Preferably, the aliphatic isocyanate is a mixture of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate which are mixed in a one-to-one manner; the non-hydrophobic polyether polyol is a mixture of polyether diol and polyether triol which are mixed according to a five-to-one ratio.
Preferably, the epoxidation modified compound of the non-polar polymer is prepared by carrying out epoxidation reaction on the non-polar polymer and an organic peroxy acid, wherein the non-polar polymer is at least one of SBS, SBR and PB, and the organic peroxy acid is at least one of peroxyformic acid, peroxyacetic acid and monoperoxyphthalic acid; the catalyst is at least one of an organic metal catalyst, an aliphatic amine catalyst, an alicyclic amine catalyst and an aromatic amine catalyst.
Preferably, the reactive hydrophobizing agent is at least one of a silicon-containing hydrophobizing agent, a fluorine-containing silicon hydrophobizing agent and a fluorine-containing polyether polyol; the non-reactive hydrophobic agent is at least one of organosiloxane and silicone oil.
Preferably, the latent curing agent is at least one of an imine type latent curing agent and an oxazolidine type latent curing agent; the plasticizer is at least one of aromatic oil, chlorinated paraffin, phthalic acid plasticizer and citric acid ester plasticizer; the environment-friendly solvent is at least one of a carbonate solvent, a polyol dibasic ester solvent and a dibasic ester solvent; the filler is at least one of talcum powder, activated calcium carbonate, wollastonite powder, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate and mica powder.
Preferably, the antioxidant is at least one of phosphite antioxidant, hindered phenol antioxidant, thioester antioxidant and composite antioxidant; the ultraviolet absorbent is at least one of salicylate ultraviolet absorbent, benzophenone ultraviolet absorbent, benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent, substituted acrylonitrile ultraviolet absorbent and triazine ultraviolet absorbent; the flame retardant is at least one of TCPP, DMMP and TCEP; the auxiliary agent is at least one of defoaming agent, dispersing agent, flatting agent, anti-settling agent, coupling agent and retarder.
(III) advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coiled material, and the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating has the following beneficial effects:
1. the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coiled material is prepared by firstly chemically modifying a nonpolar polymer to prepare an epoxidized modified compound of the nonpolar polymer, then sequentially mixing the epoxidized modified compound with a nonhydrophobic polyether polyol, a plasticizer, a filler and a reactive hydrophobing agent, then carrying out chemical reaction on the mixture and aliphatic isocyanate, cooling a reaction product, then adding a catalyst, the nonreactive hydrophobing agent, a latent curing agent, an environment-friendly solvent, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent, a flame retardant and an auxiliary agent into the reaction product, fully stirring, then discharging in the presence of inert gas to prepare the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating, and adding the epoxidized modified compound of the nonpolar polymer, wherein the epoxidized modified compound has a certain compatibility and bonding effect on nonpolar and low-surface-energy asphalt or polyethylene materials due to the structure and surface energy of the epoxidized modified compound being similar to those of asphalt and polyethylene, therefore, the compatibility and the bonding effect of the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating and the asphalt coiled material can be improved, and the purpose of firm connection with the asphalt coiled material is achieved.
2. This can with direct complex of asphalt coiled material one-component polyurethane waterproof coating, through adopting the environmental protection solvent, the toxic substance of non-volatility produces after the construction, avoid causing harm to constructor and environment, flame retardance and the stability of one-component polyurethane waterproof coating have been improved through adding the fire retardant, through adding antioxidant and ultraviolet absorbent, the thermal ageing resistance and the ageing resistance's of resistant ultraviolet of one-component polyurethane waterproof coating performance have been improved, through adding reactive type hydrophobe and non-reactive type hydrophobe, the hydrophobicity of one-component polyurethane waterproof coating has been improved, thereby long service life's purpose has been reached.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows: a single-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with an asphalt coiled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of a mixture of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate which are mixed in a one-to-one ratio, 25 parts of a mixture of polyether diol and polyether triol which are mixed in a five-to-one ratio, 15 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 1 part of peroxyformic acid, 0.5 part of an organic metal catalyst, 10 parts of a silicon-containing hydrophobic agent, 1 part of organosiloxane, 3 parts of an imine latent curing agent, 20 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 20 parts of a polyol dibasic ester solvent, 45 parts of barium sulfate, 5 parts of a phosphite antioxidant, 0.1 part of a salicylate ultraviolet absorbent, 0.1 part of dimethyl methyl phosphate and 1 part of a defoaming agent.
The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating prepared from the raw materials according to the proportion has strong oxidation resistance.
Example two: a single-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with an asphalt coiled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of a mixture of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate which are mixed in a one-to-one ratio, 25 parts of a mixture of polyether diol and polyether triol which are mixed in a five-to-one ratio, 15 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 1 part of peroxyformic acid, 0.5 part of an organic metal catalyst, 10 parts of a silicon-containing hydrophobic agent, 1 part of organosiloxane, 3 parts of an imine latent curing agent, 20 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 20 parts of a polyol dibasic ester solvent, 45 parts of barium sulfate, 0.1 part of a phosphite antioxidant, 5 parts of a salicylate ultraviolet absorbent, 0.1 part of dimethyl methyl phosphate and 1 part of a coupling agent.
The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating prepared from the raw materials according to the proportion has strong ultraviolet aging resistance.
Example three: a single-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with an asphalt coiled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of a mixture of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate which are mixed in a one-to-one ratio, 25 parts of a mixture of polyether diol and polyether triol which are mixed in a five-to-one ratio, 15 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 1 part of peroxyformic acid, 0.5 part of fatty amine catalyst, 10 parts of silicon-containing hydrophobic agent, 1 part of organosiloxane, 3 parts of imine latent curing agent, 20 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 20 parts of polyol dibasic ester solvent, 45 parts of barium sulfate, 0.1 part of phosphite antioxidant, 0.1 part of salicylate ultraviolet absorbent, 5 parts of dimethyl methyl phosphate and 1 part of defoaming agent.
The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating prepared from the raw materials according to the proportion has strong flame retardance and stability.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the preparation method comprises the steps of firstly carrying out chemical modification on a nonpolar polymer to prepare an epoxidized modified compound of the nonpolar polymer, then sequentially mixing the epoxidized modified compound with a non-hydrophobic polyether polyol, a plasticizer, a filler and a reactive hydrophobing agent, then carrying out chemical reaction on the mixture and aliphatic isocyanate, cooling the reaction product, then adding a catalyst, the non-reactive hydrophobing agent, a latent curing agent, an environment-friendly solvent, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent, a flame retardant and an auxiliary agent into the reaction product, fully stirring, discharging in the presence of inert gas to prepare the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating, and adding the epoxidized modified compound of the nonpolar polymer, wherein the epoxidized modified compound has a certain compatibility and bonding effect on nonpolar and low-surface-energy asphalt or polyethylene materials due to the fact that the structure and the surface energy of the epoxidized modified compound are similar to those of asphalt and polyethylene materials, so that the compatibility and bonding effect of the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating and an asphalt, the purpose of firm connection with the asphalt coiled material is achieved, the environment-friendly solvent is adopted, no volatile toxic substance is generated after construction, harm to constructors and the environment is avoided, the flame retardance and the stability of the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating are improved by adding the flame retardant, the heat aging resistance and the ultraviolet aging resistance of the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating are improved by adding the antioxidant and the ultraviolet absorbent, the hydrophobicity of the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is improved by adding the reactive hydrophobing agent and the non-reactive hydrophobing agent, and the purpose of long service life is achieved.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (9)
1. The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coiled material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of aliphatic isocyanate, 1-50 parts of non-hydrophobic polyether polyol, 2-30 parts of an epoxidized modified compound of a non-polar polymer, 0.02-1 part of a catalyst, 2-20 parts of a reactive hydrophobic agent, 0.2-2 parts of a non-reactive hydrophobic agent, 0.2-5 parts of a latent curing agent, 5-30 parts of a plasticizer, 5-30 parts of an environment-friendly solvent, 10-80 parts of a filler, 0.1-5 parts of an antioxidant, 0.1-5 parts of an ultraviolet absorbent, 0.1-5 parts of a flame retardant and 0.1-2 parts of an auxiliary agent.
2. The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coiled material according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of aliphatic isocyanate, 25 parts of non-hydrophobic polyether polyol, 15 parts of epoxidized modified compound of non-polar polymer, 0.5 part of catalyst, 10 parts of reactive hydrophobic agent, 1 part of non-reactive hydrophobic agent, 3 parts of latent curing agent, 20 parts of plasticizer, 20 parts of environment-friendly solvent, 45 parts of filler, 5 parts of antioxidant, 0.1 part of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.1 part of flame retardant and 1 part of auxiliary agent.
3. The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coiled material according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of aliphatic isocyanate, 25 parts of non-hydrophobic polyether polyol, 15 parts of epoxidized modified compound of non-polar polymer, 0.5 part of catalyst, 10 parts of reactive hydrophobic agent, 1 part of non-reactive hydrophobic agent, 3 parts of latent curing agent, 20 parts of plasticizer, 20 parts of environment-friendly solvent, 45 parts of filler, 0.1 part of antioxidant, 5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.1 part of flame retardant and 1 part of auxiliary agent.

The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coiled material according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of aliphatic isocyanate, 25 parts of non-hydrophobic polyether polyol, 15 parts of epoxidized modified compound of non-polar polymer, 0.5 part of catalyst, 10 parts of reactive hydrophobic agent, 1 part of non-reactive hydrophobic agent, 3 parts of latent curing agent, 20 parts of plasticizer, 20 parts of environment-friendly solvent, 45 parts of filler, 0.1 part of antioxidant, 0.1 part of ultraviolet absorbent, 5 parts of flame retardant and 1 part of auxiliary agent.
5. The one-component polyurethane waterproof paint capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coiled material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aliphatic isocyanate is a mixture of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate which are mixed in a one-to-one manner; the non-hydrophobic polyether polyol is a mixture of polyether diol and polyether triol which are mixed according to a five-to-one ratio.

The one-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coil material is characterized in that the epoxidation modified compound of the nonpolar polymer is prepared by the epoxidation reaction of the nonpolar polymer and the organic peroxy acid, wherein the nonpolar polymer is at least one of SBS, SBR and PB, and the organic peroxy acid is at least one of peroxyformic acid, peroxyacetic acid and monoperoxyphthalic acid; the catalyst is at least one of an organic metal catalyst, an aliphatic amine catalyst, an alicyclic amine catalyst and an aromatic amine catalyst.
7. The one-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coiled material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reactive hydrophobizing agent is at least one of a silicon-containing hydrophobizing agent, a fluorine-containing silicon hydrophobizing agent and a fluorine-containing polyether polyol; the non-reactive hydrophobic agent is at least one of organosiloxane and silicone oil.
8. The one-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coiled material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the latent curing agent is at least one of an imine type latent curing agent and an oxazolidine type latent curing agent; the plasticizer is at least one of aromatic oil, chlorinated paraffin, phthalic acid plasticizer and citric acid ester plasticizer; the environment-friendly solvent is at least one of a carbonate solvent, a polyol dibasic ester solvent and a dibasic ester solvent; the filler is at least one of talcum powder, activated calcium carbonate, wollastonite powder, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate and mica powder.
9. The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating capable of being directly compounded with the asphalt coiled material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is at least one of phosphite antioxidants, hindered phenol antioxidants, thioester antioxidants and complex antioxidants; the ultraviolet absorbent is at least one of salicylate ultraviolet absorbent, benzophenone ultraviolet absorbent, benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent, substituted acrylonitrile ultraviolet absorbent and triazine ultraviolet absorbent; the flame retardant is at least one of TCPP, DMMP and TCEP; the auxiliary agent is at least one of defoaming agent, dispersing agent, flatting agent, anti-settling agent, coupling agent and retarder.
