As shown in fig. 3-5, latch mechanism 300 further includes a stationary frame 11, a drive assembly 30, and a transmission assembly 20 connected between latch hook 16 and drive assembly 30. The fixed frame 11 is fixed in the cabinet main body 100 by a screw assembly, and the driving assembly 30, the transmission assembly 20 and the locking hook 16 are installed on the fixed frame 11. The two ends of the transmission assembly 20 respectively connect and transmit the driving assembly 30 and the one-side locking hook 16, so that the synchronous action of the two locking hooks 16 is realized.
The transmission assembly 20 includes a connecting rod 17 and a first toggle piece 13a and a second toggle piece 13b located on both sides of the connecting rod 17. The first and second toggle pieces 13a and 13b in turn pass through the first and second traction pieces 9a and 9b, respectively.
The connecting rod 17 is connected to the driving assembly 30 and rotated by the driving assembly 30, so as to synchronously drive the first toggle piece 13a and the second toggle piece 13b at the two ends. The first toggle part 13a drives the first lock hook 16a through the first traction part 9a, and the second toggle part 13b drives the second lock hook 16b through the second traction part 9 b.
Because the structures of the two sides of the lock mechanism are basically the same, the two sides are distributed in a mirror image mode. The transmission relationship between the driving member 30, the transmission member 20 and the latch hook 16 will be described below by taking the latch hook 16 on one side as an example.
As shown in fig. 3-6, the first latch hook 16a is connected to the fixed bracket 11 through a first pivot point X1. The first locking hook 16a is pivoted by the hook member 10 or the driving unit 30 about the first pivot point X1 and is opposed to the hook member 10 or the driving unit 30, so that the first locking hook 16a can be pivoted in two different directions to lock or separate from the hook member 10. In the first state, the hook member 10 rotates the first locking hook 16a in a direction close to the hook member 10, and the first locking hook 16a is matched with the hook member 10 to realize locking; in the second state, the driving assembly 30 rotates the first locking hook 16a in a direction away from the hook member 10, and the first locking hook 16a is separated from the hook member 10 to unlock.
The first lock hook 16a is provided with a lock tongue Y, and the first lock hook 16a rotates to enable the lock tongue Y to extend into or move out of the inner hole, so that locking and unlocking between the first lock hook 16a and the hook member 10 are realized.
The first toggle piece 13a has a second rotation axis point X2, and the first toggle piece 13a is driven by the link 17 to rotate around the second rotation axis point X2 as a fulcrum. The first pulling member 9a is connected between the first locking hook 16a and the first toggle member 13 a. The first toggle member 13a can provide a force to the first pulling member 9a to rotate the first locking hook 16a, and conversely, the first locking hook 16a can also provide a force to the first pulling member 9a to rotate the first toggle member 13 a.
The first latch hook 16a includes an urging portion 001 for receiving the urging force of the hook member 10 and rotating, and an interlocking portion 002 connected to the first pulling member 9 a. The force application portion 001 and the interlocking portion 002 are located on both sides of the latch tongue Y, and the force application portion 001 and the interlocking portion 002 have opposite forces to the first latch hook 16 a. Here, the hook member 10 acts on the biasing portion 001 to rotate the first lock hook 16a in a direction approaching the hook member 10.
The lock tongue Y is arranged on one side of the first lock hook 16a, the force application part 001 is arranged below the lock tongue Y, a distance is reserved between the force application part 001 and the lock tongue Y, and the force application part 001 exceeds the lock tongue Y in the horizontal direction so as to avoid interference on smooth insertion of the lock tongue Y into the inner hole of the hook 10.
Preferably, the latch bolt Y and the force application portion 001 are integrally formed on the first latch hook 16a to form a sheet metal component with a uniform thickness, so that the structure and the processing process of the locking mechanism are simplified.
In this embodiment, the first pulling member 9a and the second pulling member 9b are springs. The linking portion 002 of the first latch hook 16a and the first toggle 13a are provided with coupling posts 14 for fixing both ends of the spring. According to the arrangement, the first traction piece 9a can be quickly and reliably assembled in the assembling process of the lockset mechanism 300, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced. The spring not only plays a role in flexible traction, but also has a damping effect, so that mechanical impact is avoided, and linkage between the first toggle piece 13a and the first lock hook 16a is smoother.
