventing member 45 to the highest point, so that a sealed stewing cavity is finally formed. The pot cover 4 is also provided with a pressure limiting valve 43, when the air pressure in the pot exceeds a set value, the valve is opened, and the air pressure in the pot boiling cavity is reduced by air leakage. A sensor 215 is arranged at the machine body above the pressure limiting valve 43, when the sensor 215 receives the gas discharged from the pressure limiting valve 43, a signal is sent to the circuit board 212, and the host stops outputting hot water or steam. For heat preservation and reducing heat loss, the side surface of the pot liner 5 adopts a double-layer design, and the middle part is designed into a vacuum cavity. The pot liner 5 is provided with a pot liner handle 51 at a certain distance below the opening and closing structure 49.
Referring to fig. 10-11, the funnel brewing kit comprises a cup cover 6, a filter screen 7 and a teacup 8. The upper part of the cup cover 6 is provided with an inverted circular truncated cone-shaped handle 61 which has magnetism, when the funnel brewing set is correctly loaded, a magnetic field generated by the handle 61 enables the reed pipe 210C of the scented tea brewing function to be closed, current is generated, the circuit board 212 recognizes that the funnel brewing set is inserted by a user after sensing the current, other functions are closed, and only the brewing function is provided for the user. The cup cover 6 is designed with a water inlet plug which is matched with the water outlet channel 211, a groove is designed around the periphery of the water inlet plug, and a cup cover plug sealing ring 62 is sleeved on the groove and matched with the inner wall of the water inlet hole 211 to prevent hot water or water vapor from leaking to the outside through a gap between the water inlet plug and the water outlet channel 211. The water inlet plug is internally provided with a jacking column structure 63, and when the funnel brewing device is properly loaded, the jacking column structure 63 jacks up the water isolation device in the water outlet channel 211, so that the water inlet channel of the cup cover 6 is communicated with the water outlet channel 211 of the machine body 2. The filter screen 7 may be funnel-shaped (suitable for brewing coffee) or cylindrical (suitable for brewing tea), and the waist of the teacup 8 has a reduced diameter portion.
The magnetic control type milk soaking bean machine comprises a pot 9 and a pot cover 10. The kettle lid 10 further comprises stirring means: stirring mount 101, dwang 102, fastener 103, cutter 104, stirring spring 105, driven magnetic stripe 107, loading table 1010. The stirring fixing frame 101 is a T-shaped cylinder, two rectangular buckles 109 are symmetrically designed on the lower plane of the upper wafer, and a semi-cylindrical groove is formed in the rectangular buckles 109. Correspondingly, the upper part of the pot cover 10 is matched with two rectangular grooves 108, and two semicircular column-shaped convex grooves are also matched in the rectangular grooves 108. When the stirring fixing frame 101 is required to be fixed on the kettle cover 10, the positions of the rectangular buckle 109 and the rectangular groove 108 are aligned for insertion. The kettle cover 10 and the water outlet channel 211 are matched and designed with an elliptic water inlet plug, a groove is designed around the periphery of the water inlet plug, a kettle cover plug sealing ring 1013 is sleeved on the groove and matched with the inner wall of the water inlet hole 211, so that hot water or water vapor is prevented from leaking to the outside through a gap between the water inlet plug and the water outlet channel 211. The water inlet plug is internally provided with a jacking column structure 1011, when the magnetic control type milk foam bean making machine is correctly loaded, the jacking column structure 1011 jacks up the water isolation device in the water outlet channel 211, and therefore the water inlet channel of the kettle cover 10 is communicated with the water outlet channel 211 of the machine body 2. The rotating rod 102 is of a T-shaped structure, the outer diameter of the upper part of the rotating rod is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of a circular groove at the lower part of the stirring fixing frame 101, and the tail end of the rod is provided with threads. The fastener 103 is a 'convex' cylinder, the axis position is provided with a through round hole, and the aperture is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the rod part of the rotating rod 102. The fastener 103 is inserted from the threaded end of the rotating rod 102 during assembly, and is fixedly connected to the bottom of the stirring fixing frame 101 through an adhesive. After assembly, the swivelling levers 102 can be rotated independently and coaxially. The loading table 1010 is used for assembling the cutter 104 or the stirring spring 105, is connected with the rotating rod 102 through a screw hole at the upper part, and ensures that the screwing direction is the same as the magnetic driving direction during stirring. After use, the loading table 1010 may be separately removed for cleaning. When a user needs to make milk foam, the stirring spring 105 is installed on the groove of the loading table 1010, and the stirring spring 105 can be automatically fixed on the loading table 1010 through larger elastic force. When the user needs to squeeze juice, the stirring spring 105 is removed and the cutter 104 is mounted on the loading table 1010. The lower part of the loading table 1010 is clamped with a driven magnetic stripe 107, and rotates under the action of the driving magnetic stripe 26 to stir or squeeze the juice by matching with the stirring spring 105 or the cutter 104. The lower part of the kettle cover 10 is provided with a milk foam juice squeezing function magnet 106 behind a water inlet plug for generating a signal magnetic field, when the kettle cover 10 is completely inserted into a water outlet 211 through the water inlet plug, the milk foam juice squeezing function magnet 106 is positioned above a boiling function reed pipe 210A obliquely, the milk foam juice squeezing function reed pipe 210A senses the magnetic field generated by the milk foam juice squeezing function magnet 106 to be closed, current is generated, a circuit board 212 recognizes that a magnetic control type milk foam bean making machine is inserted by a user after sensing the current, other functions are closed, and only milk foam and juice squeezing functions are provided for the user. The water inlet plug 1011 is internally provided with a jack-up column structure 1012, when the magnetic control type milk foam bean making machine is correctly loaded, the jack-up column structure 1012 jacks up the water isolation device in the water outlet channel 211, and therefore the water inlet channel of the kettle cover 10 is communicated with the water outlet channel 211 of the machine body 2. An annular convex groove 91 is designed at the bottom of the inner wall of the kettle 9, the inner diameter of the annular convex groove is equal to the outer diameter of the bottom of the loading table 1010, and the annular convex groove 91 and the rotating rod 102 jointly ensure that the loading table 1010 does fixed-axis motion. An annular groove is designed at the bottom of the outer wall of the kettle 9, the structure of the annular groove is matched with that of the electric heater 27, and when the kettle 9 is loaded, the electric heater 27 can limit the displacement of the kettle 9 in the horizontal direction.
The above examples are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above examples, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications that do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be made in the equivalent manner, and the embodiments are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A multifunctional food cooking machine comprising a main machine, a control system and a functional suite, characterized in that the control system comprises the following modules:
the storage module is used for storing a plurality of cooking modes of various foods corresponding to each functional suite;
the identification module is used for identifying the current function suite and identifying the user instruction;
the control module is electrically connected with the storage module, the identification module and the host, and closes cooking modes of various foods stored in the storage module and not corresponding to the current functional suite according to the functional suite result judged by the identification module;
the main machine comprises a water tank and a machine body, wherein a water pump, a valve body, a water heater and a steam generator which are connected with the water tank are arranged in the machine body, the machine body is provided with a base for placing a functional suite, and the base is provided with an electric heater; the outer wall of the machine body is provided with a machine body interface, a water outlet channel connected with the water heater and/or the steam generator is arranged in the machine body interface, the upper cover of the functional suite is provided with a suite interface matched with the machine body interface, and the machine body conveys hot water or steam to the inner cavity of the functional suite through the suite interface; the functional suite comprises N kinds of cooking pots, isolated filtering brewing pots and milk brewing bean making machines; n magnetic control switches are arranged at different positions of the machine body, the proximity driving magnets corresponding to the N magnetic control switches are respectively arranged on each functional suite, the magnetic control switches are connected with the machine body controller, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2.
2. The control method of a multifunctional food cooking machine according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1) identifying a current function suite;
s2) a plurality of cooking modes corresponding to the matching of the current functional suite are called from the storage module to the active area, and the cooking modes corresponding to the non-current functional suite are closed;
s3) identifying a user instruction;
s4) executing the user instruction if the cooking mode of the user instruction is matched with the cooking mode of the active area in the step S2), otherwise, returning to the step S1).
3. The control method of a multifunctional food cooking machine according to claim 2, wherein the cooking mode corresponding to the cooking pot comprises the steps of:
s11) putting a proper amount of food materials into a cooking pot, placing the cooking pot on a host machine, and connecting a sleeve interface with a machine body interface;
s12) a user sets a time parameter for starting cooking;
s13) after the starting time comes, the machine body outputs a proper amount of high-temperature hot water to the cooking pot, and the electric heater of the base is started;
s14) the machine body intermittently outputs 100-degree C steam to the cooking pot, and the pressure regulating valve controls the cooking pressure to be 1.2 bar-2 bar.
4. A control method of a multifunctional food cooking machine according to claim 3, characterized in that: the machine body outputs 80-100-C hot water to the cooking pot, the cooking pot comprises a pot cover and a pot liner, and a vacuum interlayer is arranged on the side wall of the pot liner.

The control method of a multifunctional food cooking machine according to claim 2, wherein the filter-separating brewing kettle comprises a cup cover, a funnel-type filter cup and a teacup, wherein the funnel-type filter cup is arranged between the cup cover and the teacup, the funnel-type filter cup is provided with a neck shrink, and the side wall of the cup cover is provided with the sleeve interface and the proximity driving magnet; the cooking mode corresponding to the filter brewing kettle comprises the following steps of:
s21) putting a proper amount of food materials into a funnel-type filter cup, placing a filter brewing kettle on a host machine, and connecting a sleeve interface with a machine body interface;
s22) outputting an appropriate amount of 80-100-degree C high-temperature hot water to the isolated filtering brewing kettle by the machine body.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the milk frothing and bean beating machine comprises a pot and a pot cover, a rotating rod extending to the bottom of the pot is arranged on the inner wall of the pot cover, a cutter, a frother and a driven magnetic strip are arranged at the tail end of the rotating rod, and the driven magnetic strip is arranged above and close to a driving magnetic strip of the machine body base.
7. The control method of a multifunctional food cooking machine according to claim 2, wherein an electronic scale is provided on the machine body, and the cooking pot is controlled according to the food material weighing cooking, comprising the steps of:
s31) placing food materials on an electronic scale of a machine body, selecting a cooking mode, putting the food materials into a cooking pot, placing the cooking pot on a host machine, and connecting a sleeve interface with the machine body interface;
s32) the control system reads the weight information of the electronic scale, and invokes a plurality of food weight control subroutines corresponding to the current cooking mode from the storage module to the active area;
s33) the main controller reads the weight information of the electronic scale and pairs with the control subprogram of S32);
s34) adapting the adapted control subroutine.
8. The control method of a multi-function food cooking machine according to claim 7, wherein S34) the control subroutine includes: when the machine body starts the functions of cooking or soup according to the preset time, the machine body outputs pressure steam first and then outputs hot water.
9. The control method of a multi-function food cooking machine according to claim 8, wherein S34) the control subroutine includes: after the machine body outputs hot water, the electric heater of the base starts heating.
10. The control method of a multifunctional food cooking machine according to claim 9, wherein the electric heater heats in an intermittent manner.
