Background
With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people in China, the demand of animal protein is increased day by day, and the contradiction between supply and demand is increasingly prominent. Animal protein mainly comes from breeding and animal husbandry, the animal husbandry is an important component of modern agriculture in China, is an important source of meat, eggs and milk food, and the rapid development of crude protein plant feed resources becomes a new way for relieving the shortage of protein feed raw material supply and ensuring the food safety.
The hybrid broussonetia papyrifera is a new broussonetia papyrifera variety cultivated by modern biotechnology and traditional hybrid breeding method in plant research institute of Chinese academy of sciences, and has strong adaptability, drought resistance, dry and cold resistance, damp and heat resistance, developed root system, and capability of being planted on hills, beaches, wastelands, barren mountains and canthus. The hybrid broussonetia papyrifera has the characteristics of fast growth, high yield, high crude protein content and the like, and is a green and efficient plant protein feed source. The hybrid paper mulberry contains rich crude protein, crude fat, amino acid, vitamin, carbohydrate and trace elements, the content of the crude protein in the leaves is 2 times of that of wheat and 3 times of that of corn and rice, the content of the crude fat is 2 times of that of rice and wheat, the content of the total amino acid exceeds 20 percent, and the essential amino acid accounts for about 40 percent of the total amino acid. But the mature hybrid broussonetia papyrifera leaves and branches thereof have high lignin and cellulose content due to complex protein structures, and are difficult to digest and absorb by monogastric animals, so that the utilization rate of nutrients of the beasts and birds is reduced. Researches show that the digestion performance of the feed for the hybrid broussonetia papyrifera can be remarkably improved through microbial fermentation treatment, the hybrid broussonetia papyrifera protein with a complex structure can be decomposed into short peptides and amino acids which are easy to digest and absorb by the microbes, the content of the peptides in crude protein and crude protein can be increased, and the content of anti-nutritional factors such as cellulose and lignin can be reduced.
Candida utilis (A), (B)Candida utilis) The yeast is also called as a torula prica or a torula diet yeast, is a fungus which has simple morphological structure, takes bud reproduction as the main part, has larger cells, vigorous metabolism, fast growth and reproduction and strong environmental adaptability and is suitable for fermentation of various bioreactors. The candida utilis cells are generally 3.5-4.5 microns multiplied by 7.0-13.0 microns and are in a circular, oval or sausage shape, and are subjected to vegetative propagation in a multilateral budding mode to form pseudohyphae. Because the candida utilis contains abundant proteins, lipids, sugar, various vitamins and the like in vivo, and also can generate enzyme, coenzyme, ribonucleic acid, sterol and some metabolic intermediate products in the fermentation process, the candida utilis is widely applied to food, medicine,Experimental research, livestock breeding and feed industry.
The candida utilis is used as a biological source of high-yield protein, is beneficial bacteria in animal intestinal tracts, and has good application value in the aspects of maintaining the balance of animal intestinal flora, improving the immunity of organisms, providing nutrient substances for animals, improving daily gain and the like. At present, the research on candida utilis mainly focuses on the selenium enrichment function, the production of single-cell protein feed through fermentation culture of the candida utilis and the application of the single-cell protein feed as animal intestinal beneficial bacteria, the balance of animal intestinal flora is maintained, nutrient substances are provided for animals, the daily weight gain of the animals is improved, and the like, but the research on the candida utilis fermentation of the hybrid broussonetia papyrifera feed is not reported. Therefore, screening a new candida utilis strain with the function of fermenting the broussonetia papyrifera feed has very important application value.

Function and effect of fermented hybrid paper mulberry feed
The hybrid broussonetia papyrifera feed has a complex protein structure, is difficult to digest and absorb by livestock and poultry, and has abundant crude protein resources which are not fully developed and utilized, so that serious resource waste is caused. The Candida utilis fermentation technology is used for treating the feed for the hybrid broussonetia papyrifera, so that macromolecular proteins with complex structures in the feed for the hybrid broussonetia papyrifera can be degraded, the content of crude proteins and peptides in the crude proteins can be remarkably increased, the nutritional value of the crude proteins in the feed for the hybrid broussonetia papyrifera is improved, and animals can digest and absorb nutritional substances in the feed for the hybrid broussonetia papyrifera. The feed for the hybrid broussonetia papyrifera has high content of crude fiber and lignin, the crude fiber mainly comprises cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, the cellulose and the hemicellulose are difficult to digest by monogastric animals, and the lignin can not be digested and utilized by all livestock and poultry. By fermentation treatment of candida utilis, crude fiber can be degraded, the content of the crude fiber is reduced, and the digestion utilization rate of the feed is improved. The anti-nutritional factors such as crude fiber and lignin in the feed for the broussonetia papyrifera affect the palatability of the feed for the broussonetia papyrifera, and the fermentation treatment of candida utilis has a certain softening effect on the lignin and plant fiber, thereby greatly helping to improve the palatability of the feed. The number of the candida utilis viable bacteria in the fermented hybrid paper mulberry feed is more than or equal to 10 hundred million/g, and the candida utilis viable bacteria serving as probiotics can adjust the micro-ecological balance of the gastrointestinal tract of animals, enhance the immunity of organisms, improve the feed conversion rate, promote the growth of the animals and improve the economic benefit of breeding after entering the alimentary tracts of the animals.

The test results in table 3 show that the test results of feeding the feed containing 5% fermented hybrid broussonetia papyrifera are as follows: compared with a control group, the daily average feed intake of 1-14-day-old AA broiler chickens is reduced by 4.57%, the average daily gain is reduced by 10.45%, and the feed-meat ratio is improved by 6.80%. Compared with a control group, the daily average feed intake of 15-28-day-old AA broiler chickens is reduced by 2.45%, the average daily gain is reduced by 6.28%, and the feed-meat ratio is improved by 3.98%. Compared with a control group, the daily average feed intake of 29-42-day-old AA broiler chickens is reduced by 1.21%, the average daily gain is increased by 1.14%, and the feed conversion ratio is reduced by 2.20%. Compared with a control group, the daily average feed intake of 1-42-day-old AA broiler chickens is reduced by 2.13%, the average daily gain is reduced by 3.74%, and the feed-meat ratio is improved by 1.48%. Therefore, with the development improvement of the digestive system of broilers, the feed is gradually adapted to the feed of the fermented hybrid broilers, the average daily feed intake of 29-42 days old is reduced, the average daily gain is increased, the feed conversion ratio is reduced, and the utilization rate of the AA broilers in the breeding stage to the fermented hybrid broilers is obviously improved. But has certain negative effects on the production performances of daily average feed intake, average daily gain, feed-meat ratio and the like of the AA broiler chickens in the whole feeding process.
