Description

Accessory of hair care appliance
Technical Field
The invention relates to an accessory of a hair care appliance, in particular to a flow guide device of the hair care appliance, which can multiply the air outlet effect and realize the noise reduction effect.
Background
The hair dryer is a common fast drying tool in life, and heated air is conveyed to an outlet of the hair dryer through a motor and a fan and is used for drying hair and other substances or styling hair.
Generally, such hair care appliances need to be matched with an accessory, specifically, a nozzle is arranged to realize the diversion of hot air flowing out of an air outlet. The end of a conventional tuyere is a flat outlet of substantially elongated rectangular shape or a tapering cone structure or the like to generate a relatively concentrated air flow.
However, because the above-mentioned structure for guiding the hot air flowing out of the outlet of the blower is usually a "contraction" or "restriction" method, the air output is greatly lost, and a lot of extra noise is generated.
In addition, the high temperature air flow at the air outlet of the traditional blower (tuyere) is concentrated, and different plane temperatures as shown in fig. 7 can be formed on the plane of the air outlet, namely, the central temperature is too high and the ambient temperature is relatively low; high core temperatures tend to damage the hair, while low ambient temperatures reduce hair drying efficiency.

Detailed Description
The following describes a specific embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1-6, an embodiment of the present invention, an attachment for a hair care appliance, includes a body 1 and a connecting portion 2; the connecting part 2 is a cylindrical structure with two open ends, one end of the connecting part is connected with the air outlet of the hair care appliance, and the other end of the connecting part is connected with the body; the body 1 is a double-layer structure with an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface, the outer wall surface 101 is clamped or bonded with the connecting part 2, the inner wall surface 102 comprises a rear end part 1021 and a front end part 1022, wherein the rear end part 1021 faces an air outlet of the hair care appliance, the front end part 1022 is a cylindrical structure extending towards the air outlet direction of the body (as shown in fig. 3), the rear end part 1021, the outer wall surface 101 and the connecting part form a body air inlet 103 together, and a high-pressure hot air channel H (as shown in fig. 4) is formed between the outer wall surface 101 and the inner wall surface 102; further, a hole 104 is formed in the body 1, and the hole penetrates through the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface, so that a new fluid channel, i.e., a normal-temperature low-pressure air channel L is formed, and the normal-temperature low-pressure air is sucked from the hole 104 and flows to the body air outlet 105 along the channel inside the inner wall surface; the body air outlet 105 is an annular outlet, that is, the inner ring 1051 is the air outlet formed at the end of the inner wall surface, and the outer ring 1052 is the air outlet formed at the end of the outer wall surface.
One end of the connecting part, which is connected with the air outlet of the hair care appliance, is provided with a magnetic suction part or a clamping part 201 (as shown in figure 2 b); the connecting part is connected with the body in a clamping or bonding mode.
The back end 1021 is a cone structure, and the vertex of the cone is at the side near the connection part (see fig. 3).
The rear end 1021 is preferably a cone.
The holes are preferably 2 symmetrically arranged.
As shown in fig. 6a-6c, as an embodiment, the accessory of a hair care appliance of the present invention is typically installed at the outlet of a hair dryer, especially at the outlet of a blowing rod, the air blown from the blowing rod enters the annular high-pressure hot air channel H through the diversion and distribution of the rear end 1021 of the main body of the present invention, so as to form a high-speed annular air jet, and due to the action of the surrounding high-speed air flow, a negative pressure region is formed in the central region of the slow outlet of the air nozzle, so as to drive the low-pressure and normal-temperature air (the low-pressure is relative to the air blown from the blowing rod) in the environment to enter from the holes at both sides of the main body and then to be blown out through the normal-temperature and low-pressure air channel, thereby achieving the effect of air volume multiplication; meanwhile, due to the difference of the wind speeds of the inner area and the outer area of the annular outlet of the air nozzle, airflow forms turbulent flow in front of the air outlet, and therefore hair drying efficiency is improved.
According to the accessory of the hair care appliance, the rear end part of the inner wall surface of the body is designed into the cone structure, so that hot air blown out by the blowing rod is cut and dispersed through the vertex of the cone, and meanwhile, low-pressure cold air sucked by the holes at the two sides of the air nozzle is added and matched with the air channel in the body, so that the output of the hot air is prolonged, and the heat of the hot air is further melted in the flow of the air channel, and the heat of the hot air is more stable; meanwhile, cold air (environment temperature) entering from the hole can dilute high-temperature air blown out from the high-temperature channel, so that the temperature plane of the annular outlet (shown in figure 8a) is more balanced (shown in figure 8b), and the damage of high temperature to hair is reduced; the appropriate temperature provides a greater surface area, thereby improving hair drying efficiency. Compared with the hot air directly blown out from the air blowing rod, the hot air output from the air outlet of the body is more uniform and balanced, and the use is more comfortable.
According to the accessory of the hair care appliance, the whole structure is a cylindrical structure, hot air blown out of a hair drier or a blowing rod does not adopt a 'restraining' or 'shrinking' mode as the traditional scheme, but flows out of the accessory in a conical flow guiding mode, the air flow speed is reduced by the conical rear end part, noise of the air flow entering a high-temperature channel is reduced, and meanwhile, the noise of the air flow entering a low-temperature channel through a hole is partially offset, so that the noise is reduced integrally.
